This place is beyond words. Home cooking that will thrill your tongue, without hitting you where it hurts (your wallet). Very comforting and chill. The server Ricky is a blessed angel and so is whoever in the back made the borscht.

Food is madre from scratch,the breaded chicken was excellent with little fat content,also I just ordered water and they brought pop refills for the person unlike most big restaurants do not bring refills if one person drinking water as I can not drink pop

A really nice classic highway diner experience! This place felt very authentic to its rural roots! Our server Joanne was helpful and welcoming. The food was solid and priced very well! The combos are “trucker style” so they have a little extra food on them. I also appreciated the local art that was showcased on the walls from local artists. Prints and painting featuring the prairie beauty was great to see. Definitely a cool place to stop in!

Although the burgers are fresh hand pressed the fries were store bought(was expecting hand cut ). I got a full slice of onion that I had to separate and remove half. I like onion but that was ridiculous. When were got there all booths were dirty.

First time there. Was recommended by friends. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms. Prices comparable to other restaurants. Food is home made and just amazing. They also do catering. They are having a father's day buffet with cabbage rolls, perogies, and other yummy stuff. It's from 4 to 8. I feel the prices for the buffet are very reasonable, they even have a seniors price. A must try.

Went out on November 14/2020.. The whole experience was less than satisfactory.. There was only 3 tables in the restaurant, and we had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for our drinks and even longer for our food. We were rarely checked up on, once the food finally came out, we were left to ourselves until we were way past finished.. The food wasn't terrible but I had a beef dip and the meat was very chewy.. The server wasn't necessarily mean but she definitely wasn't the most cheerful person, it felt like we were a burden to her. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had this experience at this establishment.. The time before this, the "manager" didn't even know how to make a simple paralyzer.. We were the only table dining there and we still had to wait close to 30 minutes for 3 drinks, 2 paralyzers and 1 bottled beer... I couldn't tell you why.. when the drinks did come out, the paralyzers were made incorrectly.. Thankfully, we are nice, tolerable people and gave them a break but I can honestly say that I will not be back because of this.
