Not enough cooks / and they're under-trained. I'm honestly being too polite for how awful it was. Do not recommend. Go to timmies or something instead. Waste of time and money. La soupe de palourde avait des légumes insuffisamment cuits. Club sandwich a été fait avec une vieille salade de poulet. Les frites étaient insuffisamment cuites et bon marché. Tous les légumes semblaient sortir d'une boîte de conserve. Salade de chou était Ziggy de Loblaws. Pas assez de cuisiniers / et ils sont sous-formés. Honnêtement, je suis bien trop poli pour ce que c'était affreux. Ne recommande pas. Aller à timmies ou quelque chose à la place. Perte de temps et d'argent.

The restaurant is stunning inside ... the service was excellent and omg this Burger was so freaking yummy!!! The waitress was wearing a clear see though mouth shield which I found very nice actually. The quality of the food has fallen drastically over the last 2 years. I have heard there was a change of ownership at that time and it could explain why the general quality of the food has fallen. Everything is lower, freshness, presentation, cooking are all off. My last meal was in June 2017 and my club sandwich was made with old chicken and I could not finish the club due to the poor taste. I will not stop there anymore!

The Coquilles St-Jacques plate that I shared with my boyfriend and his Seafood Casserole plate that he shared with me were the best I have eaten! The service was great. The place very welcoming and the dessert ... I still drool! The price: VERY good !!! I took a 1 hour detour from where I am camping and will do it again. The limit is 5 stars ... I would give 10! (Original) J'ai mangé dans BEAUCOUP de restaurant mais jamais un comme celui là. L'assiette de Coquilles St-Jacques que j'ai partagé avec mon copain et son assiette Casserole aux Fruits de Mer qu'il a partagé avec moi étaient les meilleurs que j'ai mangé! Le service était super. La place très accueillante et les dessert... J'en bave encore! Le prix: TRES bien!!! J'ai fait un détour de 1 heure d'où je campe et je le referai encore. La limite est de 5 étoiles... J'en donnerais 10!

It was better couples years ago. I ask for extra sauce on my sub but still it was very dry. They really cut the portion of meat in it but yet way too much onion didn't ask for a extra pound of onion haha. The poutine was okay.

I also had lunch there, the wait between when we ordered and when we received was long (about 45 min), but it was good! (Original) Chez Raymond est un restaurant qui offre une très grande variété de repas! Nous avons commandé (take out) à plusieurs reprises et j’aime bien leurs mets chinois ! Par contre, je ne recommande pas leur poutine (la sauce à poutine est plutôt un « gravy » et le fromage en grain est plutôt du fromage râpé). J’ai également été déjeuner sur place, l’attente entre le moment où nous avons commandé et le moment où nous avons reçu était longue (environ 45 min), mais c’était bon!

Rude service seems to favour locals poor organization of guests who are waiting for a table. We waited over half hour for table and another hour to actually get our food. If that wasnt terrible enough, the food was undercooked and the chicken in the club sandwich was old and tasted awful. Potatoes were under cooked and the hot hamburger meal was cold. The classic oven sub was more bread than anything else. Save your time & money go to Miramichi and eat some where better. Chez Raymond should be ashamed of themselves.
