I went in for lunch and was happy with the place. The menu is different everyday and some items are halal. I ordered chicken soulvaki. The portion was good and so was the taste, except for rice which was very bland. I was able to eat it with the salad though. The staff were also very friendly and courteous. I'll go in again to try something else.

I have decided to only order a bagel from this establishment. I have ended up feeling ill after ordering the chicken and other items from the menu. Today, two of my colleagues ordered the fish and chips. Both ended up feeling sick, as the fish was not cooked properly. It was still translucent. Management and the "chef" claimed that battered fish only needs to be cooked for a short time or it becomes burned. Although we were refunded promptly, Management was unwilling to admit that it was not cooked properly. Paradise Cafe needs to take more care in food preparation now, if they want to avoid food borne illnesses in the future.

Whether you drop by for a quick coffee, or lunch, I have never been disappointed in the quality of food or service. I have been going to Paradise on a regular basis for about four years now. Keep up the good work !

Their Thursday butter chicken used to be good but now the chicken does not seem too fresh, its rubbery and the same thing with the naan that comes with it. Portion for the price being charged is smaller too. I think its the servers who are there, if you are early ones for their lunch you get comparatively less portion compared to someone who walks closer to end of lunch time. Also the smaller butter chicken portion is almost as good as the large portion, so get a smaller one, its almost 4 bucks cheaper. I work in one of the MEC towers.

They repeatedly serve under cooked chicken. Their chicken souvlaki is almost always somewhat raw when cut. A colleague just bought their fish and chips today and the fish was completely raw when cut. We took it back to show the manager and was told that we were wrong and that it was infact cooked properly. He spoke to the chef and then explained that fish only takes 5 seconds to cook and that nothing was wrong with the dish. They were not open to feedback at all. Service is terrible and the quality of food is even worse.

We chose Paradise Cafe to cater our Christmas Lunch this year, and we have no regrets! Everyone commented on how delicious the roast beef tenderloin was, along with all the sides. Your courteous manner was what sold me to begin with, and your food will have me coming back for any future catering needs.

Paradise cafe is amazing with a lot of fresh well cooked food. All dishes i have tried have been large portions and very tasty. The service is great as they are quite generous with portions and very friendly. There is a weekly menu they have on their website where you can conveniently see the different meals being offered. Wonderful little cafe with lots of delicious options and comfortable seating available! Keep up the awesome work!
