Don't order cheesecake ANYTHING for a blizzard. The cheesecake should come in RECTANGULAR chunks. At this location it comes COMPLETELY pureed. Then when you ask them about it they argue with you and INSIST they put three spoonfuls of cheesecake in your medium blizzard. If your putting THREE spoonfuls of cheesecake in it and there isn't one chunk of anything but tiny and I mean smaller than the cotton candy bits in your blizzard your wasting product. Thankfully the Barrie and Orillia locations know how to make blizzards. And to stand there and argue with me on that's how it comes.... Unless you get a cheesecake blizzard every other day and your paying your hard earned dollars on my treats, you have no business being rude and arguing with me especially when it takes two Men to argue with a 4'11" Woman. Never will I go to this location again

We have been ordering a few times a week from u, I swear every 3rd time has been a mistake.. u now have forgotten my 1 year olds meal as well put tomatoes on my food which I'm allergic too... so bow at this point my health is at risk and this is not cool.. PLEASE DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. it's come to my atention by speaking with a former employee that this place is unsanitary and not meeting covid requirements. Cooks are not frequently washing their hands when preparing food nor are employees diligently wearing gloves, cleaning equipment, again washing their hands. Im frankly disgusted by the things I've heard about the management and how this establishment is operating. Please think twice before eating here.

Pretty cramped seating area. INSANE bugs issue at the entrance due to lighting. Maybe that's unavoidable. Pricey for the quality of the products offered. Pretty good burgers and hotdogs, and half decent chicken fingers, but nothing fresh, nothing special. Just okay. The ice cream and other treats are cheap and just taste like a ton of sugar. Would not recommend.

Amazing place, they go the distance to make a blizzard for my son who has severe nut allergies. They clean the machine and all equipment and counter just for him. As a mother that speaks louder then words. I can't express enough how truly grateful I am that they do that for their customers. Thumbs up DQ ????

Had a nice hot treat at DQ IN Midland. Got the funnel cake with hot fudge. It was delicious but small for $6.49. At that price you would assume the the treat would be big enough to share but it's not.It's very small so get your own and don't expect it to be cheap.

I am a frequent visitor to the Dairy Queen in Midland and I always see the same happy smiling face at the cash. He is a taller gentleman with glasses. He is always courteous and never gets overly upset with customers. At the same time I see other staff, some who claim to be managers, standing around and watching him work. He will take an order and then proceed to fill most of it as well while also trying to help the next customer. He is a good worker but it is disappointing to come in and see him not receive any assistance. Good workers should be appreciated and helped instead of taken advantage of. Other then this my visits are always pleasant as long as this wonderful gentlemen is there.

My experience at the Midland Dairy Queen on Yonge Street was HANDS DOWN the BEST EXPERIENCE I've had in Dairy Queen location. All staff members were happy and greeted me with smiles and friendly faces. They made me feel like I was part of the family, even though I was only there for a few moments. My burger was cooked to perfection - I couldn't make a better patty if my life depended on it!! I want to give a HUGE shout-out to the entire staff - YOU GUYS ROCK!!! KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK!!! I am usually a fan of DQ ice cream. Although the last three times I have been my blizzard is never mixed and my toppings are all on top that by the time I get halfway it’s just plain vanilla ice cream. Very disappointing that it isn’t thoroughly mixed every time.

Website says they take rush orders but when I called the next day they say they don't do rush orders. All I needed was a oreo blizzard cake, that's it. The employee also never even checked the portal for orders until I called in then said she couldn't even find my order but I recieved a confirmation number and email last night.. After all this she told me she would do it but I had to pay right then on the phone with a credit card which I do not have. Really disappointed. Well here I am four months later!! Another problem. I called in about a week ago asking for a cake for my son's birthday, I figured since online was a problem last time I will call and speak to them... nope. I placed an order for May 15th because my son's birthday is May 16th. I got a call today saying my cake has been ready for the past two days and I need to come and get it. I gave the attitude right back and let them know this isn't my mistake, but actually theirs! They are going to make a whole new cake but who knows what's next. Unimpressed

We were told the cake we ordered would not be ready in time, so we picked up a pre-made cake and we’re then told the cake was ready and forced to buy two cakes. They then refused to hold one of the cakes for 24 hours so we could pick the second cake up the following day. It was incredibly shocking how aggressive the staff were for a minor issue. Chris the manager was very smug and rude and were still trying to figure out why this unraveled in to such an issue.

Bought a birthday cake. It was missing the center toppings and when I called in I was told there is nothing in the center of the turtles blizzard cake. If you look on the Dairy Queen website there is a center. What a disappointment to spend 33.99$ on vanilla ice cream and about 2$ worth of toppings. Blatently ripping people off. You can't see the center of the cake until you cut into it and you can't return it so your stuck with plain vanilla ice cream.

We generally go a couple times a month, very few issues, forgot out sundae once, oh well. We went today, got a 3 piece finger combo. They forgot the gravy, isnt a huge deal, but they gave barely any fries with some of the fries that were there, black from being stuck in the fryers, not sure anyome would of thought that maybe a small size was acceptable to send out.
