I called to confirm my appointment. I was answered by someone who didn't sound like knew the menu or their own restaurant. I also then was transferred to what I assume was a manager. This person was rude and aggressive with me on the phone. I did not feel welcomed or appreciated, furthermore, the lady on the phone said I didn't have an appointment scheduled and she seemed very confused about the arrangements made to meet and sit down and discuss the menu. I cancelled and ended up not going at all. Very disappointed by the telephone conversation.

I don't get the rave reviews, to each their own tastes I suppose. I work in the area and have come here for lunch with others on 3-4 occasions. The food is Ok, not great as others have said though. Freshly made, but very bland tasting. Also, for the portion size, I think the food is overpriced. I would not normally come her on my own, it's only when I get out voted and dragged along as part of the company lunch group.

Came here today for the first time. I got the spaghetti & Meat balls. It tasted amazing! the price wasn't too bad as well for the amount you got. Also, the ladies that work there are super friendly. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone :)

Molinaro's deserves more than 5 stars! their food is absolutely amazing, always hot & delicious. I am always guaranteed the best quality, whether I am walking in for food from the hot table or getting a pre-made frozan lasagna the food is always amazing and the customer service is just as amazing aswell. 10/10 I would recommend !!

I really enjoy the food. Dough and pizza sauce are fantastic to make your own pizza on a Friday family dinner night. Hot table for lunch during the week is great as well. Staff are super friendly.

So I was in the area to pick up my new business cards from the printing / marketing company down the street on Laird Rd. And I saw the signs for this business which makes honest homemade Italian meals ( Hot Table ) and a catering business as well. It is a local business, so that is always a Home Run outta the park in Fenway for me already !!! The rest is just gravy. In this area which is primarily an industrial / office mixed use, I was not expecting to stumble on such a location. So I was more than delighted to drop in and pick up lunch. This location is a breath of fresh air amongst the concrete jungle of warehouses etc. I went with the spaghetti w/ mild Italian sausage and I also tried their Roman style square pizza slices. The service was very friendly and helpful. The sausage was delightful with the snap and crackle of the casing with each bite and the meat itself was well seasoned. The pasta was delicious as well. The sauce was not too acidic with just a right touch of sweetness. The pizza was quite enjoyable. The crust was chewy where it should be and it was crispy where it needed to be. Very nice indeed. All in all a very nice experience for me. Drop in and let us all know what your thoughts are.

The people there don’t know how to place an order, can’t give you suggestion. i was waiting on the phone for 30 minutes and the girl couldn’t understand anything. The owner is so rude and pushy over he phone when i was placing an order. I wanted to order specific types of sandwiches, then she said that's too many sandwiches for 12 people and said you only choose 5 types. i wanted to have varieties for my clients to try the food quality. she almost wanted to order the food for us and she didn’t give me the option but decided it has to be 5 types. if that's how they work they should mention that in the menu. she didn’t honor her words from the day before about being able to have two smaller portions of salads. Even said her employees were mistaken for the information they gave us. i have tried their hot table food which was good but will never place an order with them. Some of the employees at the hot table were friendly.

We just had a sales rep bring Molinaro's in for a lunch presentation; it was probably the best lunch we've had in my 4-1/2 years here. Real food, fresh made, with a warm component. We barely scratched the surface of dessert because of how good the lunch was and that is VERY unusual for this group.

Not impressed. Spend 850 dollars on food and no one at gathering liked any of it. Was definitely not worth it although staff was friendly but that's to be expected when you are overpaying. Will never order from them again.

They have catered the last 2 days of a hair event at our head office and we couldn't be more thrilled with the quality of the food. Everything was fantastic but I especially loved the sausage on a bun. It was so authentic and clearly homemade which was shocking when you consider the time and effort that goes into making great sausages. I can't say enough about the quality and attention to detail.

This was my first time ordering catering from Molinaro's. I ordered Eggplant Parmigiana, Breaded Chicken and Veal Parmigiana, Penne Pasta in Rose Sauce, and Cannelloni (beef/veal in Tomato Sauce and ricotta & spinach in Rose Sauce). I had a positive experience. Food was good and staff were friendly. I will order from Molinaro's in the future.
