Seems unprofessional and inconsistent compared to other sites like WeCook etc. I've been trying them all. LunchBox arrived in beaten up cardboard box overly taped up with a too small ice pack that was ripped and leaking it's whatever liquid everywhere. Meals at the bottom were not only warm already (1h outside) but one was ripped open. Furthermore an item was wrong. Meals ranged from ok to disappointing. Nothing great. And I had 12 items. I passed 4 along to some friends and their response was the same. It's just not up to par with other places in the same price range. Give the other a try and you'll see what I mean.

Kale Caesar was way too salty and almost stale.. was the pancetta cooked a week ago? and the portion was small considering what you pay. In my opinion, over priced and not worth it.

(Original) Nous étions clients lorsqu'ils avaient un comptoir à Ville-Émard, malheureusement ce n'est plus le même service. La nourriture est bonne mais très chère (ratio quantité / prix) mais surtout pour le service. Il faut commander quelques jours avant et le jour de la livraison arrivé ils ont fait une erreur "dans leur système" qui a fait en sorte que même si j'ai payé la livraison ils ont enregistré qu'on allait ramasser la nourriture. J'appelle pour savoir pourquoi je n'ai pas reçu ma commande et on m'explique froidement que leur livreur était déjà parti et que la livraison serait fait demain, même pas des excuses pour l'inconvénient. À Montréal on trouve de la bonne nourriture ailleurs, moins chère avec un bien meilleur service et surtout pour manger la journée qu'on la désire pas dans 2 ou 3 jours.

In addition, I am informed in an email sent for another problem, that because I am outside the Montreal area, my orders cannot be delivered on Mondays, while the delivery day is chosen when ordering. This information is not indicated on the site. So orders are automatically delivered on Tuesday even if they have chosen Monday. After communicating with the company by email, 5 days later, still no response, not even a rebate or refund offer. No, I do not recommend. The food is super good but the service is terrible. (Original) Sur un abonnement d'une période de 5 semaines, donc 5 boites de 10 repas, 2 d'entre elles la compagnies avait "oublier" de mettre le papier bulles isolant. 2 autres ont été livré la mauvaise journée (mercredi au lieu de mardi) avec à peine 24 heures de préavis. 1 boite était correcte. (La première). Parmis les 5 boites, 4 avait des plats non-scellé ou cassées. la boite était imbibée de jus de betterave jusqu'au dans le dessus comme si la boite avait été Lancer par le transporteur. De plus on m'informe dans un courriel passé pour un autre problème, que parce que je suis hors de la zone de montreal, mes commandes ne peuvent être livré les lundis, alors que la journée de livraison est au choix lors de la commande. Cette information n'est pas indiquée sur le site. Donc les commande sont automatiquement livré le mardi même si l'ont choisi le Lundi. Après avoir communiquer avec la compagnie par courriel, 5 jours plus tard, toujours pas de réponse, pas même une offre de rabais ou de remboursement. Non, Je ne recommande pas. La bouffe est super bonne mais le service est terrible.
