Had this roasted pig at the Inniskillin Winery in Niagara on the Lakes during the Ice Wine Festival. I can not say much for the festival, but this pig was the best food we had all weekend. The chef was kind enough to give us a nice big piece of skin which was absolutely the best I have ever had. The meat was beautifully cooked and seasoned. If only we were from the area, we would definitely have this for our next event.

Where do I start! My wife and I used PigOut Catering for our wedding! Anne leading up to the wedding was great to work with. The food and service was amazing. Stacie (day of wedding) and her team met all our expectations and more. They were polite, friendly and experienced. The bar staff made great drinks and added to the atmosphere! Stacie was very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy!! She was always smiling and so easy to talk to! She also packed us some left over food to take home to have for the next week! Nothing went to waste! We highly recommend PigOut !! We had added the pig roast and we’re so happy that we did. It is a must! They also used the extra pork for late night pork sliders! Everyone is still raving about the food!!! Thank you guys Soo Soo much!!!

Was recently in a wedding that was catered by Pig Out catering and it was phenomenal! It would have been an amazing meal in a restaurant but to be served at an out door wedding was amazing! Stacie and Chef Daniel were so hospitable and professional and were accompanied by a great staff! From set up to tear down Stacie was so wonderful and accommodating and that was on top of an amazing meal! Can’t recommend enough! The bocconcini salad, roast beef and frozen sorbet were some of the highlights but it was all so tasty!

Pig Out Catering planned, coordinated, and served our wedding of 185 people last Saturday, May 28th at Polonia Park in Niagara-on-the-Lake. I'm honoured to share my high opinion of the company, and specifically of Anne Dickson and Drew Zimmerman (Head Chef). I looked into several local caterers and Pig Out was an easy choice after my first conversation with Anne. She was a delight to talk to. Pig Out offers an impressive array of dinner styles, from casual to formal. Anne honed in on exactly the style of wedding we wanted and she and Drew designed a wonderful selection of hors d'oeuvres, plated dinners, and dessert and offered us and our guests delightful choices. They were accomodating to every guest's dietary needs. They made us feel comfortable discussing budget and worked within it beautifully. They helped us plan and strategize from day one, meeting us on site to design a table plan and coordinate timing. They answered every little question and concern promptly and kindly along the way. On the wedding day, Anne and Drew and all the Pig Out staff were calm and collected, always available, and on top of everything. They helped make our wedding day wonderful. Our friends and family are still going on about how incredible the food was.

My husband and I hired PigOut to cater our wedding on September 29, 2018. Our wedding was a rustic-chic country theme and a pig roast was the perfect choice! All of the staff were incredible! They were extremely friendly with us and our guests and took care of everything we asked for. There are so many things involved when planning a whole wedding yourself and PigOut made this whole process so much easier. On the day of our wedding I had some last minute questions of things I may have forgot so I texted our event coordinator Daria. Every response I got was “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.” And when reception time arrived they didn’t need us for anything. This was amazing as we were so busy hosting our guests, I didn’t have to worry about this whole aspect of our wedding at all! This is exactly the worry-free service you want for your wedding! After the meal was over (and even several days after the wedding) we have heard countless times from our guests “the food was amazing” and “the food was so good”. My husband and I already knew the food was amazing as we had had PigOut several times at the food trucks in Niagara-On-The-Lake. Having amazing food at our wedding was our number one priority and PigOut blew everyone away. At the end of it all the staff went around and cleaned up all the garbage and plates and cups. The bartending staff (from PigOut) organized all the empties and full bottles and left everything neatly for us. To get to the point... if you want your event to have amazing food and awesome catering staff then I highly recommend PigOut! We just wish they could have done everything for our wedding top to bottom then the whole thing would have been stress free! Thank you so much again again PigOut Catering! You have fans for life! We just want to express our tremendous thanks for the absolutely amazing service we had for daughter's wedding. We had several pig farmers attending and all I heard was, “this was the best pork I’ve ever had!” My husband comes from a pork producing family, and even my in-laws were thoroughly impressed. All the guests who commented to us said it was a fabulous dinner and the pork was so tender, hot and so moist. I’m glad we added the pig on a spit to the menu! The entire meal was very tasteful, colourful and plentiful! The servers were very friendly, didn’t rush with cleaning up behind people, always smiled and left the place so tidy. People often remember weddings by how the meal was - well, you received 10/10 on this one! Your name is out there now to our community! So, thank you again for A+ service!

Daria and the PigOut Niagara team were a dream to work with. They respond promptly to emails, answered all of our questions and modified the menu for our wedding a few times to account for extra guests and special dietary needs. On the day of the wedding they were very professional, working quickly and seamlessly. Everything was in order exactly as we had discussed and all was cleaned up and the leftovers in tin trays for us to take home. They even perfectly cut up our wedding cake. Most importantly, the food was hot, fresh and delicious. 5-star service and food absolutely! Our guests were very impressed by the quality of the meal. My now husband and myself had our wedding reception on Saturday Aug 11 2018. We used Pigout Catering for our dinner and our bar. I can without hesitation say that Pigout Catering is by far THE BEST CATERING COMPANY in St.Catharines. We unfortunately ran into a small issue with the bartender, BUT the company had NO ISSUES resolved the problems that were brought to their attention in a very quick and respectful manner, it was solved to fast before anyone was able to realize there was an issue. PigOut catered our wedding. I haven’t stopped craving the food since! If you need any event catered, just save the search and go with PigOut. I recommend them to everyone, and anyone who went to our wedding raves about the food. Aside from honestly the most delicious food I’ve ever had (even something as simple as roasted vegetables exceeded all possible expectations) — they also are just catering experts. Not a hurdle they weren’t able to gracefully figure out! They make everything so easy and straight forward, and their professionalism is seriously unmatched. Also, something that was important to us was vegan options and all their veg options were made vegan and gluten free to make everything accessible. It was simply the perfect meal, and perfect experience.

Myself and my wife just got married earlier today and we used PigOut catering for our small but sweet little at home wedding due to Covid. We were overjoyed with everything. Anne was a delight to deal with on the phone and via email to work out our menu. We wanted to have a simple backyard bbq type menu and they delivered on that. Baby back ribs, bbq chicken with pineapples, bbq baked beans with ceasar salad. Everything was absolutely devine. Juicy ribs and moist chicken and the flavors were salivating. The beans were so flavorful and the bacon on the ceasar salad was enjoyed by all. They delivered it in a hot box and everything was steaming hot. I would definitely recommend Anne and the crew at PigOut for any venue. We are extremely happy with the entire experience. Thanks again everyone.

It was outstanding and we had many compliments and comments on your service from the appetizer table to the salad, the pork, beef, pie and ice cream… even the veggies! From where we were sitting, or dancing, it looked so seamless, easy and unhurried, it was just fantastic. Thankyou for plating the salads, and catering to our guests individual needs. I don't even know where to start as Linda from pigout catering exceeded my expectations and more. From the very start she was lovely, professional and cooked awesome food. My mother was so impressed she actually hired her for my bridal shower as well we hired her for my wedding. Not only did she help with catering she literally was the biggest support/help to make things happen. The day before my wedding the person who was suppose to make our cake canceled. We called Linda and within minutes she had found someone to do cupcakes for us. She came by the day before to even go over everything with us which was just amazing. Linda and sher staff got things done the day of the wedding. The bartenders were awesome, the food was great and thanks to Linda the rain stopped! Yes she is that magical ! I would recommend her for any event she truly was a blessing in disguise and myself and family are truly grateful to have her part of this day.

Pig Out Catering, Anne and Daria were absolutely amazing for our wedding this August! I cannot even express how thrilled I was and still am with the food and experience I had in hiring them. I had so many complements on the dinner menu, I wanted some custom late night food and they were more than happy to help. I also had them provide ice, mix, and bartenders and there was lots to go around. Daria was amazing as our day-of coordinator. There was so much food, everything was absolutely delicious. The vegan dish was amazing as well! We had amazing leftovers and I was able to feed all 12 of my friends the following day at our cottage wind down party! They were prompt and fair with their quotes, super thorough, they came and did a full walk-through with me at the venue before the wedding which was super useful. The group tasting was also really fantastic. They prepared all their most loved dishes and invited you for a lunch, it was so great! We ended up changing our whole menu with them to incorporate different dishes! I would hire them again, and I'll keep them in mind for future catering as they offer smaller packages for backyard BBQs etc. Love them! Thank you so much!

I booked PigOut Catering do a Luau a theme for my husband's 50th backyard birthday party. They showed up on time, set up in a very easy organized fashion. All 75 of my guest were intrigued with what was cooking and it tasted great. The side dishes were good and the roasted pig was delicious that guest kept going up for seconds, which is good sign. Lots of compliments. I would use PigOut Roasters again in a heart beat for a big event. Thanks for making a my party a success and stress free!
