Dine in is not yet opened in this restaurant, it's drive thru only at the moment. Considering what you order it might take more than 10 mins of wait. Pecan Braid and chipotle avocado chicken sandwich are worth trying at Panera. It's always better to dine in at this resturant, hope it opens up soon.

Nice clean restaurant with lots of healthy options. Panera offers healthy breakfast choices during the morning hours. They also offer Soups, Salads and sandwiches for lunch and dinner. Panera has a good selection of pastries and coffee. I ordered the corn chowder soup, tuna sandwich and a Cheese Brittany pastry which was great. Mac and cheese is a favorite among my kids

I am very disappointed with Panera Bread, Belleville, Ontario. The staff is excellent, the food quality is excellent, but the experience has not been good. I am in my mid-50s and one of the younger people in this restaurant at this time, mid-morning on a Tuesday. The music is horrible for our age demographic. I went to the manager, a lovely woman and she acknowledges that several complaints have been sent in about the music, but there is nothing she can do because the owner's says this is the music that must play. Customer experience is a measuring tool in every business, and for Panera Bread Belleville, they have scored a zero. My other question, why give a person a title "Manager" but do not give them the authority to manage the local store experience for their customers?

What a great weekly experience. Order online within seconds (based on reorder) and ready for pickup in 10min. As soon as I show up, I can walk in, find my name on the pickup shelf, and I'm out the door. I always take my lunch to go, but I noticed they are still not open in inside dining. Patio is always packed. Notice a lot of people just standing around waiting for a table.

This place is what, 3 years old here in Oshawa? Went there tonight for something to eat. No french bread. Ok. No avacados. No problem. But the carpet! It smells awful! I feel like they are letting that location slip. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

Delicious food you won't feel guilty about eating! The staff at this branch are always so lovely, and although they often apologize for the wait, I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for my food to arrive. The value for the amount of food one receives is also rather reasonable. Their menu also has plenty of variety, but since it is a bread-based establishment, it might not be the best for the gluten-free crowd. Nonetheless, if you're looking for something quick and delicious in a relaxed and friendly environment, this is the place for you!

I feel horrible for the employees that work here. The supervisor or manager (wasn’t able to catch his name) was extremely short with the staff. The kitchen seemed quite chaotic when I was there. It was quite busy, but I think the manager needs to take the time to properly train his employees and also learn to treat them with some respect. Food was good (had the manager treated the employees nicer, would have given 4-5 stars).

One of my favorite places to have lunch. The food is delicious. The butternut squash soup is amazing and a must try. It is a popular spot at lunch time with long line ups and tables are not always available. When I was there recently ppl were leaving because there was no where to sit and enjoy your lunch.

Nice indoor seating area with a outdoor patio. I ordered the steak and cheddar cheese on panini bread, and it came in little slices of meat and packaged cheese. The taste was good but for $10 I think they should increase the amount of the meat and serve with real cheddar cheese. I don't think that I would go back.

I have always been a regular visitor on this outlet but this Sunday was very disappointing, Ordered 2 Hot chocolates and although I was served for the sandwiches on time but after waiting for for a couple of minutes I went to inquire about the drinks, they were lying there and they told me that it will be served on the table. The "Hot" chocolates turned into "Cold" chocolates. My kids love Hot chocolate but left them without drinking. I like your location, it is always neat and clean and I always speak at length about it to my friends and relatives but this time I was left disappointed. You guys have been doing a good job but would suggest not getting Complacent as you would be Just Another Panera Bread which I am sure will not help. Sorry about the 3 stars...!!!

Ordered lunch from here today and I am very pleased with the service and quality of the food. I ordered cheddar broccoli soup and a sandwich and it was very fresh and tasted delicious. Quick stop for lunch in Belleville on the way to Kingston. First time at this Panera outlet but it was of the usual high-quality. We had the harvest squash soup with French baguette. Very nice soup, very warming on a chilly damp day. There were pumpkin seeds on top of the soup which added a nice textural element. The baguette was a little denser than I would expect for a French baguette, more like Italian bread. But dipped in the soup it was just fine. This Panera is just off the 401 one in the Quinte mall.

Every time i come by this place i almost get in an accident because all pf the customers drive 60 sideways through the parking lot. Cut people off and almost back out in front of oncoming traffic. The most inconsiderate un attentive drivers all congregate here. Does the food make them stupider or are they just already so low functioning. Fire whoever designed your parking lot/drive through. Yikes.

The salad I had was very tasty, filling and worth the price for sure. However, the French onion soup was pretty bad. It was flavorless like they added water to onion dip mix, the croutons are stale and only become edible after the soup has lost it's heat. I thought there was no cheese at all until my last couple bites had maybe half a teaspoon of cheese in it. It looks so far off of the picture and is definitely not worth the $6+

Great food. Yeah the price is up there BUT my biggest complaint is the hours. Anytime I show up I am always greeted at the door with the staff leaving saying sorry we are closed. It is already to hard to find healthy options but when you show up at 8pm on a Wednesday and their closed unlike almost every other fast food chain. Good food doesn’t outweigh the inconvenience of a specific menu, that’s overpriced, and apparently never open when I want them.

It is literally unusable which means it is impossible to make use of the quiet atmosphere to study or work. I do understand staff and food are most important and shouldnt be giving this amazing place 3 stars based on WIFI but i love this place and would love to see the WIFI issue being fixed/upgraded.

First ever visit to a Panera Bread and restaurant is filthy. Floors are dirty, bathrooms are dirty. Absolutely gross location. We ordered a sandwich and a salad, I'm sure the sandwich would be tasted better if some of the toppings made it on to the bread. Salad was skanky, veggies were all old and limp. The napkins put in our bag were covered in a creamy white sauce so we couldn't use them. I mean all in I can't think of a single nice thing to say. $30, what a waste of money.

Foods are good that's why i suggest it for my family. told my mom to order. when the food had arrived we got 3 small soups instead of a large. So i called the store to make sure for the sizes for the bowls. instead of a Good customer service since my order was already messed up this RUDE, IMPERTINENT WOMAN, since i'd placed the order from uber eats. "You should report your order problem to uber eats we cant do anything with that" then HANGED UP THE PHONE. after she hanged up the phone i called twice to confirm again the sizes but didn't let me speak. she HANGED UP Again. The third time i called back, i asked for head office phone number and her manager and i notice that the way she treats me and her voice change its totally different from the first 2 calls had to asked her name again or her managers name she said "there's NO MANAGER INCHARGE for today have a nice day bye." DIDN'T Ask for Money back or anything just wanted a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. had 5years worked in a restaurants too but I've never treat our guests like that.

Bought my wife the green goddess chicken salad and myself the turkey avocado club. My sandwich was fine, my wife's salad had NO edible parts of lettuce. Black, brown, you name it. Nasty. Not worth my time to go back and get a new one, used my own lettuce at home so she could eat her lunch. Never going back, would recommend only to enemies and those who enjoy rotten lettuce.

I had the intention to become a regular costumer as I live close by, but every time I go there I feel nothing but frustration. A nice, spacious cosy place with potential yet the staff is not knowledgeable and not Always friendly (Attitude and grumpy faces), the dishes are overpriced quality wise, most dishes and pastries are cold, extremely bad connection I wonder how they say they have WiFi, not able to browse or send emails. At the end, I’d rather go to Tim Hortons, Starbucks or Whole Food Market to have a coffee, a dish or sandwich without the hassle of having a bad internet connection. Last time I went to Panera I saw 4 people complaining about internet connection, closing their laptops and leaving. Not having a decent internet connection is a real shame since lot people go there to have lunch but also to have professional meetings or study in groups. Panera could be a great place but for so many reasons it’s not. I decided to go there anymore.

I used to love going to this place but recently, I've been leaving unhappy. First of all, they only have certain soups on certain days. They do not carry all of the soups that they show on their website. And there is no way to know which soups they have on any day, without having to call. I absolutely LOVE the baked potato soup but they only have it 3 days out of the week... I've memorized those days. On Monday, I went to order it only to be told they were out of it that day...it was only 4:30. How are you out of soup before dinner even hits? I had to drive to Whitby to get the soup. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, except for one employee named Bonnie, and I usually get served by her due to the time I usually go in. She is very rude, pushy, and unprofessional. She gives my fiance and I sass almost every time we see her. She is just very unpleasant and I actively try to avoid being served by her, by allowing others in line to go ahead of me. She should not be working with the public. All in all, the food is very good, as well as most of the staff. I just don't understand why they only carry certain soups on certain days and have no way for you to check which soups they have that day.

Horrendous drive thru experience tonight. Was the only of 2 vehicles in the line up, was told cash only, which was fine, and we literally for 25 minutes for a bowl of mac&cheese. We, along with at least 4 cars behind us, drove off without food because it took SO long with zero communication from the staff. When they finally opened the window for the van ahead of us they didnt even know what they ordered, and then started adding things. ???? if you're that short staffed, say something. Mention that there will be a wait. What was supposed to be a pit stop on the way home on a completely empty stomach, turned into a waste of half an hour lol Panera: please hire more staff and train the ones you have to communicate kitchen issues to the customer. I will not be back here

I am really disgusted with the staff at this location. I was in on the Sunday with my partner and we sat at one of the booths. We noticed a mum with her two kids and friend enjoy their food until one of the boys vomited all over the table, plates and bowls. The mum tried her best to clean the table and put the the vomit on the plate and walked towards the staff and was very apologetic and let staff know that her son had just threw up everywhere. The staff did not seem to care, after the mum got her child cleaned up and got the family together she walked by the staff again and said "I did my best to clean up, I am sure you use some sort of cleaning chemicals for situations like this, I do apologize" one staff responded with a "oh okay no problem" and NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER CAME TO CLEAN OR DISINFECT THE TABLE!! The food was mediocre at best and the staff gave a bit of attitude when I ordered breakfast, he said it was finished, yet they were still advertising breakfast. He said I need to order lunch, I explained I've never eaten here before and I'm not sure what they serve. He actually told me to wait 5 minutes until they change the menu boards. Jokingly, I asked while I wait for the change in menu can I order breakfast and someone in back said yes...lmao. I just shook my head and waited for my wrap to be slapped together. Didn't look appetising but I was hungry. Very minimal toppings on the wrap and skimpy on the eggs and bacon. The restaurant itself was clean, cozy and well lit. Not from the neighborhood so I doubt I will be back

I've been getting a coffee and bagel a few times a month from this location, and every time, I'm rudely greeted by Zia who works the cash register in the morning. I always greet her with a friendly "good morning" and somehow, she always finds a way to talk down to me and be very rude. I've seen her interact with other customers in the same way. It's a shame, because I love the coffee and bagel, but every interaction I have with her, I leave in a bad mood. It is not worth me coming back here. I'd rather have a friendly interaction and deal with a Tim Hortons coffee and bagel, rather than deal with her.

I came for a late afternoon sandwich in early August. The place was just about empty, but this will surely change when Rutgers is in session. The restaurant has all the usual Panera features: order in person, using their screens or using the app. Selection is standard Panera as far as I've been able to determine. Lots of seating with outlets for laptops and chargers, and Rutgers WiFi is available to guests.

I love Panera Bread, but “this one” is the worst I’ve ever been before. It’s not worthy to own that name. It took place around 8:52pm on May 26th 2018. We got to the place 38min before the closing time and the lady with apparently attitude took our order, in the main time we were deciding she was not able to hide her uncomfortableness. She barely spoke with us, was not nice and also disrespectful when she took our order as take out and we ordered take-in. She never told us about that, and I asked her why she said she had told us but it was not true, otherwise why my family and me would seat at the table waiting for our soups? Hang on with me.... the nightmare was not over. My mother in law- ordered a soup, but it was the day left-over with water....you could literally see the water covering what was Supposed to be the soup. My husband ordered a cold-mocha, the funny mocha was some bunch of ice and the mocha.....where’d go? If you live in New York and are expecting the amazing Panera Bread food, please don’t.... I totally wasted my money. If you are a visitor or an Canadian customer, you should know these people are not doing it a favor to this amazing country: Canada ????????. I will always be back to Canada , but will NEVER to get food at this Panera Bread.

Felt rushed in the ordering process. Cashiers expected the customer to know the combos on the board, which I found a bit confusing. The portion was very small, (soup in bread bowl) and when my wife and I asked our server about the portion we were told yeah that 1/2 what we were supposed to get. So this meant 2 staff handled food prep/ delivered to table and hoped the customer would not question. One time I never post. But this was 2 times in a row. So I went there for lunch. Now I love Panera already, however my brother ordered a grilled cheese and it wasn't grilled as much as it was supposed to be. But when we went up to ask for it to be grilled a bit more they said we will make you a new whole grilled cheese despite you already have eaten half of it. So I've been wanting to do this review for a while now Panera bread I have only a few problems with this place the first is that there is never any good non organic type food it's mainly organic salads sandwiches and soups. The seating is very cramped unless you are there on your own. The last comment about the seating was from my own experience and another person who I heard say can we sit somewhere else? The last complaint I have about this place was in regards to an employee of Panera bread told my 85 year old grandfather to ask for packets of butter at the time of ordering when you work in the retail industry or customer service and you hear a senior ask for something you wait on them like a king or queen because they worked their life and they deserve respect

This is the 2nd time I've purchased a pecan braid and it was undercooked and the dough was raw. Two weeks ago I complained and was contacted by the Oshawa store manager. I explained how serving and selling undercooked pastry items could result in someone getting sick. I was told then he'd look into it and make sure it didnt happen again. Today I stopped in and picked up a breakfast bagel and a pecan braid and was given some BS story from the person who served me that "the recipe for the pecan braid has been changed so it's not so hard" Well, I didn't find it hard when I purchased them in the past. I'd much rather a harder COOKED pastry..then one that you can look at and tell it's not cooked. I'm not into eating soggy raw dough, and I dont think other people should be expected to eat it as well. There was NOTHING wrong with how they pecan braids were made and baked 6 months ago, this supposid "NEW" recipe should be thrown in the trash and the old one brought back. as of now, Panera lost a customer, and my next complaint is to the health department.

Fantastic service. Very polite staff. And patient to boot. I had trouble deciding on a meal for my wife, who is on a restricted diet from her doctor for a medical issue, and they went above and beyond to look at ingredients and calm my worries. Settled on the tomato soup with sourdough bread. Wife adored both items, and washed it down with our favourite new iced green tea. It’s more than I want to spend on take out, but I will say the service alone makes up for it. Bar none.

Panera what happened? I looked forward to a freshly made, full of flavour with quality ingredients, soup and sandwhich dinner. I got served soup that almost ended up on my lap becsuse the fellow who brought it reached across my daughter's meal and leaned over the table while holding an unbalanced bowl of soup on a slippery plate, instead of politely, and safely, waking to my side to serve it. There was wiped up soup on the plate and splashed soup all up the sides of the bowl so it had been spilled even before it got to me too. Take a look at the tomato. It is the last weekend of August and the markets are full of brilliant, sun ripe, flavorful tomatoes. This tomato had the flavour, colour, and texture of a water chestnut in winter. What happened Panera? You used to be great. Oh, and see the box with a brownie in the corner of the photo? ... A) what wasteful packaging B) It tasted like an Easy Bake Oven cake mix that had not even been stirred. Oh, oh ... see the pickle on the other side of the photo? It was so limp it had obviously given up all hope long ago.

Honestly, the food and the quality of service is good. The staff are nice and friendly. Panera is a favorite place of mine, mainly due to their high end customer service and cleanliness. However, I noticed today that their kitchen and trash bin is a mess. It was from my seat view. If it is the face, I don't know what is behind the scene! It also seems they switched to disposable cutlery, which is not good at all. When I had my lunch, the fork got broken and I lost one of its teeth in my food and I had to throw that part away. I then asked for a real fork!

I order online here once every couple of weeks. The pick 2 for lunch is a great option. I usually go for the tomato soup and half smokehouse chicken sandwich. Food is ready very quickly after ordering and is eating for you at the front in a bag with your name on it. There is a Half Mac & Cheese that you can order, but I don't see why anyone should bother. The 1/2 mac & cheese is a joke for $6.99. I didn't see a supervisor or manager around to talk to, and I ended up ordering another sandwich seeing the mac & cheese was going to be small even for a 10 year old. Overall good joint, service is friendly, place is clean and serves a good coffee. Soups are outstanding. My rating is for the mac & cheese and the limited veggie options.

So I've been a little down on Panera. They're okay if you get a decent one. If not, it's a pretty awful experience, like the one in Secaucus. This one, on College Ave. on Rutgers University campus, is better than most.

French onion soup heated up from cold in a microwave. There were hot and cold spots in the soup. The bowl was large and half full but onion soup all up the inside and not cleaned leaving presentation poor. Tiny half sandwiches. Suggest getting complete sandwich only. Normal coffee was overly strong almost as if it was a brewing mistake. Portions seem smaller since even last year. Will no longer return to this franchise.

I added Avocado to my sandwich for an extra charge and the avocado was mainly black and not fresh. Also, the cheese in my sandwich had the paper lining still on it in my sandwich. After reaching out twice they called me back offering a full meal to make up for the mistake which was great! This location is great with resolving any errors they make. Although, anytime I have ordered avocado it is never fresh so I would steer away from that.

This is my favourite place to meet friends for a coffee, pastry and a chat. The food is always tastey (we have had issues several times with not so fresh salads). They have free wifi and there is no time limit for how long you can sit and visit.

Location 5004. 2/16/2020 3:45pm. Worst ever.... Coffee pots either empty or cold-ALL tables were dirty / not bussed. When I asked staff for a cloth so I could clean a table to sit at, was told they were sorry.... short staffed because Pandora was “ being chintzy “. Waited for coffee to be made, and then had to remind staff we were waiting. Trash can at the coffee bar was overflowing. Ladies washroom was filthy. However.... sandwich was excellent. Will avoid in the future.

Bit pricey, but food is worth it. Nice comfortably lit setting, with plenty of seating. Casual atmosphere. Plenty of sandwich and pastry options, along with soups and salads, plus a very wide selection of drinks. They have several varieties of coffees and hot teas, plus some specialty hot drinks (mochas etc...). Fountain pop with Pepsi products, and a selection of iced teas and some lemonades (the iced tea here is a real brewed tea, not the artificially flavored stuff you get from a bottle). Staff are friendly and professional. Overall highly recommend eating here.

I had big hopes of Panera from their ads and my friend recommended from States.1st visit had Steak White Cheese SW nothing special the pickled onion in it had a strong sour taste which spoils the taste of steak. Bread was hard and the side bread was coldand heard. Soup was ok but wont agree if they call it fresh. Tasted frozen to me.

Panera in the past was my favorite place. However, the size of the servings has decreased. The serving dishes are now melamine, and you have to go get your dish when your buzzer goes off, instead of it being delivered to your table. So to recap. Smaller servings, less service, and still pricey. McDonald's will even deliver to your table.

Everytime I call in the morning doesn't matter what day of the week, they don't pick up there phone. It just keeps ringing. I came in today at exactly 10:25 waited in line and by the time I went to the cashier it was 10:28. I told her I wanted to order a breakfast sandwhich and she said the breakfast is closed at 10:30. I told the elderly cashier I came in before 10:30 so you should be able to make it. She asks the cook and the cook said there are no more eggs. I called headoffice and they agreed with me that they should have made the breakfast sandwhich. Is that how you treat a regular customer. I have been coming there for a long time.You would rather lose me a customer simply because you are to lazy to make it. I can even get better service at Macondalds.
