Communication needs to improve at this store. 5 staff members working, not busy and ya'll saw me standing there waiting to pickup my order but none of you bothered to ask if I needed assistance? Apparently prepaid orders are left on a table off to the side. Nice to let us know..

Great service, friendly staff and overall amazing experience! The food was very tasty and the proper safety measures were set in place. Helpful staff allowed for alterations in existing options and customised it to your likings as well. Great spot!

During the pandemic, Freshii Owen Sound became our go-to spot for delicious, healthy meals. The variety of flavours in each of their bowls is amazing. The ingredients are always fresh, the servings are a perfect size, meals are always on time, and the servers are friendly. Top it all off with an easy to use and convenient app, and you have a five-star take-out experience.

Staff is very friendly and lovely. Visited a day before Canada day and service was quick. Freshii serves healthy options. It is a fast food that is considerably healthier than other fast food chains. Great variety of vegetarian options. Thanks

My wife and I have loved their food since they opened. I’ll usually have a burrito while my wife will usually choose a bowl. We almost always add meat. We really enjoyed their soup, so very good, particularly in the winter. Ordering ahead with their mobile app is quick and easy.

I was recently part of a crew shooting a film in Georgian Bluffs and Freshii Owen Sound was incredibly generous to us. They kept our team going and spirits high by feeding us their delicious meals over the course of a challenging 5 day shoot. OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive! Food was delicious but we did a delivery lunch for 5 people and the cost was over 200.00. I feel that we were taken advantage of and when staff was contacted they wouldn't do any kind of price adjustment. They have lost at least 4 potential customers.

Do you like fresh, healthy food? Do you like clean dining environment? How about great customer service? How about all 3? Freshii in Owen Sound is all that and more to me! I've only ever had quick, kind service, and fresh tasting food that keeps me coming back! My go to is always the Tex mex burrito bowl. Throw some steak in the mix and you got yourself a lunch to hold you over for the rest of you day! (P.s. Take some energy bites for later)

I ordered two custom bowls through Skip The Dishes which included oven-roasted chicken breasts. When the order arrived, the chicken was missing from both bowls. It's understandable that mistakes happen and through human error the chicken was not entered into the system. However, when I called the restaurant to try and sort out the matter the person working was not helpful and I felt that I was simply dismissed. I was told to get a refund for the chicken through Skip The Dishes. The thing is, the chicken is a significant part of the meal. If the mistake was made by the driver then I should go through Skip The Dishes to deal with the matter. But because the mistake was at the restaurant, it is therefore the restaurant’s responsibility to correct the mistake. I was told by the employee after giving my address "It is not worth driving to you for four dollars worth of chicken." I have been a regular customer and this has been extremely poor customer service. Not only will I no longer be ordering from Freshii but I will be informing my family and friends to take their business elsewhere.

Another great review for Freshii Owen Sound! I tried to buy a gift cert online & ended up with a balance on my digital wallet (??) instead. Wrote to online customer service & was told to download the app. I tried to buy a gift cert in the store using the app balance but the friendly staff asked me to come back the next day. I also purchased the BEST salad I've every had! Returned the next day & met with the owners. Jane was very helpful & nice and within a few minutes I had a 'tangible' gift certificate to give to my son's family as a group birthday gift! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great food at affordable prices!

Just wanted to know if you changed the size of your soups I ordered a soup and it was in a small bowl instead of the big container?

My wife and I ordered a smoothie. The smoothie came very chunky and we asked if we can get it blended some more. I just had my tonsils removed so the chunks were painful to swallow. They blended it a little more but it didnt make it less chunky. My wife asked for a return and the employees response was "I hate doing returns. If you dont like it, don't come back." Such poor customers service. Never experienced anything like this before. This just happened now.

Ordered the market salad, supposed to have quinoa in it.. got home (an hour away) and no quinoa… tiny bowl of lettuce with maybe 4 strawberry pieces in it. Not worth the $15 spent on it. Disappointed.

This was our first time at this restaurant. Friendly service by both ladies and impeccable establishment. I got the burrito Buddha's Satay and was delicious. My spouse had the bowl of Oaxaca and she enjoyed it as well. The portion was large therefore, I was forced to finish it. Haha.

Freshii in Owen Sound is a wonderful place to grab a healthy bite whether you want to eat there or to go. I've been there several times and all the meals are healthy and delicious. I highly recommend the Pangoa bowl and the Tex Mex bowl just to name a few. The staff are very helpful and pleasant all the time Cheers

Absolutely garbage service, sum it up, waited 15 minutes for them to get my order wrong, asked them to fix they tried, waited another 10 for them to get it wrong again, returned immediately, said they would make it again, trying to blame new person, said no I'd perfer a refund my lunch is over, nee person at the register says that'll be about 10 minutes for a return, after bickering for 5 min I finally got my refund and will NEVER attend this outlet again horrible service. Needs new management.
