Mark and his team at Catering Visions did an AMAZING job at our wedding this past weekend. We served the Once Upon a Dream package and the food was SO delicious. Everyone is raving about it! The mashed potatoes specifically were so amazing – my husband could not stop raving about them. As a part of that package that we ordered, we also had appetizers for our guests immediately following the ceremony as well as a late-night snack. After the ceremony, my husband and I stayed to take photos with our family, as our guests made their way back to the hall which was across the street. One of the members of the Catering Visions team thoughtfully brought down a large tray of appetizers for us so that we weren’t hungry! It was such a small but huge gesture at the time that meant a lot to us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Catering Visions and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer for their event!

I still recommend them even 4 yrs after we used them for my nieces wedding , their staff was beyond wonderful , my nieces wedding was in a unbearably hot summer , and the staff was so kind and helpful to their guests . I even saw some of the staff having tears in their eyes during the wedding speeches , that shows kind hearted people ! They were funny and courteous and went above and beyond to help us out. They were one of the highlights of that day and the food was phenomenal!!!

We recently used Mark and his fabulous team for our wedding at The Columbia Theatre. He can highly recommended and did not disappoint. We went for a food tasting and he laid out all the options for us and made sure we were extremely happy with how the day would go. The food is delicious, and he made sure our folks with food allergies were taken care of as well. I was surprised to find that almost all the dishes - aside from the pasta and bread - were gluten free! Everything is made in house and is made with quality ingredients that let you taste the food - not filler. The staff was amazing on the day. Couldn't have been happier!

Mark is an amazing chef. Not only is he kind, understanding and funny ...he truly wants to make you so happy with his food. We got married on August 29, 2015.....during the "Worst Storm in a Decade". Our appetizers were cucumber rounds stuffed with cream cheese - heaven! So refreshing. Mini Yorkshire puddings with a little gravy and roast on top - I could eat a thousand of these - I would have but for the dress stopping me. Cold Prawns with cocktail sauce - mmmm they were huge and perfectly cooked. Our main dinner was beef roast, wild salmon, baked pasta, mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, Szechuan beans, citrus spring salad, Mediterranean salad, Cesar salad, gravy and dinner rolls. Wow - what worlds can I use to describe the food. Outstanding is the best one I can think of! The beef was perfectly cooked, the mashed potatoes creamy and the gravy was comfort food perfection. Mark served fresh fruit and pastries when we cut our cake. It was perfect to be honest. His staff was efficient and polite and the food was outstanding. I would highly recommend Catering Visions for any party you want to plan. Thank you Mark!

Hands down the best food I've ever had at a wedding. They catered my wedding and I'm not being bias when I say it was the best. Hot food, lots of it, cooked perfectly and the staff was so nice and attentive. I can go on and on about how good the food was. We hired Catering Visions for our wedding in August. From the very beginning, Mark was easy to correspond with and very professional, both in-person and via email. I loved how they provided all the dinnerware and offered to cut up the cake for us. The mash potatoes were fantastic but the salmon was a bit dry and bland. Also, it would've been nice to be offered some appies in the bridal suite by the servers during cocktail hour. Overall, I was satisfied with their services.

We had roughly 90 guests for our wedding and ourselves and guests were raving about both the food and service over cocktail hour as well as the dinner buffet. BEST FOOD EVER! We hired Catering Visions for our wedding and it was by far the best decision we ever made! Mark and his team were so easy to work with, flexible, and provided amazing service! We got to custom pick all menu items from the cocktail hour to dinner to the late night menu! EVERYONE raved how amazing the food was! Outstanding! Mark and his team were quick, professional, competitively priced and the platters were AMAZING. He customized our menu with an array of sandwiches, a veggie and fruit platter, bruschetta and greek samplers. He even accepted a last minute change in numbers without batting an eyelash. Several guests asked about our source because everyone was impressed with how beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious everything tasted. I'd definitely contact his team for a future event.

Fantastic food, large portions, and pricing everyone can afford! Through the pandemic, they have been offering delicious pre-made meals for home. They email a variety of menu options each week. You email your order, e-transfer the payment, and then pick it up curbside on the set date. Easy peasy! My favourite meals from Visions have so far been their short ribs, lamb roast, BBQ pork ribs, schnitzel, and their Friday night pub food options. The portions are HUGE, the quality is A+, and the flavours are eye-rollingly good. FYI, the mashed potato is usually such a large portion that I make fritters with the leftovers. Mmm-mmm! They even offer special meals for all the holidays. I've been ordering from them since summer 2020. It's become a regular part of my weekly meal schedule. Thank you to Mark and the catering team!

I cannot express how amazing Mark and his staff were at my wedding this past Saturday. We unfortunately had to change from a BBQ Steak dinner because of a BBQ ban in the park so we went with a roast beef and oh man, we were not disappointed one bit! The food was over the top, from the mini Yorkshires, to dessert, and back to the mashed potatoes for thirds. I still have guests messaging & calling me to say how amazing the food was and that they are craving another dish. The staff were absolutely wonderful also... while I hid in the kitchen eating my third helping of mashed potatoes, my bridesmaids were trying to figure out how to fix my broken bustle and one of the staff came over to help. They set out my cupcakes for me and were so professional throughout the night. From the moment we emailed Mark inquiring to today when I dropped off the left over equipment, the staff were on the ball and always smiling. They went above and beyond expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They did a fantastic job and I am already looking for another event to plan so I can eat more of their delicious food!

I worked with Catering Visions for a wedding in July at Performance Works on Granville Island. Not only was the food fantastic but Mark and his team were so organized and did an excellent job ensuring guests had everything they needed and the buffet was always stocked. The meat was grilled on demand so it wasn't like a regular buffet where food gets cold sitting out. They had a lot of staff who were all very friend and were very helpful with clearing plates/glassware to ensure their wasn't a mess. As a wedding planner, I work with a number of catering companies and Catering Visions really impressed me! I hope we have the opportunity to work together again.

We worked with a ton of different vendors for our wedding. Ice vendor, bartenders, table rentals, venue rental etc... Mark and his team were by far the most helpful, flexible and responsive. He and his wife are absolute allstars. We had so many compliments on how great the food was. The mashed potatoes and and Yorkshire pudding were the big crowd favs. They also wrote us a thank you note which was unnecessary as we should have been the ones writing the note! I think because Mark the owner is in the trenches cooking and working side by side with the team he holds everyone accountable to high standards suitable for any big event. Would highly reccomend them if you want a stress free, high quality vendor that will go the extra mile to make yourbig day or event perfect!

They were very accommodating to our needs if we needed things changed or included and they made sure everything went smoothly. The food was outstanding, and Mark was very easy to deal with. I am so happy I found Catering Visions!! We hosted a backyard BBQ for my husband’s 50 birthday. Before the party, Mark worked with me setting up a delicious menu for the party. Mark and Kayla were like my secret elves. They came, set up, cooked up a delicious BBQ. When we were done, they took all the plates and cutlery and cleaned up and were on their way. I think this was the first time that I felt rested and relax at my own party. ???? My guests were so impressed with the food quality and portions. Thank you so much Mark and Kayla. I hired Catering Visions for my wedding this past October on the 9th.When I first was looking at hiring Catering Visions I was impressed by the pricing and recommendations but was hooked by the first tasting appointment. I was to initially get married in March on the 21st of this year when s*** hit the fan Mark and Candice both stayed in constant communication with me to insure me that I would be able to book them for another date and my deposit was good. Even with our online meeting while going over our menu for October the 9th Mark was so helpful. His team did an amazing job on the day of my wedding with the new covid restrictions and everybody was ranting and raving about the food. We opted to have them cut our wedding pie and serve it to our wedding party and have dessert plates made for the rest guest. I was extremely impressed that everything was done so flawlessly. We also opted to have the appetizer portion where it was "Butler style" they followed all the safety precautions and everybody was so happy. Including the wedding party who had pictures being done constantly while appetizers were being served, the staff came to find us and made sure we were fed and happy - I myself am extremely thankful for that. I can't say enough wonderful things about these guys, other than to definitely hire them for your wedding especially in these uncertain days of wedding planning you want them in your team.

The food alone was over the top wonderful and a fantastic value for the price. The service was prompt, clean and very professional! But it was the little touches that really won us over! Catering visions catered my wedding 2 weeks ago. The food isn’t good. It’s AMAZING. Our first meeting and tasting with mark was very professional and gave us piece of mind for one of the most important parts of our wedding. Everyone raved about the food but also about the service. The servers were excellent, they asked the Head table if they needed anything and personally helped my husbands grandma making sure she had what she needed. We ordered the Mac and cheese late night snack as well....please do yourself a favour and get the Mac and cheese. All of this and it’s very affordable as well. 10/10 for catering visions!

????First time ordering from Catering Visions and we were impressed! Had the Christmas Dinner for 4 (it fed 4 adults and 1 kid and still had leftovers). Wow! The turkey had so much flavour. I usually don't like mashed potatoes, but their's were delicious! And the desserts! Such a great variety! We'll definitely order from them again!

Visions was great, right from the start. Mark was friendly and very professional. The menu he designed for us was great. Everyone at our wedding talked about how great the food was. The staff was excellent at the diner service. My wife is celiac, and visions made suggestions and did the menu to accommodate this. Where as most other catering companies we spoke with said they would just have to prepare a seperate dish for her, while all others enjoyed something else. But mark insisted it wouldn't be difficult to make sure that everyone had something good to eat including those with any and all food allergies. He even went out of his way to point us in the right direction when we were looking into bartenders. It never felt like we were "just another event" for them. We would highly recommend visions. TASTY AND PERFECT! Mark and his crew were AMAZING!!! All the food was delicious and hot. Was not your typical buffet food! The salmon and mashed potatoes were a HUGE HIT at our wedding.... I actually should say EVERYTHING WAS! All our guests couldn't stop raving about everything!!! Mark was great to work with and was very accommodating! We had a late night Mac and cheese bar and he helped us design the perfect toppings for that! Everyone loved it!! His staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful! I am so glad we decided to work with them and will definitely be recommending to all my friends and friendly! Thank you again Mark and Catering Versions!

We had mark and his team cater our wedding in sept. 2021 and WOW!!!! The food Was absolutely amazing !!!! We had the mini Yorkshire pudding, bruschetta, and chicken skewers for appies ( pretty sure one of my groomsmen had 10 of the yorkies lol ) and for dinner we had 3 salads, mashed potatoes, Dijon chicken, rice pilaf, roasted veg and prime rib and it was unreal! Our guest loved it! My maid of honour is getting married and will be contacting them for her wedding as well it was that good. They were easy to deal with and prompt at communicating. I cannot express how amazing Mark and his staff were at my wedding this past Saturday. We unfortunately had to change from a BBQ Steak dinner because of a BBQ ban in the park so we went with a roast beef and oh man, we were not disappointed one bit! The food was over the top, from the mini Yorkshires, to dessert, and back to the mashed potatoes for thirds. I still have guests messaging & calling me to say how amazing the food was and that they are craving another dish. The staff were absolutely wonderful also... while I hid in the kitchen eating my third helping of mashed potatoes, my bridesmaids were trying to figure out how to fix my broken bustle and one of the staff came over to help. They set out my cupcakes for me and were so professional throughout the night. From the moment we emailed Mark inquiring to today when I dropped off the left over equipment, the staff were on the ball and always smiling. They went above and beyond expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They did a fantastic job and I am already looking for another event to plan so I can eat more of their delicious food!

My husband and I booked Catering Visions back in September for our small wedding (family and friends within our bubble) and I am still over the moon about how amazing this company is. Mark and Candice were so responsive and overall wonderful to work with! They were able to answer all of our questions and concerns as things were constantly changing with new restrictions due to Covid-19. On the day of the wedding the staff we're so amazing and patient! They followed the wedding party around the venu with appetizers, waiting for the photos to be finished. The food was to die for! My guests were giving their compliments for days after the wedding. When all was said and done, they were very patient and waited for a moment to communicate with my husband and I that they were done for the evening and they wished us a very happy marriage, not to mention that they gave us a lovely gift at the end ???? All in all, I can't express enough how worth it, it is to book with this company. I swear you won't be disappointed, with their incredibly budget friendly service to their amazing menu, these guys deserve all the credit they recieve and more! Thank you so much for catering our wedding, you made our day stress free and so much more special!

I contracted for 75 people and actually had 80 attend but there was lots of food and still some left over. The servings were very generous. The service excellent with arrival of the food exactly when it was supposed to. It was arranged nicely. Our family was very pleased and when booking for this event everyone I communicated with was pleasant and accommodating.
