Lots of delicious flavored foods that won't make you cry when you see the receipt. They've got a program for recycling (specific) take out plastic containers there, which is a nice change from the usual "Here's your bag of plastics to throw out after".

Curry Delight is one of my favourite local businesses! Each combo I have tried has been delicious. I highly recommend trying the butter chicken and the egg curry. Owners Afiya and Nasir are so sweet and do a lot of research into making sure that there are dishes for everyone, even for specific diets. I'm a big fan!

Staff was friendly, the place itself is well lit and clean. The curry itself is another matter. Ordered the butter chicken, and found it to be very watery and tasted only of what I can guess is turmeric. It was essentially a soup. Ive had lots of curries from different shops in the past and they have varied in taste and consistency but one thing I know for sure this butter chicken dish from curry delight was not good. ( The chicken used was tender and tasty though). Portion size is smaller as they are made to be combined with rice and other curries so be prepared to order two or more of a single dish to feed one person. Naan bread was alright, tasted very much like the store bought variety and not homemade. 1 order of naan consists of only two pieces, so if you're like me and enjoy alot of naan with your curry your going to need to order multiple. Overall while the meal I had was disappointing, it may be the result be being a new restaurant with no competition. So with that in mind it would be interesting to go back in a few months to see if the quality has improved.

We ordered 2 veg meals with rice and 3 sides. Easy to order online and pay via e transfer. Food was delicious! Lots of flavour, lots of food. Samosa and pakora also delicious. A great takeout meal. We will be back.

Absolutely Fabulous. I was there in the crowd for the opening of Curry Delight. Did I mention that the line-up filled the shop and extended out the door.The food was very very good! A second visit yesterday proved to excellent also. Very tasty. Numerous meat and veggie dishes for all tastes on the menu. Friendly service and a steady stream of customers while we enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. Thanks Curry Delight for awesome Indian food in Mount Pearl! ???? You Should Go There! ????

This was our first time eating at Curry Delight in Mount Pearl, the food was delicious. We both had meat combo 1. My wife had the masala chicken with curry rice and lentils curry. I had the spicer version of the chicken they had. I’m not sure if it was a spicer version of the masala but either way it was delicious on the curry rice. Make sure to try the chick pea curry, it was soooo good. It had a little sweetness to it, yum! The Pakora was good too. If you you want to try something new and you are at the Farmers Market in St. John’s or are near the corner of Park Avenue and Smallwood Drive in Mount Pearl you have to try this out. You won’t be disappointed!

Mixed experience here. I liked the emphasis on reusable containers and the vegetarian dishes were good (daal and Chana masala) but the butter chicken was bland. I'm used to a creamy consistency but what I got had the consistency of curdled milk and it was yellow (maybe indicating lack of spices) where it is normally orange-red.

Service was quick and friendly but the food is quite mediocre. We have take out curry at least once a week from somewhere, tried this place just after it opened and didn't care for it but wanted to give it another chance. Still quite disappointing, the curries are really lacking in flavours and the sauces are quite thin. If you like indian food there are many better options in the area.

2 stars for quick and friendly service, decent samosas and yogurt sauce. Without meaning to be harsh, the butter chicken was a miss. Though the chicken was tender, the sauce was split, pale yellow and lacked any flavours of tomato, cream, fenugreek, onion, spices etc. It really wasn't recognizable as butter chicken. The rice had a few dried dried crunchy clumps in it. Though I got it near closing time, it really wasn't good enough. Hope this was just a bad day, I expected better based on reviews.

Visited for the first time and I must admit I was impressed! There are around 4-6 vegetarian curries and 3 chicken-based curries, and all the options taste just like authentic Indian/Pakistani food (as an Indian, the authentic flavor was a huge hit with me!) The decor of this restaurant is also pretty neat all considered. Not to forget, the people working here are absolutely sweet and help you out with everything, especially if you're new to ethnic South Asian food. Great experience.

I visited this restaurant three times and tried most of their dishes. It seems that there is a dominant spice in all of the them, making the taste the same hot flavor in each dish. Not much variety in that respect, unlike I am used to by eating at different Indian food places. Best regards, Mike.

So the boyfriend and I came here for dinner and we were disappointed with the customer service. My boyfriend got his food 10 minutes before I did, we weren’t offered drinks Or napkins, the server never checked On us or asked if We needed anything, It’s as if she was just the cashier and not a waitress there to sell takeout food and not to wait on people dining inside the establishment. We did not leave a tip based on the service we received. That being said the butter chicken poutine was absolutely delicious, the cheese curds were high-quality and melted nicely the fries were crispy and everything was complemented just right with the butter chicken sauce.
