The food is to die for good!!! Our server was super friendly and fun and the food came fast, hot and absolutely delicious!! I'm a picky orderer and don't like certain foods touching so they separated it all for me which made me pleased as punch! Everything about our experience there was phenomenal, I highly recommend it!

Food was great and the prices were reasonable, but that's where the good news ends. We arrived at 11:30 for breakfast and did not get out of the restaurant until 1:30. The staff need to do a better job of managing expectations regarding wait times. The kitchen was also clearly overwhelmed when we went, as I did not receive my order until half of our party was almost done their food. I would return if it weren't for the service failures.

Kids were over the moon!!!! ???? Pancakes + milkshake! What more to add? How about some delicious crispy bacon & eggs!? It was Christmas in July for our family - super delicious and exciting! P.S. be prepared to open up your wallet! ????

Last visit was fine, however this time the toast was stale, the meals we got extra bacon instead of sausage didn’t come with extra bacon, and the burrito we ordered was a bowl instead. For the price, I won’t be back again.

This place ROCKS!! This place is unique, we had a pot of coffee so we dont need to wait for a refill ????????(coffee here is very good). The oero milkshake was also very good (not too thick) it came with a paper/cardboard straw. Im not a big fan of birthday cake, but that pankakes was amazing. The omelete was also good (it was not spicy at all in my taste). The waitress was very nice and knowledgable, the manager came to our table to see how was everything (cool guy). The table syrup is something unique (the blueberry taste like a blueberry pie filling ????) I will definitely go to IHOP again.

Another very impressive visit at IHOP! Everyone there is very friendly and the food is always up there with a more finner restaurant with their large portions and fabulous flavors. My husband and I highly recommend their New Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch, either on a bed of rice or as I had...on mash potatoes. ????

AVOID FOR SAFETY. ..Would NOT even recommend it to an emeny. 4x we tried them and 4x they failed. This time we waited 25mins in our car to get a seat before waiting 45 minutes to get raw uncooked sausage, eggs, and pink uncooked bacon. Never again. Literally even had a raw gooey pancake. Also the staff were rude and beligerant towards one another in front of customers. Hard pass ...

Went as a large family gathering, server was very courteous, talkative, helped us out with the menu - since it was mostly all of our first time. Pancakes were delicious, I tried the GF because of a restriction diet/elimination diet... They tasted just like the normal ones, sweet and soft. A little pricy, but you pay for quality. Will go again someday to try something different

Amazing selection for those who like both sweet and salty breakfast. The plates were full and you leave the table feeling satisfied. Everything was very tasty. Our waitress was very pleasant, efficient and never stopped smiling (Thanks Megan for the Mexican Tres Leches recommendation ????).

30+ mins for a table is fine... Over an hour after we ordered our food and still not getting an update, I finally ask, and they say "oh I'll have the kitchen start your order"... It's been an hour and they still haven't started it?! They need way more hands on deck in the kitchen. It'll be a while before we return. Two stars because the waitresses were great, but negative stars on timeliness.

We stopped by here today for Brunch. It was very busy - we had to wait in our car until there was an open table for us. With some tables closed due to COVID restrictions, wait times can be up to 30 minutes. Once seated, we had a great waitress take care of us. Although it took around 45 minutes to get our food, the coffee was flowing hahaha. Both breakfasts were very good. My strawberries were ice cold (just unfrozen) - I expected these to be hot. The pancakes may have been a touch undercooked near the center. There is an all you can eat option for the pancakes, but you will be full after eating a full stack - believe me. There are a lot of options and if you feel like a food coma at breakfast, this is the place hahaha. Thanks.

Update to follow but my family has already been mistreated and singled out asked to sit in our cars while we were maintaining distance while other family’s and the other two ladies are allowed to remain in the climate controlled lobby.. Only drove two hours to try this place the last place i wanted to be was my car but that’s not the issue the issues is allowing some to stay and others not the ladies allowed to stay were there before we got there and after we made our reservation!! Also being asked to leave and wait in our car. We were polite one of us even reading a book, the hostess is in the wrong position to be frank delivered the message with no professionalism allowed others in the lobby to stay. Update after food... Visiting now.

Although the service was good, we were really looking forward to breakfast as we have eaten and enjoyed other locations and very much enjoyed our experiences, however this meal was less than acceptable in comparison! We both had sirloin steak tips eggs hashbrowns and I can say the eggs we good but toast was cold steak was dry and pretty tasteless. I highly recommend your managers look into how a great IHOP is meant to be and follow the standards and expectations of being a restaurant. Very disappointing ????

Haven't been to IHOP in years and it was my wife's first time ever...and we loved it. The food was delicious and prepared quickly and our server Lindsay was fantastic! Highly recommend this IHOP if you are in the Moncton area.

Food and service were excellent. The staff were warm and welcoming. They handled the crowd very well and made sure everyone got their table. This is the second IHOP we've been to in Canada and it's the same excellent food and service standard across the board. 10/10 will go back again!

Arrived around 10am on a Saturday in December 2021 during Covid. No line up; We were seated within 2 minutes. Service was quick and efficient. Had spicy breakfast barrito and pancakes, egg, and hash browns. Drinks were coffee and orange juice. Food was presented nice and more than enough for us.... Took half of the barrito home. There was lineup to get in when we left. Would go again. Masks mandatory and proof of vaccine required.

Great breakfast. I had the spicy poblano. It was so hot that I had to remove most of the jalapenos! Not a big fan of the hash browns, but the service was great and it was excellent value for the money.

Very good service and the restaurant was very clean. COVID protocols followed. A bit of a wait to get in and get food due to back ups in the kitchen, though I can't fault them for worker shortages that everyone is experiencing. I had the spicy poblano omelette which wasn't spicy at all, so I added hot sauce. The shredded beef was extremely tender. Of course the pancakes were delicious. I love the butter pecan syrup, but my wife did not. She had chicken and pancakes, and the chicken tenders were absolutely delicious. She really enjoyed her cupcake pancakes (I got a toothache just from looking at them). A little pricey, but I would go back.

I ate here x2 and both times I liked the food . This time it was the Steak Omelet. Food was very flavorful and the lady serving us from NFLD was a delight!

Absolutely incredible experience, perhaps the best breakfast we've had. Every staff member was friendly and smiling, and I'm pretty sure the manager refilled our coffee at one point which is just a really nice thing to see in this corporate world. We're Nova Scotian but we'll be back sooner rather than later!!!

We were a party of 6 and went on a Sunday for brunch-11:AM. We were told it would be about an hour's wait so we were placed on a wait list. We got in closer to 45min and it WAS worth the wait! The service was great! Fast, efficient and most of all hot delicious food. Even the manager came around and asked if we were happy with the service. Will definitely return and highly recommend. PS... BEST Strawberry Crepes I've ever had ❤️

Was really keen because it's so well known, but our $60 breakfast for two was really underwhelming. First and last iHop experience. Can't understand why it's so popular. Ham slices so small, they were literally one, maybe two, bites. (So comically small, I actually asked the server if that was normal.) First time I've ever been to a breakfast oriented restaurant where toast was extra with everything. None of our food came out hot. The oil they used to cook everything left a strange burnt taste to the otherwise undercooked hashbrowns. An hour later that unpleasant, smoky burnt oil taste still lingered. Even the pancakes were nothing to write home about. And $4 for a cup of mediocre hotel room quality coffee on top of it all. Terrible. Go anywhere else for breakfast or brunch and find better food and much better value for money. Huge disappointment. Won't be back.

I was very impressed. The service was great, and the food was delicious. We went there for supper. There was a huge variety to choose from. I ate the avocado and toast, and my son ate the buffalo chicken burger with fries. I would recommend making reservations, since there was a continuous lineup waiting to be seated. You won't regret it.

Best pancakes ever! We went here for Madyson’s birthday, and we had to get the pancakes. They were so delicious. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Will be visiting again.

The food was pretty good, except the sandwich was dry, and the French toast was essentially just toast. But, the table beside us did get a hair in one of their eggs. The wait time was ridiculous. We were only a table of two so we got our food relatively quickly but a table that had been there before we ever got there was still waiting for their food by the time we left.Our waitress was pleasant and apologetic, But they also were not following social distancing protocols. Tables were probably 3 feet apart. I would not recommend, and will not be returning.

Food was amazing. Every bite was absolutely delicious. Chicken and waffles also ordered a side of bacon amd hasbrown. Their syrups for the waffles are soo good. Husband got the spicy omelette and it was huge. The side of fresh fruit was indeed very fresh. The milkshake could've been a little thicker but did have fresh real strawberries in it. I regretted eating my leftovers only because there were no more leftovers to eat.

Great family restaurant with a good atmosphere. Great service and the food was AWESOME!!! (Definitely try there burger). Definitely allow for some wait time to get a seat (we waited 45 min to get a seat). But we expected it as it was Sunday around 10:15am ish.

Pancakes were good. Good selection of syrups. Eggs came cool. Squared, slightly meager portion of potatoes also not too warm. Considering it was a bit busy and staff are new (opened very recently), the service was decent. Previous IHOP experiences were a 4*.

The customer service of the front desk staff and my server Denese to include Melissa who collected my money and the male in blue shirt who delivered our breakfast - it was awesome. Food was fresh too and I noticed they were quick in the sanitization process.

Wonderful staff, pleasant, professional and friendly. Food was good, arrived as ordered in reasonable time and was presented well. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. During my visit I felt welcomed and was treated extremely well, many thanks for a nice relaxing lunch
