We had Erin and Pat prepare a variety of appies for a milestone family birthday. Not only was the food spectacular as usual, but the added service was above and beyond. Our suprise birthday venue was an hour away so logistics became a large factor. Both Erin and Pat worked with us for food being picked up, heating instructions on food that needed heating as well as serving trays supplied and labled. They made it so easy peasy that even I could get it right. With Erin and Pat's help we believe that the bar has been set so high that it will be hard to match let alone beat for the next milestone family event. Thank you so much for making us look great ...
