Food there always tastes fresh, and has such great flavor. I do find that the rice is a tiny bit undercooked at times so I'd recommend asking them when the rice was made just to ensure that freshness and no undercooked rice.

This restaurant was really classy upscale and also hip. The owners have really put a lot of thought into it. The food was awesome and the waitresses were really friendly and welcoming. This place has nice quaint but modern vibe which I could still feel after 6 months when I think about it lol. Will definitely visit again.

Got a bowl to go and some chips & guac. Portions are huge. Almost 2x as much as what you would find at Chipotle. Also ordered some tacos and tasted good. Overall, good portion and good tasting. Will eat again.

Would of expected better customer service at the North End location. The young lady working was very polite but there was a young man working who just had a tertible attitude. Had his hat on backwards and just acted like he could care less. My husband was even surprised by his attitude. He was just standing around and didnt even say a thing when we came in. Seemed more interested in music and his phone. The girl working stopped what she was doing to help us while he stood around. We don't complain much and are not picky people. Just felt like something needed to be said regarding this.

Went there last Tuesday and it was Taco Tuesday! Yum! I certainly can't complain about portion size cuz it was overflowing to the point of minor aggravation...not to be taken as a compliant, it's not you it's me! Anyways, it was yummy but could be injected with some more flavour. Mexican food is all about sharpness and acid(lime) and that's what the 4 star is about. Kick it up a notch and I'm sure you'll get to the 5 star. I don't mind the stool seating but my company had a bit of a time with it because of her age and stature. Cool and cozy spot! Thank you!

Delicious food with flavor, special place in this city. Great customer service with a smile. Served easy with a 'Subway' style for simplicity, closely matching their street style theme. I can get a burrito and a drink for around 13$ and it's a full meal (if not two portions on some days). Glad to see the business expanding across the city as well.

Pros: Reasonable prices, clean establishment, busy street view, big windows, free infused water! Cons: minimal inside seats- all bar-style & uncomfortable, not superbly flavorful ingredients. I always feel bad for servers who have to repeat options for customers a million times a day - there should be visual cues to notate the types of ingredient choices on the window similar to Subway bread options (especially during the current Covid-19 situation where the servers must raise their voices to be heard through their masks).

I dont understand how this place stays open. It's not a bad place , but for so-called "mexican" food, everything is bland and tasteless. To me, it tastes like buying the old el paso(tm) taco kit and making it without any real spices, garlic, lime, chili, everything that makes real mexican food pop. BORING.

Not as good as the Morton location. Server only used a half scoop of rice compared to the 2 the other stores use. My burrito wasn't properly mixed and not wrapped like a normal burrito. All the ingredients were in their own compartment. Meaning one section was all hot sauce and cheese the other only rice and the 3rd compartment the protein. The rice was dried out and hard, maybe if they weren't so cheap with it they would be serving fresh rice. Not going back to the mountain rd location its has poor parking as well.

Being a real Mexican American, there was nothing Mexican about this place. For three "barbacoa" (not real barbacoa, just dried out pot roast) they charged me $14, and the portions are laughable! That is an outrageous price considering back home in Texas I can get three delicious REAL barbacoa tacos (that are so stuffed when you bite into them the filling spills out) for $6, and that's top dollar price! I could forgive the price if the food was actually good, but the meat is dry and flavorless and so are the tortillas.

Ate at the new 1634 mountain road locations a few times and I have to say im very unimpressed. First time was fine, second time the food smelt spoiled and was unable to eat it, and the most recent time a hair was found in the food by being consumed and another hair was visibly resting on top of the food. A fourth visit will not be on my to do list any time soon
