This time, I call to order, mentioning the credits. I am told that there is no credit on my file, it is final there is nothing to do. So it's over for us, getting robbed no thanks. Just got take out this evening and my chicken wings were completely over cooked, pretty much burnt. I threw them out, couldn’t eat them. So disappointed! It happened last time also... :( The rest of our food was really good though. I would likely eat here again but not ordering the wings again for sure.

Rotisserie chicken much like the other big chain that does the same. Some other variety to the menu however with some regional and French dishes thrown into the mix. Also, the unlimited coleslaw pre-meal is good to fill you up if you like it. A sold choice that usually has something for everyone in your party.

My favourite restaurant in the world! I know a bit of overstatement but went 1/2 hour out of my way to eat here. The waitress was super fantastic great! Just wonderful women. As for the food I love it. Had the special, chicken, ribs and wings. Loved it. The coleslaw (traditional) is beyond belief. I love you St Hubert. You crazy ????

Driest st Hubert chicken I have ever eaten! Went through drive thru around 5:45 pm and I suspect they gave us the batch left over from lunch! The wing on my chicken breast portion was as hard as rock inedible. We ordered the regal junior combo and were shorted 2 coleslaws as well.

One of the many places tourists visiting Moncton need to go! I had a quarter chicken breast with sweet potato fries, and it was awesome! The atmosphere is quite quiet and the service is excellent, our food arrived in 10 minutes!

Very satisfied with the food and the service. Poutine is best I had in Moncton so far. Reminds me of the poutine from the old Mike's restaurant. Wondering if this is a more Quebec restaurant style. I had the spinach salad which was better than expected. Didn't get the chicken but hoping to come back soon and will try the chicken and ribs. My friend had the chicken and said it was better than st. Hubert competition.

Took the family out for souper, I don't have much to complain about other then when I ordered my meal. I upgraded to the St. Hubert poutine and when they gave me the food it was only a poutine. I figured mistakes happen its no big deal I notified the server and was very surprised when she returned with a piece of chicken and bbq sauce and told me there you go sorry about that... I paid for the food to be made not to make it myself.. kinda disappointed with how they handled it. Let this be a learning moment for your restaurant, just remake it and keep the customers happy.

First time at the drive-through at St-Hubert Moncton. What a great experience from Renee who was working that day. Her voice was so warm and friendly it made it such a nice experience. Unlike some other places where you feel like the person taking the orders from the drive through is bored. Thanks for hiring such a great person. And, the food was also great!

Ordered a chicken poutine with white meat, and was highly disappointing. The gravy wasn't thick enough, the chicken pieces were big chunks and served cold, although, the fries were well seasoned. Original poutine could have probably been a better choice.

Dropped in for lunch on our way to Mont Sainte-Anne one day. The food is good, but the waitress was horrible. It took us nearly 1.5hrs from start to finish, on the bar side, to get our meal and cash out. Lunch time meals should never take this long to complete. Don't go here for a quick bite on lunch, it's horribly slow.

Never did an employee tell us that there was a time to serve customers greater than 90 minutes. We left after we were offered our drinks. Moral next time we will stop elsewhere or they know to have employees to serve us quickly. Dreadful mess of dirty full trays on most of the tables because none of the staff member cares about emptying the trolley with dirty trays on it. As a consequence the place is full with flys. Real food intoxication hazard. You seat and eat surrounded by garbage. Nice job guys . I wonder where is the supervisor or manager in charge . Super service and great tasting food. The mid-day specials include a main dish and one entrée of soup or salad OR a dessert and of course the all you can eat coleslaw. For the price, they should consider allowing for both the entrée AND dessert. A simple cup of soup would suffice. The staff is super friendly and look after you.

It's St-Hubert so you can't go wrong with the food here when you eat at the restaurant but sometimes the service can be quite slow. As for the delivery service though, everytime we order for delivery they always forget something in our order. We also couldn't place an order if we added a tip. If we didnt put a tip, then the online checkout worked as expected so had to tip the driver myself. Also this time my ribs were cold like they came out of the fridge so if you can eat there instead for the best experience.

I went to the Pub ... and asked if we could eat. A waitress came to sit down. Another 5 to 10 minutes to come and offer us the menus and water. The 2 cooks and the dish washer seemed to have a lot of fun in the kitchen. The girls on the floor repeated, when the customers arrived ... oh no another client in my section. There was no collaboration in the team, no leader ... At least 4 customers left after waiting, also between 3-4 and 10 minutes without being greeted. It is pathetic. I had a spinach salad with the bad salad dressing, a tomato still had its tail. My poutine had to have 2 ounces of sauce, the other plates were cold. The person in charge of the restaurant, a Thursday night, had no control over the team in place and obviously not much experience. The restaurant has a cleanliness that leaves something to be desired. Really, an experience to forget. We asked to speak to the manager, he hid in the kitchen (glass) pretending to be overwhelmed. I was offered free coffee and dessert in compensation or 25% off. I do not want a discount, I want an adequate service. ..To finish I realize that I was charged a child dessert (included in the child menu) Mr. The owner, monitor your business! Au moins 4 clients sont partis après avoir attendu, eux aussi entre 3-4 et 10 minutes sans qu'on vienne les accueillir. C'est pathétique. J'ai eu une salade aux épinards avec la mauvaise sauce à salade, une tomate avait encore sa queue. Ma poutine devait avoir 2 onces de sauce, les autres assiettes étaient froides. La personne en charge du restaurant, un jeudi soir, n'avait aucun contrôle sur l'équipe en place et visiblement pas beaucoup d'expérience. Le restaurant a une propreté qui laisse à désirer. Vraiment, une expérience à oublier. Nous avons demandé à parler au gérant, il s'est caché dans la cuisine (vitrée) prétextant être débordé. On m'a offert café et dessert gratuits en compensation ou 25% de réduction. As the review stars indicate, I found this to be only okay. The decor and branding were "high end fast food", but the NOISE LEVEL WAS REALLY LOUD. It detracted from the experience significantly. Also, while the food was nice, it didn't live up to the menu pretentions and thus I left feeling like I overpaid for my meal.

Without a doubt the best coleslaw on the planet!! We specifically made a stop in Moncton to have their coleslaw. That’s how good it is! Our server was great - super friendly and helpful. Would not recommend for getting a few beers in a timely manner. One of us only got our beer when they were nearly done food. One beer they had on their new menu they didn't even have yet, either. One of the beauty of eating in a franchise restaurant is that you can expect consistency from one visit to another and I have to admit, St-Hubert is one if the best in that regard. Even wit the extra requirements Covid protocol demands, they managed to offer a good customer experience. While I’ve been going to St-Hub since I’m a kid (and even worked for them while I was student) tonight was great thanks to the server we had. They do have great staff in general but this one has that little extra “je ne sais quoi”. A mix of proactiveness, ownership and personality that made all the difference. I lived in Moncton for about a year back in 2007-2008, and this was always my favourite place to dine. This hasn't changed, so whenever I'm up that way I try to stop in for dinner. The chicken is fantastic, the vinegar coleslaw is delicious, and the desserts are to die for. Last time I was there I was craving a whiskey sour for some reason, and even though it wasn't on their menu they made one up for me - and it was perfection! Wait times aren't usually bad, servers are friendly, and facilities are clean.

A group of 16, we reserved the private dining room for a supper meeting and specified that we needed use of the TV for a photos presentation from a previous humanitarian mission to Haiti. The tv remote was needed for our presentation but could not be found and we received very little assistance from the staff. Our orders were all mixed up and a waitress left the room stating that we did not know what we ordered. However, the waitress who took everyone's order was not seen again and was not there when plates began arriving in the room with confused staff. A gluten free order was given to the wrong person and then this order had to be sent back twice even though the order was a simple half rack of ribs with no sauce and rice. This restaurant has room to improve with customer service.

Went there with my family in a Saturday. We waited 20 min for a table and our server took more than 15 min to ask about our drinks. We asked one of the waitresses how long it would take for our waiter and she responded with a bad attitude. They forgot to give us a drinking menu, server had a bad attitude when we asked for one as well. My daughter asked for a coke with no ice and they gave her one full of ice cubes. One of the servers came with my son's cocktails and she said she had no idea what the drink was. Food was good but service ruined the whole experience. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Drop by this place on my way back to Montreal. The service here is horrible. The servers do not understand half the stuff we say. It took them at least 15 minutes to seat us when the restaurant was like 25% full. Food was ok but took forever to service. I ordered a 1/4 chicken was partially cooked. It was still pink and somewhat bleeding/red near the bones. The server removed it from our bill though. We also order fried ribs. It was okay, my boyfriend liked it but it felt like it was too dry and had no flavour. We also split a rack of ribs. It was also pretty average, the sauce on it is more on the sour side. Pros about this place is that they give you free refills on drinks and coleslaw. There was nothing special about the restaurant. We wanted to try it out because we seen so many restaurants around the area. Overall, the food was okay. You might be better off getting a whole chicken from Walmart instead because it's cheaper and probably tastes better.

St. Hubert's is my favourite rotisserie chicken restaurant. The size of their chickens is larger than other similar places. Where I get a half chicken dinner at the Chalet, I get a quarter chicken dinner at St. Hubert's. The mozzarella sticks appetizer have a very tasty coating. Fully loaded baked potato is always a pleaser. However, many of the soups are still too salty. The chicken with rice soup is the better choice. If you have room, the choice of desserts is too tempting.

We frequent this restaurant anytime we visit Moncton. It's a really nice spot, freindly staff, and very nice decor inside. Lots of parking and close to the highway for easy acess to the mall/downtown area. It's hard to go wrong here if your looking for some roasted chicken. The kids menu is good, around $6.50 for a drink, meal, and desert.

The oven has failed and it can no longer deliver our chickens to us. They ask us to choose other things from the menu, like ribs and chicken strips and salads etc. We who are already supposed to be in the middle of eating decide to redirect our choices to other options to facilitate the course of the evening. Well we have to place the order with the app center a second time ... 15 mins later the phone rings. It is Saint Hubert again. There it is the height of the ridiculous he announces to us that he can no longer deliver the second order to us. ???? But wait for it, it's a party. We rely on SAINT HUBERT for our meals. There we meet 1 hours later no food or on the table but not even order yet. We wholeheartedly want to be understandable in the face of the situation, but my God, a little more understanding of ours. The staff who made the announcement to us simply told us they were sorry, nothing more ..... THIS IS MY FATHER'S DAY YOU ASKED ME TO PLACE 2 ORDERS, I do it without flinching. I ended up with nothing to offer my guests. Common sense there would have been other things to answer that "we are sorry" a gift certificate something to compensate us for having waited so long with a gang of guests who were just waiting to eat not the chicken he had started initially but the SECOND command which was not wanted but made the JOB IN OTHER WORDS. By the way, we sincerely hope that the staff who were working at the time of the furnace incident are safe. La c'est le comble du ridicule il nous annonce que il ne peuve plus nous livrer la deuxième commandes. ???? Mais attendez la , c'est une fête. Nous comptons sur SAINT HUBERT pour nos repas. La nous nous retrouvons 1heures plus tard pas de nourriture ni sur la table mais même pas commander encore. Nous voulons de tout cœur être compréhensible face à la situation mais mon Dieu un peut plus de compréhension face à la nôtre. Le personnelle qui nous a fait l'annonce nous a simplement dit qu'il était désolée sans plus..... CEST LA FETE DE MON PÈRE VOUS ME DEMANDÉ DE PASSER 2 COMMANDES , je le fait sans broncher. Je me suis retrouver avec rien a offrir à mes invitées. My 17 year old daughter went there with me last night while on vacation. So far it's been the best food we've had on the trip. We both had the 3 course dinner with our main course being the Chicken & Rib Combo and it was delicious! We both had the Pure Heaven Dessert, a cake with sugar sauce and ice cream. 25 years plus we havemade a point to always stop for their absolutely incredible consistent excellent food, at this location! When we drive past we always have our camper, which we could easily make our own meal but we see this location as our well deserved treat. Today we had the opportunity to meet Jason the owner/manager who must be described as one of the most professional entrepreneurs we have ever met; personality plus! They have attempted to escalate a homestyle restaurant to fine dining. Unfortunately the food does not match at all. I was unable to eat my chicken sandwich as it was bland and dry. The next time I got a hot chicken but there was no hot when the meal arrived. Cold chicken and congealed gravy with cold fries. Since I couldn't flag down a waitress as ours disappeared, I didn't eat a thing. Will not return for some time to give them some time to straighten things out.

It was a terrible experience for our school. We had ordered a family 4 dinner for @ 24.00. The young lad picking up the order, dropped it in the lot and asked to have it replaced and was told "we can't do that." After complaining to management, they offered an apology and took the information. I was then told we would be refunded by mail some time in the nest week. Our board members decided to eat elsewhere rather than postponing our meeting for a week. Two weeks later I received a 20.00 gift card toward my lost 27.15 purchase, when I redeemed it I had to pay 7.15 plus the 27.15 previously lost. Our meal cost us 14.30 plus the 20.00 gift card of course. Also the gift card came with no apology, explanation, or even a greeting, just the card, and a bill showing the card was credited 20.00. Understaffed and not clean. Cashier handled almost all the orders by grabbing the food on tossing it on platters after handling money from customers. None of the kids wash their hands. Lineup was up to the door and the kids in the back did not seem rushed at all. First time going to st.hubert the women working the drive thru repeatedly asked us what we wanted after we read every item word for word off their menu. We asked for a spicy version of the item in which lead to confusion and lack of being able to problem solve the issue. She proceeds to ask "grilled or crispy". We chose grilled, upon receiving the wrap its crispy and cold.. During the transaction at the window we had nothing but attitude. My overall review of this place for the money you pay is its subpar and expect a lack of customer service when you go.

Terrible delivery service, I called and I had to tell the lady three times my order for delivery. Also she asked me for my phone number and room service several times. Then the order was very late to then receive a call from hotel front desk that someone has been looking for my room for 15 min. Again, because the lady took the number wrong. Once I got my order, I opened it to see that I was given crackers and a spoon but no soup. I called to see of they can credit my card or send me a soup. I was told we will send you the driver with the soup as fast as we can. Now it's the next morning and still no sign of the soup except on my bill.

I would rate lower than one star if I could... I used to love this place. They were always quick with delivery and the food was always amazingly delicious Twice I've had bad service that makes me never want to give them some of my business. I've waited for them twice for some ridiculously long amounts of time (2 hours +) only for my food to never show up. When I called to confirm the order, they tried to pin it on me stating that the estimated delivery time was wrong and that my food wasn't actually late. This has happened twice. Never ever again will I order from them. It's a shame too because I loved their food, but not enough to be treated like that.

We ordered online but the order was available for pickup 10 minutes earlier than promised. The junior meal had two adults meals and two children's meaks, perfect for 3 small kids like ours. The chicken was fresh, hot and juicy. Fries were okay, could have been a bit crisper. Kids meals were good, the children loved them. The dipping sauce and coleslaw (both traditional and creamy) were amazing always and all this came to just about $35. Great value!

Reminds me of swiss chalet, it has a nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly. The service was a bit slow since it was so busy but otherwise it was a good experience. The restaurant is very family oriented and accommodates families with small children. It is one of those restaurants where families make a habit of visiting.

First time here, ordered the holiday special with white meat. Meat was extremely dry and not overly tender. Skin was crispy but there was little to no flavor to the chicken even for white meat. Homestyle ketchup was honestly amazing thou, only complaint is that there wasn't enough to cover up the dry tasteless chicken. Coleslaw was mediocre as were the fries. Gf ordered chicken strips combo, chicken was cold, dry and lacking flavour. The cookies that came for dessert were quite good thou. Gravy was excellent and paired well with the dry chicken. Overall price did not come close to matching quality

Fast, friendly service and delicious food. The mozzarella sticks and and chicken with rice soup are great starters. (I do find that the other soups are often too salty for my taste.) For fastest service, choose the rotisserie chicken (larger portions than the competition). However, the chicken pot pie, ribs and hot chicken sandwich are excellent choices as well. The chocolate mouse cake and the brownie sundae desserts always tempt me.
