I order delivery mostly as it's pretty much the only pizza place that will deliver to my home. I am very understanding of time as I am 15 mins out of town from the store but my pizza ALWAYS takes an hour at the least to arrive. Again, I would be understanding however its almost always undercooked, even when I ask for well done. The staff are friendly but the food itself is just okay.

This location really cares about people wearing masks . Glad they are enforcing mask policy . With new variant going around one can only commend locations like this getting tough with clients who are not following protocol. To hear reviews saying I hope they go bankrupt is absolutely ridiculous and has no context or place in this forum .

My husband wore a face cover as he didn’t have a mask on him. He was picking me up from the hospital after we had our baby taken by ambulance. having a mask to go into Pizza Nova wasn’t organized. We wanted something quick to eat. Instead of offering him a real mask the manager yelled at the teenage employee to refuse service after already starting his order. Instead of coming to offer a mask and serve him himself or offer another method of service. Thanks a lot. We will remember how kind you were last night to our family.

I don’t usually post 1 star reviews but the pizza I had at this location was the worst, it was my first time ordering pizza from pizza nova, it was soggy as hell and the staff was very unprofessional. Would not recommend eating at this location.

Lovely Pizza, and lovely selection. They work really hard to compete against major chains and pull it off successfully. I feel happy with my choice, and when presented with the option, would choose Pizza Nova. Kind, friendly, and fast, the staff are also sure to bring you pizza, and a smile to your face.

This was our first time, August 12th mid afternoon....my wife had investigated it online sometime ago, but we were on our way home after a long road trip and were in the mood for a pizza. 20 minute wait fair price popped over to the park on Little Lake to get there and open it up and from the first bite we were so pleased that we finally found a pizza place that knows how to make a Super Delicious Pizza...OMG so enjoyable...we definitely recommend PIZZA NOVA MIDLAND ????????

Friday night ordered a large pizza and chicken trio with tip about $50. Order was promised in 30-40 mins. Dricer did come in the window but she got out ofvher car then jumped back in and left. An hour after ordering I called customer service to complain but while on hold the driver came back. She claims she forgot the chicken trio. I was concerned about my pizza being cold but she says it was in the warmer bag. Well it was disgustingly cold. Why not drop off the pizza when here the first time? It did not really have to go for a drive. Don't think I will order from there again. Disappointed.

Ordered for the first time and won't ever go back again. Two pizzas with soggy paper thin crusts. Canned mushrooms used instead of fresh that they promote. Wish I could give negative stars. Not the standard expected from Pizza Nova.

We often buy from the Midland location. This evening I spent $84 and was very disappointed. The pizza was dry and overcooked. There was very little sauce. Usually it is quite tasty so I am not sure why so underwhelming this time?

Unprofessional,to say the least. I ordered 2 medium pizza's and was told they would be ready at 6:15-6:20. I only recived my pizza's at 6:50, I still had to pay full price. I will definitely not be coming back!! Can't wait to call little ceasers next time I want pizza ????.

Used to be our favourite pizza place in town, but the standards there have really come down. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order that I placed online and the one pizza was almost laughably mis-cut with half the toppings slid to one side. The staff was friendly at the counter but I noticed at least one in the back with her mask down under her nose. Holding out hope that the quality improves back to where it once was.

Used to be great but the quality has gone down significantly in the past few months. The drivers are awesome but the pizza itself has become sloppy and not the same taste and quality I’ve enjoyed for years.

sometimes the pizza is excellent sometimes the pizza is burnt... and sometimes its incorrect. this past time was the best black on the bottom, I did a taste test with my wife she couldn't tell the difference between cardboard and the pizza. unfortunate i m new to the area and love pizza nova. guess ill need to find a place more reliable

I like pizza nova pizza when it's fresh. But the store at this location is just bad. I work right around the corner and after all these years they still have not figured out how to plan for busy times during the day. Most of the time you go in to grab a slice and all that they have are a couple of day old vegan slices that are hard as a rock. If any at all. Maybe try to have a pizza or two ready for the busy times during the day. It's not hard to figure out. It is the same times every day year round. 3 stars cause the pizza is good when you order ahead. But alot of working folks around here just wanna pop in for a slice.

Unreal. We decided to give Pizza Nova another chance. Many months ago we ordered delivery and both pizzas came with the bottoms burnt black. I appreciate that they came back and brought us new pizzas but people order pizza for convenience so who want to wait 90 to 120 minutes to eat. This time I went in and ordered. I was very specific. For my wife garlic bread with cheese and bruschetta and a breaded chicken sandwich with sauce and cheese . Get home: no bruschetta and no cheese and barely any sauce on the saddest tiniest piece of breaded chicken(?). This is not the cheapest place in town to get pizza so you expect some kind of quality control so thanks for nothing.
