My Harvest Specialty Catering experiences have been excellent. I have used them for yearly Barbeques for my department and they go above and beyond and the food and presentation is top notch. Recently my niece used them for her wedding. The set up was great. The food was as expected fabulous and the wait staff was very professional. They went as far as helping the elderly attendees get their food and bring it back to the tables. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism Jason and his staff project at all times.

Harvest put on a wonderful spread for my mother's repast in September 2017. There was plenty of delicious food and the omelette bar was terrific. The people were kind, well-organized and helpful. Jason and his crew were courteous and hospitable to my guests as well. They came prepared with everything one might need.... plates, utensils, condiments, tables and tablecloths. Even their own trash bins! We highly recommend the food trucks. Fun, festive, easy and delicious. We will have them back for sure!

I was looking for a food truck for a retirement party, Harvest BBQ responded promptly. Every e-mail I sent was responded to amazingly fast. Jason at Harvest shared two different menus and we chose the larger one, mainly because the price was extremely reasonable and had plenty of options for everyone, including dessert. On the day of the party Jason and Acela showed up early to set up. The truck came smoking the food, on the truck! We had fall off the bone ribs, pulled pork, brisket and chicken, as well as black bean and corn salad, coleslaw and a warm apple crumble with ice cream. Jason and Acela made everything so safe and easy, I was able to enjoy the party. Not only do I highly recommend Harvest BBQ, I cannot wait to use them again! I am cross posting this because they were that good and people should know it.

They catered our sons naming ceremony. Entire process was painless and they did everything to make the event perfect. The BBQ was very good. I worked in Houston for 3 years and their BBQ was as good as any in Texas. They also customized the menu to suit our needs and the pricing was reasonable.

Harvest Specialty Catering is superb! My husband and I contacted Jason, at Harvest, and asked if his company would be willing to cater a small, intimate wedding. He happily accepted, and worked with us to create a stellar menu, including hors d'oeuvres, two exquisite entrée selections, and a coffee/tea spread. Jason’s communication and work ethic was efficient and diligent. We never worried or stressed about the food, because he was always on point. Jason and his team arrived a few hours before the wedding. They used our kitchen, stove and grill to prep, cook and serve. Jason’s team included Kelly and Kelly :) They were all fantastic and super fun! The food was outstanding! My mother said it was the best filet she had ever tasted and the vegetables were perfect – and my mother is not easy to please. Every dish was cooked perfectly, and tasted delicious. They cleaned up everything, and washed all the dishes – including our utensils (We opted to use our gold flatware for the dinner). I cannot say enough about Jason and his team… they were wonderful from beginning to end. By the end of the night I was offering for Jason, Kelly and Kelly to have a drink and eat dessert with us. They were such a cool crew, I didn’t want them to leave! Before they left, we tipped them (We felt like we were at a Michelin star restaurant, set-up in my parents’ backyard!) and said our good byes. I would highly recommend Harvest Specialty catering for any event. They were fantastic and we loved working with them! Thank you so much – you were all amazing!

Once the order is placed... the bill comes and very easy to pay... The food arrives promptly on time and is excellent. I love the shrimp scampi and linguini and the cocoanut shrimp. We use them about once a week.

We had sauerbraten with red cabbage, german potatoe salad, a chicken dish which we name Berlin Chicken, knockwurst with sauerkraut. We had apple strudel for dessert. Everything per perfect. We had over 80 people and everyone enjoyed the food

The menu included local seasonal fare, was simple, yet executed very well. Harvest specialty catering, catered a baptism luncheon for us on our property. What was intended to be a beautiful, comfortable, spring day turned into a very cold, windy, muddy, rainy day. They made sure to have heaters placed in our tent to warm our guests and made sure everyone was comfortable. Our food was delicious and everyone raved about how great it all was despite the terrible rain storm. Harvest Catering handled everything for me with tents and tables and even set out my decorations!! Totally recommend to anyone needing an event catered.
