I was here earlier today and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a very large selection of soups and are located in the back of the outlets where the restroom area is. There is a lot of seating inside and there is also some seating outside as well. My soup was fantastic and I would deathly recommend paying a visit if you’re shopping at the outlets.

Fantastic!!! Had the Philly cheesesteak on a Panini and my wife had the chicken Caesar in a wrap. Haven't had a sandwich this good in a long long time!! So glad we found this place from word of mouth. Mmmmm!

Out of the way eatery. Not many tourists and great prices! I need to add,for a suop and sandwich shop, ot is by far (hands down) the best little sandwich shop. With so many commercial resturaunts out here trying to get the tourists money, i thought this is a worthwhile place to visit. It is clean, plenty ofparking and great service. I would take a visit first before believing the negative comments.

Some of the people in our group enjoyed their wraps. The people that ate tomato and lasagna soup did not enjoy. In the lasagna soup there were almost no noodles, one very large chunk of beef and some tiny pieces, and an extreme amount of shredded cheese.

Staff is very friendly. Everything is always delicious. Have tried many of the soups. The Chicken Tortellini and Chicken Rice are my favorites of the chicken broth based soups. The Chicken Gnocchi wasn't my favorite but is still ok. The sandwiches are fantastic

We went to this hidden gem based on the Google reviews! And boy we were lucky to have found this place! I took the combo with the chicken tortellini soup and the veggie wrap! One of the best veggie wraps I have had! And in Niagara where very thing is so over priced, these guys have the best prices and sizes! The best thing is the soups are homemade too! Do make sure to give them a try!

The potato soup was sooooo good. They give a big piece of fresh deli bread and it's already buttered. Two of us ate the small soup and were full by the end. They also sell paninis, sandwiches, frozen soups, desserts, and bunch more.

This is a fine clean and friendly eatery. I had a steak sub and chicken with rice soup with a drink for only $13. The steak, cheese, green peppers and mushrooms were all fresh and tasty. The soup was light on salt and fresh. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Simple place. Got grill cheese, they only use 1 type of cheese, cheddar. It's okay. Got soup and tuna melt. Soup was cold. Tuna melt was okay. Not sure if it's worth a second round. Perhaps if I want a quick grab and go and don't feel like McDonald's.

Amazing lunch! I pre ordered and the system estimated that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I got to the restaurant and who I assume was the owner told me that he sent me a message saying my order was delayed. No big deal, I had some errands to run anyways. While I was out I got a phone call from them confirming part of my order which was amazing of them. When I arrived back to pick up my order they offered me a free slice of cheesecake because my order was delayed which was totally unnecessary because it was my fault that I missed the message. Everything was delicious and hot. Great place for a great lunch. Thank you for everything!

With 25° degree weather, we were looking for some comfort food. And this place did not disappoint! We had soup with grilled cheese and hot chocolate. The soups were home-made and sooo delicious! And the grilled cheese (one cheddar & one mozarella) were made with fresh ciabatta bread. Can you say yummo? The hot cocoa was creamy and flavored with hazelnut (there are other options available) and topped with whipped cream. But the most important thing was the service. The gentleman behind the counter treated us as if we were guests at his house and made us feel very welcome. Thanks so much! We'll be back next time we visit Ontario. ????

We finally tried this place out and we're pretty pleased with what we got. My husband has gone back quite a few times for their sub and soup combo. The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful each time I've gone to order. They have a nice and clean establishment and bring your food out to you, rather then waiting inside for it to be ready. We had one item missing from our order once, and they were quick to resolve the problem and threw in a free slice of cheesecake. We will be returning soon.

AMAZING soups and sandwiches. Lots of choices. My partner and I had the chilli and cabbage roll soup with BLT's, generous portions that fill you right up. We couldn't believe the price, 22$ !! We were so impressed with how much flavor the soups had and the sandwiches were delicious. There is so much love put into their food. Friendly staff and very accommodating to make sure you leave a happy customer. I high recommend this place! Great work guys ????

We heard lots of good things about this place on Facebook, so decided to stop in today as we were in the area. Everything was excellent-delicious soups and sandwiches freshly prepared to order. We had a half hour drive home to NOTL, but everything was still hot and ready to eat when we arrived. In future, as a courtesy to the staff, we will call ahead with our order so they don't have to feel rushed.

This place is okay. I think there was a problem with our order because it took about 30 minutes for them to bring it out to us and everyone else got their orders. When we finally got our, everything just tasted a bit bland. The staff was very friendly though and the prices are reasonable .

Went there today got the chicken Caesar wrap was really good and not skippy at all . The soup was also top notch . I got the tomato tortellini was very tasty . Price was good not pricy everything was good . I found this place though a web site I belong to Restaurants of Niagara . So when I saw the picture of the soups thought cold out today feel like soup. I was so impressed I will be back for sure . I also have my own web page we promote wines restaurants jokes history of Niagara Falls . I posted Soup and Things on our page . I will be telling my neighbors about this great place I really think we need to support local business . Things are not easy with all this covic it is hard for these people to survive . Food is alright, don’t bother with their chip stand outside. They have the slowest and most disorganized staff I have ever seen at a chip stand. Also, if you like the food here, most of it can be bought at cosco.
