Stayed with the family here for 5 nights and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel lobby, entrance, bar and restaurant are the most beautiful I've ever seen at this level/price range of hotel. The location is great, just outside the downtown core (a few minutes drive), on the Saint John river. The patio and pool out back are really, really nice and we got some gorgeous views of the sunsets over the river. The room itself was fine, a basic hotel room but nothing to complain about. I was a little disappointed to see the hallways and room after walking through the beautiful lobby, as they are definitely not as nice (scuffed walls, dirty carpets, bad lighting in the hallways).

A little bit of a drive from the Transcanada highway but worth it! The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The option of indoor or outdoor swimming was nice to have. The pools aren't huge but nice all the same. …

Attended the Delta for a wedding of a friend of mine. We stayed overnight as well. The location was perfect, plenty of parking, and the service was great. We were even upgraded gratuitously to a Riverside Room (with a much better view) upon our arrival. It was a great event and stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to Fredericton for business or pleasure.

Great hotel, beautiful grounds, friendly staff!! The lounge was small, but had nice snacks in the evening on weekdays. Room is very clean and the beds are fantastic. The doors are not the most sound proof, but better then many. There are many outlets for charging your devices. The bar staff was very friendly and made delightful drinks for us.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and always find the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The lobby and restaurant have been renovated in the past couple years and it looks great. The rooms are always comfortable and I absolutely love their shampoo and bath products.

We were in town for a family celebration, with over 10 in our party. The hotel staff were very accommodating, and we were able to use the corporate lounge for our evening get togethers. Rooms were clean and the property is well maintained. Get a room with a view of the river, well worth it! Very close to many services, the restaurant is quite nice, but a bit pricey. Lots of parking around the property, even when there are events happening. The Diplomat restaurant next door has an excellent breakfast for a good price. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Eating at their cafe with a Wonderful view of St. John River. U can see the sunset and walking comfortably along the river. Clean and generally good in the room. Also have a good view from the room. It’s also has indoor swimming pool but too bad I don’t have much time stay at this hotel.

Awesome hotel, we went during the Ribs festival, the hotel is great, staff is awesome, they had their own restaurant ribs testers and they where delicious. The hotel bar is awesome, we didn't try the food as we ate too much at ribs fest but, every plate we seen seemed delicious and based on the amount of take-out it must be excellent. Loved the property, the pool area, and the waterfront, everything there is nice.

I’m not impressed no one cleaned the room for 2 days they said we were to ask to get it cleaned and no one told us…also charged $12 for parking per day and the lot was completely empty, people came for dinner and parked free…we also ate at the restaurant and paid for a room…you would think our parking would be free…it wasn’t the money more of the point. Next time I’m in town I will be staying at the Hilton downtown.

Getting caught in a snowstorm sucks, but the Delta turned up the heat! For us it was an unexpected stay but a pleasant one. The room was fair size but clean, with floor to ceiling windows and a massive HDTV. There Delta has the the look of a five star hotel; elegant decor, enormous ballrooms and a local sports hall of fame, but the price of a 3/4 star! The gift shop was tight but stocked with anything a traveller could need and anything they may have forgot. The food was good at the in house restaurant, great price for wings Currently renovations are underway for a new one however. But the highlight of our stay was the staff. Ellen at the front desk was the friendliest, honest, and most accommodating clerk I've had there pleasure of dealing with. Conversation was smooth as she filled all our requests: including a handsome photo of The Hoff himself, sent right to our room Thank you Ellen for the lasting memory and the laughter you gave us on a sad situation. We will be back. Thank you.

By far the best Bonvoy property in the Maritimes...but it still is a Delta. Rooms are nice, mattesses are ok, pillows could be better. It’s a dog friendly establishment, and that means if you don’t have dogs, you could still be on a floor with dogs...and forget about early sleep or late rise because they aren’t quiet in the hallways. Cleaning crew start vacuuming at 7:30am ???? It’s most redeeming qualities are the bar in the lobby and the outdoor pool.

The Delta is in a perfect location with beautiful sunsets over the St John River. The lobby is active and fun but the bar makes it very loud. Our room was very dated and the king sheets did not fit properly.

The staff at this property are extremely courteous and responsive to the guests the needs of the guests. The pool area was a great place for relaxation in the afternoon the added entertainment was a good choice the addition of a DJ made it feel like you were in a private pool party with friends.

Came here last night for a 5 course bourbon dinner. Absolutely terrible... The duck they served me was RAW, not rare, RAW. After showing to waiter he asked me if I wanted another one, I said no, maybe a bourbon instead, which he never did bring me. Then the steak they brought my wife was in between raw and rare, she couldn't eat it. Very disappointing for a 90 dollar a plate dinner

I’m going to start by saying this hotel has amazing staff, they are so nice and helpful, We had a great stay at the hotel. My only concern was that there are not enough filters and precautions for COVID 19 and that was one of the reasons we decides to cut short our stay there. My son wanted to go to the pool and as we got there it was full, he said to me that he did not feel comfortable with so many people around not respecting distance ( when we checked in we asked if there were appointments for the pool like in other hotels ) . Also at dinner time the restaurant was packed ????

All staff from housekeeping to the front desk to management where is spectacular. They appear to go out of their way despite being as busy as they are, to make everyone feel special. I can’t wait to go back very soon.

Love this hotel! Stay here often for work. Great staff, rooms, restaurant, location etc. The outdoor pool area is awesome in the summer. Just a very easy, clean hotel with everything you need. Bathrooms have lots of space for your toiletries. The corner rooms are mint if you like more space in your room.

Had a nice location for views, though you couldn't walk to any stores, but you don't really need it. It sat right next to a river which made fun for beachcombers and runners alike. The rooms were very modern, which I like, but others may not. In terms of service, there are like 3 restaurants in the facility and also a gift shop. If you want, you can order food that will get delivered to your room, but I prefer the actual restaurant. The outdoor pool seemed nice, but it was too good when we came to take a dip. Overall, a very nice facility, and worth the money, especially if staying more than one night!

Loved the convenience of picking up a 'to go' breakfast in the main lobby. The décor is very chic and inviting. The gift shop has so many great items. I did not have enough time to go to the spa or pool but I will take this in on my next trip. The restaurant had the best seafood chowder I've ever had!!

The hotel and staff are taking all precautions and are following COVID19 restrictions. Had an incredible meal here in the evening but at this time there is no breakfast being served at the restaurant. The establishment has set up a coffee shop with some rake away options for breakfast. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Lot of parking.

The hotel room facing the river is beautiful and the restaurant food waa amazing however we checked in we were told "and breakfest is right there for tommorrow" we were not told it was not complimentary.. also they had less then half toilet paper in our room and when it ran out we didnt have a spare in the room ... and the worse thing I found about our stay was the SPIDERS in our room... I killed 6 spiders and one of them was in our bed when we woke up in the morning . the outdoor pool opens at 11:30 but se have to check out at 12 so that is really stupid. Overall it was a okay stay ..we stayed in better hotels

Excellent overall. Recently under remodeling and reconstruction. Clean rooms, motivated staff, great location by the river. I did not have the opportunity to have many meals in the hotel due to our annual meeting at the Convention center.

Stayed here on a business trip. The hotel is quite nice with a lovely lobby, we had a room on the back with a view of the water. Safety protocols in place, with everyone having to show proof of vaccine, ID and we all were equipped with a bracelet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great with a big comfortable bed and large shower. Rooms were very clean. No complaints at all.

This is the best hotel in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Exceptional service, friendly employees, delicious food and magnificent view to St. John River. You must stay here!

Everything was great, My room, the service and the extra special touches from the staff calling me by name and always asking if I need a hand with anything. I couldn't have had a better stay.

I give this three stars because I feel it does not live up to the Delta name. They have recently re done the lobby and bar and it is stunning. They have a house beer that is excellent and the staff in the hotel, coffee shop and bar are amazing and very friendly. The rooms are nicely equipped with large TVs, comfortable beds, reasonably modern bathrooms, small fridge and nice work area. The view is stunning on the river side and the host staff seem to be going above and beyond with COVID proticals. So I'm sure your asking "why 3 stars?". Well there was small black hairs throughout the shower, I used the shower head to rinse them away. There was one half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no refills, imagine wrapping up number 2 and having to call housekeeping for a roll to clean up. The doors are paper thin. If you are in the hall and talking in a normal tone people in their rooms can hear ever word said. I was there during a slow time and it was noisy till past 11pm. People in the halls talking loudly doors slamming shut and a party in another room so loud there was multiple complaints. The tub is odd, when you step in you seem very close to the sealing. It appears as though an update was done and a new tub was installed over the old, may not just appears that way. It's not a bad hotel, comfortable but not Detla quality. More like a Farfeild Inn, more for family and hockey tournaments not buisness travelers.

From start to finish, an absolute excellent stay. I stayed here for 5 nights while moving into a new home, and the Delta has been wonderful even with last minute extensions. I was very impressed that when I got into my gorgeous room that the TV greeted me by name. I had a great view, the room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion supplied is so wonderful I want to buy a couple gallons. Even the bar of soap was finally something I don't cringe at. Room service is quick but of excellent quality and you are greeted by name. The pools are clean and a great temperature, and the fitness room is perfect for getting a workout in. I will most definitely be back for weekend getaways and recommend this hotel to all friends and family.

This is by far the best hotel in Fredericton! I have never been so impressed with the cleanliness, friendly staff and amazing property. From check in we were treated with amazing staff who literally would bend over backwards for us during our stay. The hotel itself is immaculate with a back patio / courtyard area second to none. This will be my hotel for ever when I am in Fredericton because of how nice it is and the sense of pride I can see in all of the employees!

Wearing a marathon running bib # checking out. I asked to ensure no Parking fee and the race rate. Told me all out of that rate….I booked in april or earlier….it was September…a $50 difference….not impressed…after a second covid lock down be welcoming and accommodating. Will shop around better.

On August 10th, 2021, we stayed one night at this hotel, while en route to Nova Scotia. Our room was very pleasant and spacious with plenty of toiletries. We also had a lovely dinner on the patio close to the water. Out of the 11 hotels we stayed at during our 17 day road trip, We had the best overall experience at this Delta Marriott hotel.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Anyone with serious food allergies can eat there with peace of mind. The restaurant are very well trained in serious food allergies and answered all our questions confidently instead of blank stares we would get in other places.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Delta Hotel Fredericton. The staff is very courteous, the room is very clean and cozy, and the dining/bar area is awesome.

I am new to the province so this was my first visit to the city. I was amazed by the view from my windows. My room was immaculate and the staff were friendly beyond measure. I will be staying there again for all future travel to the city, and recommending all my friends and family coming through the area to stay also.

Very nice stay at this hotel for meetings. Covid protocols were in place and followed. Meeting facilities were excellent and staff were very efficient. Check in and check out was very smooth. Had breakfast at the steamer restaurant and it was excellent- very large portions. Only thing missing was the typical Delta hospitality suite. Room also had nice water view.

Newer hotel overlooking the river. Foyer clean and impressive with plenty of casual lounging chairs. All encounters with staff were excellent. Pool area was clean with plenty of towels available for swimming. Exercise room was large with plenty of new equipment. Rooms were very nice.

Great hotel located fairly centrally. The rooms are well appointed and the staff is helpful. The only thing that I would change here is to have a more vegetarian food options at their restaurant.

We had two stay vacations here during Covid and felt safe. It’s nice to walk into a place and forget what our reality has been for a year or more.
