Made a reservation for 4 adults and 1 infant (needing a high chair), and whoever made the reservation confirmed several times that it would be for 5 including the baby. Got to my reservation and was told it was only for 4 people with no mention of needing a high chair or the fact we had an infant. Forced to sit in a booth and try to eat while holding a 1-year-old. Food was sub-par at best. Waitress never checked in to see how our meal was. The entire entire experience from start to finish left a lot to be desired.

Great food a wonderful server strongly recommend eatting at this location. Very nice atmosphere warm and very classy place to go eat food came efficiently and was tasty. Not that expensive 2 full meals and two drinks about 30 dollars. If they are busy a nice area to sin in by the door. The server came and checked to make sure the food was good not just once but a second time once we were half way through. Greatly enjoyed my experience.

The store was well kept, clean and our server was great. The food tasted good however the quarter chicken was tiny certainly not the standard of the Dieppe location where we usually eat nor worth the price also both the chicken and ribs we ordered was very dry from being cooked much earlier in the day and held in warmer as this too is not the usual Swiss Chalet standard we are accustomed too. Our wrap, burger, and sided were very good and the cheese cake and pie perfect. Overall though I will not eat here again and wouldn't recommend it.

I got the fish and chip, not a meal you'd think of getting at Swiss chalet, but it was pretty good. Nice big piece, crispy and cooked just right. The tartar sauce was not great at all sadly, not sure if it's a house generic sauce, but it lacked any taste at all I found. Nice portion of home fries with it, good value overall I found. We were a pretty big group and we got our food in a timely manner I felt. Serving lady was courteous.

Great chicken. I wish they would offer a few more gluten free choices but they do have gluten free chicken and sides. A gluten free bread or wrap would be a nice added touch..or soup...but currently they dont offer it. Always friendly. Moncton location had a drive thru. Their family meal deal is an excellent value for what you get. Very convenient.

My wife and I both love this place. It's been our go to place for excellent chicken dinners. Oft times we'll share our sides. She'll get the fries and I'll get the Ceasars salad and then we split them between each other. Normally I'll get the chicken/ribs mix but this time I went with the 2 chicken legs meal and, for the first time ever, my wife got the ribs meal. She truly enjoyed eating their ribs (I always enjoy their ribs). It was comforting to see that this place was following current COVID guidelines and kept tables spaced properly and required proof of ID and our vaccines were up to date. We're all looking forward to the end of this pandemic and, in the meantime, please try to continue supporting local businesses.

My experience with Swiss Chalet has been consistency. Meals are well presented and tasty. What separated this visit from others was outstanding service specially for a group of 8. Our meals were delivered at the same time and our server was polite and friendly.

We ate here last night aug. 15. To the head chef who ever is cutting your chicken up for the chicken pot pie and the chicken wrap ceaser we found one and a half inch chicken bone in our meals.could have easily choked to death if swallowed.

Ok fellas, listen up here. This ain't no Gordon Ramsey restaurant, you feel me? Every time I come here I'm not expecting some fine dining to go down. I set my expectations low, and I'm never disappointed. The staff is friendly, and the waiters and waitresses are always stopping by and asking how the food is. I always get the cheeseburger and fries, and I am always happy with it. A thick patty with all the got dang toppings and enough fries to feed an army of small goblins. I appreciate y'all, Swiss Chalet.

Nice place. The lighting is nice and dark, perfect for an evening atmosphere. They also have plenty of windows to let in natural light. However, is it right next to a very busy street, and there is no good view no matter where you sit. It's either parking lot, or a busy street. Good food. Their chicken is delicious as always. Wings are a little over priced. Decent service. Little to no privacy. Even the booths have tables right next to them.

Ordered through call center. When the delivery came, even though it said a free appetizer, I was still charged for it. I did mention to Sarah in Markham Ont that the website said free appetizer. We were told from one of your employees #10 Lisa D. that Swiss Chalet does not accept coupons from the App Foupon inc. because they steal Swiss Chalet Coupons to put in their app... One, Foupon is a reputable company that been around for a long time with a High star rating app. I've personally use that app for many years in many restaurants, including yours restaurant in a deferente location. Never ounce was I told that Foupon was not a reputable company that helps customers hold their coupons in there app to bring customers in other company doors because they steal Coupons. TWO: Even if it was true, Why is Swiss Chalet not suing Foupon? why are they letting Foupon for many years to keep a coupon, which one of your employee quote " As one of Swiss chalet Embassador" "Swiss Chalet knows Foupon steal our Coupons". THREE: Even if I found a coupon on the floor and bring it to your location, Does it really matter where I got that coupon? Did it not brought me to your door in the first place? FOUR: IN all shcemes of thing, Apple regulation to have an App in there stores is very high standards, I doubt they would let Foupon in their store app if A multi million dollar company would tell them, Foupon is doing illegal stuff that arms other company name. I really hope this is a one off employee wrongness and this is not something Swiss Chalet believe that Foupon inc. arm their business from bringing people at their door because they steal coupons or this will be advertise in all platforms and I will never eat there again. FIVE: I call another location (#1277 Dieppe NB) right after we were done eating. We ask them if they would accept our coupons from Foupon, and the lady on the phone, said yes! So which one is it? Yes Swiss Chalet take Foupon App Coupons or No, they don't? I hope Swiss Chalet would't think Apple and Foupon Inc are not reputable company and to call them stealers and Apple letting them on their App Store?

This is a pretty standard Swiss Chalet. It has a drive-through, lot of parking available and is located minutes off the highway, which makes it a very convenient choice. The staff were all very friendly and the food was good. Nothing over the top though that would make this location standout more so than any other location.

Great food. Good ambiance. We came in here a little late, around 9:30 for dinner on our way to NS. Lisa helped us grab a table and was our server for the night and honestly I have never come across such good service. She had a smile the entire time we were there and made sure our requests were taken care of. She also shared her experiences of a trip she took to NS which we really value. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwiches and ceasar salad which were perfectly made and our glasses of water were always refilled without us asking. Absolutely recommend them and especially Lisa and her great service.

We had our staff get together and we decided to order in from Swiss Chalet. There were 24 meals ordered from the Mountain Road Swiss Chalet and the staff made this process easy and seamless. The ordering was easy, the pick up was awesome with help from the staff to put the huge order in my vehicle. The overall experience was A-1. Was at your Mountain Rd. Location today the waitress to our order brought our pop. Then 5 minutes later came to our table with our food and spilled my pop all over me I was soaked all through and all she did was bring us napkins and another drink. Never wiped the floor so I slipped a bit when gotvupbto use the washroom. I was surprised when she brought the bill which we were charged full price and just said thanks for your understanding. Mean while I had to drive home for 45 minutes in wet clothing. Very disappointed in staffing.

Swiss Chalet is pretty standard. Its the usual Sunday dinner fare (chicken and fries) the monthly specials are often a good value as well. Surprisingly since they have expanded the rotisserie menu, the beef and the ribs are actually very good. The ribs are tender and pull off the bone easily. The fried pierogies appetizer is always a favourite when we visit.

I always go for the ribs, they're good. They have a variety of sides to choose from to go with your meal. One side is included in the price of the meal any more is a la carte. Service is generally pretty good. You also get free refill on fountain drinks.

It was pretty good. Quick and reliable service and the food was pretty decent. Definitely recommend the garlic cheese pullaways. The burger was pretty average, a step-and-a-half up from McDonald's, and the parm fries were pretty decent enough. All in all, though, I pleasant experience.

Our meal at Swiss Chalet was generally positive. The food was decent and no one had any major complaints. One of the guests ordered the Chicken Club Kaiser and got a half slice of bacon in the entire club and a lack of the mayo/pesto. The service was kind of friendly but she had a dry humor that not all guests appreciated. We went as a party of 6 and we're seated in a table that could barely fit 4 - the meal was spent playing footsies with each-other and as taller people (5"10+ on average) - the leg room was uncomfortable.

At the end of the meal, the server communicated our table had been rewarded with a free meal as a way to thank customers for supporting the establishment during the Covid challenging times. It is what it is, but done well. We go here more often than anywhere else for a family dinner out. The service is always good, the food get to your table fast and it's not a bad meal. Prices are a bit high unless you take the staple quarter chicken, but it's worth it in the end.

A disappointment or worse. Dry tasteless chicken, bland potatoes and a tough roll. McDonald's may be a sad choice for dinner but continue down the road and you'll find one... and be better off for it. Do yourself a favor and Skip this place.

It has been years since I ate at Swiss Chalet. They have their holiday specials on. The food doesn't change but is pretty good. The chicken leg didn't have much meat. Service was quick and the server, friendly and attentive.

We had an excellent waitress! It wasn't so busy so we could hear each other talk. The food was tasty and we were given a generous plate full. We have not been there much because we felt the portions were too little and we were nickel and dimed to death!

Food was great, service frustrating. We arrived at a time when it was fairly busy and they didn't have any highchairs available for our child. They said they would seat us and bring one over when it became available. When one came back to the front, they wouldn't give it to us because they said we couldn't have one if we were seated at a booth. If we hadn't already ordered, we would have just walked out. Proceeded to try to eat with a loose 2 year old. Experience was upsetting.

We ordered 2 chicken dinners. One with a side of garden salad and the other with sweet potatoe fries. I dumped the salad into a serving bowl and found brown, soggy and wilted lettuce in the bottom of the container. The sweet potatoe fries were soggy and not very plentifully. This was at the Moncton Restaurant.
