I had my wedding reception catered by Al Mustafa and was incredibly impressed with the food. We had so many people ask us from where we had ordered it. It was hot and fresh and delicious! I would 100% order from Al Mustafa again, and have been recommending it to everyone. Mostly though, what impressed me was the honesty mashallah of Qasim, the gentleman which we dealt with at Al Mustafa. Lots of people can cook good food...but having someone honest and trustworthy do it, is a whole other story.

I don't do reviews often, unless absolutely necessary. While their food is great, their unprofessionalism is so disgusting that I would never suggest anyone to cater from this place. The amount of sarcastic comments that come, unnecessarily, from the management is a headache. Just save yourself a lot of pain dealing with these people and order from somewhere else. At least they will see that they need to value how they interact with customers, rather than insult them to their face while taking orders.

If one goes through the reviews, can easily identify where the problem lies. Its not the food but lack of customer service. Don't know whether if its the owner himself, taking the orders over the phone or its someone else, otherwise they would have fixed, resolved the matter long ago. If they are too busy to talk properly over the phone then should look to invest something and come up with some online ordering/website option before its too late and they lose their customer base. By now, they should have been already expanded to other parts of the GTA with the kind of quality/tasty food that they're offering but most probably till now they're unable to catch-up with the changing trends and business acumen.

We have ordered from here twice and tried different menus, very pleased with the taste and amount. The veal and the Kheer dessert is exceptional. The owner is also very accommodating and values your feedback and would work with you to modify according to your preference.

If I can make it a zero stars I would. I was asking details around the packages and seeing if I can swap a couple of dishes and the caterer started yelling at me and saying that I had to choose a different package. When I confronted him about him yelling at me, he continued to do so. Everyone, take your business elsewhere. Until these idiots learn what respecting people, let alone your customers is all about, he does not deserve a single penny of everyone's hard earned cash.

Love love looooooooove the food from this catering location. We found them through a pure co-incidence, and found their prices quite reasonable. They also are very courteous people who are good with their service. This place is simply a pick-up spot for your previously placed orders, and not like Silver Spoon where you can go impulsively and buy. However, the quality of their food is top notch and price is unbeatable. Best in Pakistani food catering in GTA i believe

I called yesterday and wanted to order food for a small get together but was told that they were closed. I wanted to visit the place to see the caterer but was told that they only take orders over the phone. I wouldn't do a phone order without checking the menu and tray size. However I have found a better place and prices are much better than their menu prices. They should focus on good customer service and not be rude and uncooperative.

We cratered from Al Mustafa for our event, the food was very good and the quantities where also perfect never leaving us to worry if we had enough food. They agreed to deliver the food and where right on time just as requested. The biryani had a good unique taste, the Rashmi kabobs where fresh and delicious and even the naan was better than what you get with many caterers. For desert we had Kheer that was very good and generously topped with almonds and nuts. Would definitely recommend Al Mustafa for anyone looking for catering for their event

We catered Haleem, Biryani, Veggie Pasta from Qasim for my sons first birthday party and ALL the food was delicious. EVERYBODY asked me where I got it catered. I hope your business flourishes. I catered food for my daughters birthday and was really impressed. I found this place through google and after reading some reviews decided to take a chance. I ordered Chicken Biryani, butter chicken, Aloo palak,beef kabob and ghulab jamun and all dishes tasted so good and nothing disappointed me. Typically with other caterers, there is always something that doesn’t taste good but this one is different. Guests were all asking the name of this place at the end of the night. One last thing to note, this place is very very organized when you go to collect your order. Overall very impressed and happy I took a chance.

I've had their food at three other events and so ordered it for my son's aqiqa and it was a huge hit. Everything was really flavourful mA. The chicken pulao had an awesome taste to it as he tried to add a kick to it like beef pulao. Their khoya kheer is to die for. Biryani has a good amount of masala. I was reluctant to order tandoori chicken as usually i am not a fan of it but even that was very tasty and not dry at all. Overall highly highly recommend catering from here. You won't regret it!

After reading the reviews, it was our first time and we decided to order package 4 for $ 9.49 for 25 people on a 3 days notice which Ali accepted and our pickup was on time and each item from this package was fresh, large quantity, we loved their Nihari, BBq chicken and Kheer was very tasty. The quality of meat in nihari and chicken was very good and in abundance. Very good value for money. We highly recommend Al Mustafa. Again amazing food with large portions. Thumps UP.

Thank you Al Mustafa Catering for providing outstanding service and food. The food was an absolute hit at our daughters birthday party. We were literally asked by every single person where it was from. The veal biryani was literally kicking in the taste of Pakistan, the chicken Karahi was perfect, the mix veg was to die for literally it was enjoyed the most, and nonetheless their speciality the Kheer! The kheer was the best that I and our guests have ever had. There was not one person who didn’t compliment the food. It was our first time and this will be our every time food catering. I'm not one to like Pakistan food in the gta easily, I find alot of food does not taste good or meet my standards. However, the food we got catered from here was absolutely delicious! All our guests were asking where it was from and loved it as well. All food was spicy (as we asked it to be), but not over the top. Alot of places just add colour to their Tikka, however these guys had amazing flavor! The labeshireen had alot of fruits badaam , jelly etc. They do not cheap out. They give generous portion sizes, all our guests ate multiple plates, and took alot home and we still had alot of food left over. Very professional services as well, definitely reccomend them. 10/10

We catered Eid lunch from these guys and let me tell you the food was a hit!!!! Chicken biryani, Nihari, Chana masala, Reshmi Kebob, Khoya Kheer and Naan. They provided raita, and ginger, lemon pieces and cilantro with the Nihari. Greatly appreciated. You have to pick up the food, delivery is offered for $35+ by an affiliated business. Wish they were open atleast one day before Eid, as we had to order and store the food two days in advance. However, they were helpful in explaining the reheating process. Overall, delicious and affordable food. We’re interested in trying their western dishes next time. Thanks for such great service!

Delicious Pakistani cuisine and fantastic service! Their reshmi kababs were tender and chicken karahi was flavorful. Pulao was an instant hit with our Pulao snobs. And even our most diet conscious guests couldn’t resist trying the kheer after the buzz about how good it tastes given the deep khoya flavor. We did have a minor hiccup where the number of kababs were less than what we ordered (to be fair, the person I had sent to pick up the order didn’t know the exact order either to be able to double check). I called and informed Al Mustafa once the food arrived and Qassim sahab had additional kababs delivered to our house within 20 mins and added a few bonus kababs for the inconvenience. We look forward to using them again :)

I LOVE this catering company. Amazing, delicious, freshly cooked food @ incredibly reasonable pricing. Have used them before, and I'll continue to use them in the future! Just one thing, customer service is a bit delayed so make sure to text or call. I think they're busy and don't have enough support on the phone/email, so you'll likely need to try a few times, but well worth it.

We ordered party catering for approximately 80 persons, I must admit that after trying so many different restaurants and catering services in GTA, this is by far the most authentic pakistani taste our guests got experience, great service with home delivery, excellent rates and over 100 guests attended besides that lots and lots of food was leftover.....I wish they keep up the good work.

Based on their reviews I decided to order through them for a birthday for around 25 guests. Qasim suggested the right package and we agreed on the menu: Haleem, veal pulao , chicken korma , aloo palak and kheer. I rarely write reviews but I had to share this one because every single person at the party absolutely loved the food! Everyone had their favourites but it's true what another review said, it's like catering back home. Everyone went for second and some for third helpings. And there was still food left over which people asked to take home with them. Additionally, they delivered (we live in mississauga) and the food was very hot at delivery and on time. Thank You for a wonderful experience.

I chose Al Mustafa as my wedding caterer and Qasim's service and food were top quality for very humble pricing. He understood that not everyone at the wedding would be Pakistani so he was kind enough to make several oil, salt, and spice adjustments for my order. Qasim checked in to make sure the order was correct on more than one occasion which I saw as very caring and professional. He was even kind enough to offer a taste test.
