We've gotten to use Danny's on a few weddings, had them at a few festivals and, have always been very happy. They do well with allergies as well (always best to send any caterer a list ahead of time). We're a big fan of BBQ so we'd recommend them again and again!

Catered our wedding on June 1st. Pork was very tasty salads were good but wasnt enough. Paid an extra $100.00 for the guy to bring the pig out and carve it up on site, had 40 people to feed. Came with this little piglet, and the extra 100 I paid for... the guy threw on some green dish washing gloves and pulled out little handfuls to give to each guest. That was the extent of it. Only had enough pork for 1 round, 1 guy was able to get 2nds....thats it. Guests complained about how stingy the guy was serving the pork, but obviously didnt bring enough to feed 40 people a decent meal. The server was quick to get the pig container back into his truck then sat around having a drink waiting for his tip. Overall was not impressed, heard 1/2 of our guests say they would never use them to cater a function. Maybe just got a bad day, not sure, but wouldnt recommend them to anyone wanting your guests to be satisfied.

I was invited to a friends place for a Danny’s Pulled Pork Dinner. There were 21 family and neighbours in attendance. When the containers were opened there was no pulled pork. When Danny was notified of this, instead of offering to make amends for what was without doubt an error on the part of his staff, he blamed the customer saying he hadn’t ordered the pork. The customers invoice clearly stated “Pulled Pork Meal” , and the bill obviously included the pork. Shame on you Danny!! Though I’ve hosted three of your whole hog roasts in the past I will definitely not be using your service or products again. What a disgraceful way to conduct a business!!

Great delivery to Winnipeg! Absolutely love their turkey pot pie. It has so much meat, and has the tang of their pulled meat, rather than the typical flavour of a turkey stew.

Bought six pounds of pulled pork (cold) for 20 people. Prep was super easy and the taste surpassed all expectations. Extremely tender meat full of flavour. No dry meat at all. Highly recommended. Was a huge hit at the party. Would definitely do this again. Loved it!

Danny's catered my wedding of 150 people in August (it also was an hour outside of the city). The food was awesome!! No one left hungry. A lot of the food on their menu is gluten free too! The catering staff worked so hard and did a really great job as well. Their delivery rate was very reasonable too.
