Hands down the best pizza in Nelson for price and quality. I usually get the Veggie Mediterranean, great flavors! Great crust and sauce. Had an issue with my pizza not being made correctly one time; they not only sent out a new pizza but also gave a credit toward my next order.

Consistently good food. Friendly staff. Super clean, modern facility. You can order online. They deliver and you can receive text alerts when your delivery leaves the store. Never had a complaint, personally.

I've ordered from here for years but I just had the worst customer service experience and I will no longer be supporting Panago at all. Which is a bummer cause they're the only place that delivers to where I live and the pizza is really good for a chain. I was trying to place an order through the app and it wouldn't let me because this store is out of caramelized onions, no big deal, I'll take red onions. I couldn't figure out how to do it through the app without being charged so I called the number, thinking they can just make a note about subbing red onions for caramelized onions. Nope, it's an extra $2/pizza to replace the thing they are out of with something else. Yes, it's only $2 but the principal of being charged extra to replace something they are out of is absolutely ridiculous. Not impressed, and now I'm hangry.

Very few fast food chains deserve 5 stars. This specific Panago earned all 5. They use quality ingredients compared to other pizza places. They use organic when they can and the pizza was everything I’d hoped it to be.

Have a specific pizza I always order from Panago and customize, I like to see how different locations make the pizza. The food in Nelson is great but I wanted something familiar. I have to say the location here made it the best. Perfect balance of ingredients, quite impressed with the quality.

Go-to pie shop. Vegan options are great, salads are creative and delicious, entirely lactose free options. In my experience, pick up or delivery, always on time, always correct. Dips take these pies to the next level.
