A sandwich of bread slides with 4 slices of smoked meat as thin as $ 20 tobacco paper is a bit of an overkill. But it's super good to admit. The service is correct but you have to check the hours because it closes early on Friday and closed on Saturday for Shabbat. (Original) Un des seul à servir de la viande fumée certifiée casher mais c'est pas donné ! Un sandwich de pain slides avec 4 tranches de viande fumée aussi fines que du papier tabac à 20$, c'est un peu abusé. Mais c'est super bon faut se l'avouer. Let me preface this review by saying I've been traveling to Montreal specifically for the food for over a decade now, so this is a big deal to me. This was the best smoked meat I ever had. Better than Schwartz's. And it's kosher! And reasonably priced! I asked for a fatty cut and oh boy did they deliver! Get. Hyped.

The falafel sandwich is great but I had a confusing experience tonight. I ordered a poutine, and saw that they microwaved the sauce which is fine...but when I got home there was no cheese...I waked all the way back and when I asked about it I was told “cheese isn’t kosher” (whaaaat?). I looked at the menu and saw that it said no dairy on the sign (which I’ll admit is my mistake for ordering without looking). Sorry but this is not a poutine! This is ~fries with gravy~.

We walked by here on the way to Schwartz's and decided to try it based on the reviews. What a mistake. The smoked meat sandwiches are crazy expensive for a tiny amount of meat. The smoked meat itself tastes like it's from home. Except my home is in Toronto so that's not a compliment. The chicken dinner they microwave to heat it up! Just take the extra time to go to a better place. Schwartz's. Half the price for triple the taste.

Cannot recommend this shop. Visited during COVID times, and welcomed by the sandwich maker wiping his nose on the back of his gloved hand. Roast beef sandwich was small, expensive, but tasty. Everything in the food display appeared to be at least a day old.

Smoked meat baquette and sandwhich was expensive, but worth it. The baquette has a lot of meat and delicious toppings. The owner was also very nice, and provided us advise as to which items to choose. If you are looking for halal deli meats or kosher, this is a great spot to visit.

Meh - it's kosher so if that's you're thing, then fine, but for half the price you can get the best smoked meat in town at Schwartz's and not deal with below average overpriced food. Service was a bit confused and nothing looked (or was) appetising. Nice to see Hasidim there schmoozing but this is a schleppy place trying a wee bit to be hip and failing. No offense to the community, I love em', but they deserve better. They deserve better. $20 for a wet pastrami sandwich, dry over-fried fries and a can of soda is unfair. $12 can get you same at double the quality elsewhere.

Had the smoked meat sandwich - it was mediocre at best. Meat spices were good but the meat was not juicy at all. Had the smoked meat poutine - we did not like it, the gravy didn't taste like gravy - it tasted kinda tart and overly full of spice.

My husband and I were looking for a quick bite to eat. I googled “”kosher near me” …we picked up 2 smoke meat sandwiches. We got to my parents house… they were very good. ( high on the price) but that is the price you pay for kosher meat. It was easy to find. The guys behind the counter should smile more:). Why not… smiling ???? is free!

I went to Deli 365 for my father's birthday, and had a pretty bad experience. To start with, the guy took my father's order, and once he was finished, he ignored him and went to the next guy, making him repeat the order. Once we finally finished the order, the guy refused to give me extra Spicy Mayo for the fries, claiming that "he's running low," and the Spicy Mayo's only for the sandwiches. I received a miniature packet. He was also giving me a hard time for coleslaw on the side. I received a miniature packet as well. He and the guy at the cash called me out in public for this, and embarrassed me, digging the knife deeper, and making the experience worse. When my Schnitzel Sandwich was ready, the guy at the counter didn't toast the sandwich, like they usually do. When I asked him why, he said to the guy at the cash "bro, can you help him?," as if I didn't matter. When we sat down on the park bench outside to eat the sandwich, the chicken that my father ordered was dry, and the baguette was thin as paper. I would recommend that you guys stay away from this restaurant, because all there is is nasty service, and nasty management.

This is a take-out only place. Three of us ate, we each had a four ounce smoked meat on rye sandwich. The sandwich was good, it came with a small coleslaw and a dill pickle. Price for one sandwich is $16.75 before tax, a lot to pay for a take-out sandwich. I notice the large number of 5 star reviews, almost all of which contain no details to indicate that the reviewer actually visited the restaurant. Beware of reviews that were paid for and beware of businesses that pay people to post fake reviews.
