Worst experience ever. Waiting way to long to get served in the drive thru. Over 30 mins. The drive thru clerk, who was late teens, started to argue loudly that it had to be such a long wait because they closed at 9 pm. My order was placed at 8 pm. I was shocked at the length this young guy would go to tell me off for even saying that it was a long wait. He went on to say that they needed to cook fresh chicken. This was not the case. When I opened my order, the chicken was over cooked and had a texture like rubber. It was cold, all the food was cold. My poutine was so cold the cheese was hard. I assume if these workers are preforming this way, contacting the manager won't make a difference. Poorly managed crew to say the least. This complaint will make its way to the owners. I will never go there under this management.

If you grew up in moose factory there’s no way to knock on quick. Only place to get some big crunches and awesome slushys (speaking for 2021 March for the slush, you never know when they might cancel it.) and they use to rent movies where you could get the new releases the good ol days, so nostalgic love it. Employees have no manners, can't speak clearly either french or english.... does not know any item you ask for and there's always something missing from your order. On top of that, a employees came tonthe cash register and tapped on it while using the gloves he was using to cook, I had to tell him to change his glove before he went back to the kitchen. This place is not what it used to be.

The food is great, service is great, staff are friendly and courteous. Only issue is that they never have plastic knives as KFC did when it was operated by the previous owner. I complained about it a couple of times, nothing was ever done about it. Found myself having to buy some plastic knives and to bring one with me whenever I plan to eat and dine in. Apart from that, there are no issues.

Twice I've been there & went through drive thru. First time I got no napkins or fork with my meal had to go inside to ask for it which took 10 minutes before they gave it to me. Today went drive thru again ordered a 4 piece meal with macaroni salad and a small gravy only to get home to see I never got the salad. Looked at my bill & I was charged for it.So I decided to call the store but for two hours the line has been busy. Guess its time to stop going there & go across the street to Mary Brown's.

The queue was okay, but it took a very long time to get served. There were a lot of errors in the orders, some foods displayed on the menu were no longer available. The tables were filthy. There was no more ice in the diatributor and the cashier was constantly bothering the cook (who had to be the manager) for every order because he didn't know how to do his job. In short, very disappointing. I sincerely hope that the situation was only temporary and that it will be better very soon. (Original) Par où commencer... Je sais très bien que la situation est due au manque de personnel. Lors de ma dernière visite, les lumières de la salle a mangé étaient fermées. La file d'attente était correcte, mais c'était très long avant d'être servi. Il y avait beaucoup d'erreurs dans les commandes, certains aliments affichés au menu n'étaient plus disponibles. Les tables étaient craseuses. Il n'y avait plus de glace dans la diatributrice et le caissier dérangeait constamment le cuisinier (qui devait être le gérant) pour chaque commande parce qu'il ne savait pas comment faire son travail. Bref, très décevant. J'espère sincèrement que la situation n'était que temporaire et que ce sera mieux très bientôt.

My Mom recently celebrated her 80th birthday and she wanted KFC! I seamlessly ordered online for 8 people and when I went to pick up the order I was so impressed with the staff. They went above and beyond—made the food fresh to order but also gave Mom and hand-written birthday card and some cookies wrapped in a lovely package. Simply outstanding! Thank you!

If I could give it less stars, I would. The customer service at the counter is incredibly disappointing. The older lady, as well at the older gentleman are extremely rude and unprofessional. I suggest going elsewhere for food and spend your money where it’s deserved.

The worst drive through in the World! The absolute worst! They refuse to acknowledge that customer is always right and overcharge you as well as refuse to give you your Colonels club deal and also charge you extra if you want a thigh instead of a drum...their pieces of dark are the same ...small thighs and small drums... Then they have the odasity To tell you that they have to charge you an extra dollar for a small thigh...Wow..not eating here ever again!!!!!

I just came from kfc. When I arrived at the store there were 4 people at one table waiting for their orders. No one else in the store. I waited over 10 min before I was asked for my order , a 3 PC combo. After a couple more min the young lady came out and told me I would have to wait another 9 min for my order , or settle for a substitute , which normally cost less , for the same price. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. If I had been served as soon as I came in , I could have been informed at that time , rather than keeping me hanging on without a choice. I felt like they had been stalling , rather than telling me there would be a considerable wait. As well , my total on the meal would have been $14.12 , far too expensive for a 3 PC chicken dinner. Totally unimpressed with this whole experience.

When KFC was over on Lincoln Ave, i loved it. I'm not sure how the move impacted the food quality. One noticeable difference is the chicken seems to have got smaller. I'll be updating this review as i go there still from time to time. UPDATE : Completely messed up my order again... 1 star and I'm done with your company. Second photo, this is what two thighs and extra fries looks like now. Paid a small fourtune for this.

It was a decent meal for a decent price. Definitely what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. The only thing wrong with this visit was that the coating on the chicken was very salty. We had to take it off to enjoy. Otherwise a good meal.

Have to say, very greasy but delcious meals. Unfortunately ive been at this location over 4 times and im met with wait times of 15-20 mintues. Ive gone with friends and seen times of under 10 mins as well, kind of seems like a gamble( in my ecperience ) The staff has been nothing but plesant so i give priase for that. My overall opinion is it seems understaffed. Not thier fault but sucks for the average customer.

Not good service at all, the chicken was very dry as if it was left out. The portion size for a four peice was laughable and the employee that served us was very unfriendly. They didn't even put forks or napkins in the bags even after asking if there were any in there and being told yes....... and the gravy was watery and had no flavor. Very unfortunate when you are feeding four people including two children. You know it's not good when your kids won't even eat the food and they love KFC as a treat. We know now to go somewhere else for food when we travel through Grand Falls next time.

Completely run down and dirty. No ac during a heat wave. The staff were good and friendly despite an incredibly rude and obnoxious customer holding up the line and changing her huge order a dozen times, then complaining every minute. I still are here... Although I'm afraid I might get food poisoning because it was so dirty. Don't know if it's a management or franchise issue, but this place needs an overhaul, badly!

Gross service.....25 minute wait inside for two fill ups and finally get home and my kids had the wrong order....chicken is not popcorn cgucken. Tried to call manager and got some woman who can't barely speak or understand English. My kids live KFC and I spend a lot of money there and it is sad to see what today's work force and customer satisfaction rate have dropped down to. Horrible service....longer than necessary wait and chicken that they couldn't even eat was dripping with grease. If you are going to take our money at least try to be a decent establishment. I'm so pissed

The staff was very friendly and helpful, food was good and hot however chicken tenders were very small portions, yes all 3 tenders!!The fries and coleslaw were good though. When we tried to find the KFC on the highway, the exterior sign was not lit up so we drove by and ended up on the wrong side of the highway facing oncoming traffic. There was no middle turning lane on the highway business district. What's up with that Perth??? When we finally realized that there was a light on inside the building and someone inside we were already in McDonald's parking lot. Anyone else probably would have just stayed there at McDonald's but we were in the mood for KFC so we went back. After eating we drove to the back thinking we could drive all the way around the parking lot, well we could not so we had to back up and go back to the entrance which is also the exit! That wouldn't have been so bad but when another vehicle comes into the parking lot when you're going out, there's not enough room for both to squeeze by each other, especially with a curb in the way. If business is slow or not as busy as it should be or could be, there's, several reasons why!

I've been to this location on my way to the farm half a dozen times this year. The last time was the second time in six months I became sick within half an hour of eating the chicken. After reporting it to KFC via form, I was asked if I wanted to speak to a rep about the incident. I indicated I would, providing a phone contact and an e-mail contact. It has bee 6 weeks and I haven't been contacted yet. KFC doesn't care about sub standard food. I will never eat at that location ever again.

I gave one star because the door was open. I decided to go to KFC for lunch at 12:45 on March 11,2020. I was greeted by no one.There were no customers waiting inside and only two tables with customers that had already been served. Two employees looked out from the back of the store as they were serving drive thru customers but never spoke a word to me. I waited 3 - 4 minutes before going to Mary Browns where I was greeted and served immediately. What has happened to customer service. Greet your customers and tell them it may be a few minutes and you may save the next customer.

I just had a very DISGUSTING experience at this location. Bathroom was filthy especially around the toilet! Many of the tables were filthy as well with bits of food and grease stains! I ordered a 4 piece combo dark meat only and half of my pieces were white meat! There is a help wanted sign on the counter. Clearly they need it!!!! This location needs to be cleaned and renovated or closed!!!

As soon as we opened the door to the restaurant, a guy working said "it'll be a 20 minute wait on chicken" and as we discussed what we would have instead he said, "you know we close at 10"... it was 8:56pm. He gave us the impression that they didn't want to have to put down another batch of chicken before they closed in an hours time. Needless to say, they didn't get our service tonight. On other occasions I've heard some terrible things as well... skimpy on food, cold when you get it, poor service, long drive thru wait times, running out of things mid day and now poor customer service. I never post complaints, but this is ridiculous and something needs to be done!

Drove 1/2 to get there. Ordered our dinner and when it was time to pay your store would not except cash.. Very dissapointed as it is legal tender!! But when i asked why...???? The answer was because of covid 19. The funny part of this story is 3 consumers before myself paid with debit or credit card....but the kicker is not once was the key pad every cleaned or the cashier never washed her hands after putting it back in holder.. So at least 3 touched the key pad and hed it in their hand and the cashier touched it even more. Thats how a virus spreads!

The chicken was good and service was good too. 2 stars because I got about 12 fries, and was charged for gravy that I did not receive. My boyfriend had been driving all day and we stopped to pick up food to take to our hotel room. Needless to say it was very disappointing when we found out that they forgot the gravy!

The staff on the front when I first came was really helpful, despite not having an English menu she was more than helpful to help me translate. Other than this, awful customer service. Unfortunately the girl that initially helped me went off her shift. The staff that followed her gave me the wrong order about 3 times so I eventually just gave up with them. Took what I was given thinking it was complete but found out it was missing the wings when I opened it up. Most of the food was luke warm but at least tasted nice, even if for some reason they put no salad or sauce in my burger. The chicken strips were so salty they would have been inedible if it weren't for the fact I hadn't eaten all day.
