Cheese fondue is good. Entree portion could afford to include chorizo for the price you pay on the table d'hôte. Standard fondue is ordinary taste-wise, but they don't get the temp up to safe levels and I'm pretty sure they aren't serving sushi-grade prawns (which smelled sort of fishy). Broth only tastes of nutmeg as they're afraid to add any stock, presumably because they are mixing red meat and seafood. They should probably just redo their menu to accommodate two types of broth like other fondue restaurants. Sauces were okay with a creative American saffron dip. The beef and salmon were of good quality and the scallops were the nice big ones! Chocolate fondue was pitiful. Granted, I wasn't very hungry by that point, but surely they can afford more than 3 lone blueberries. Criminally overpriced. Service was great and decor was amazing. It's just too bad it was nearly empty on a Friday night... hmm, I wonder if there's anything they can do to fix that...

The plates arrived much too early (the potatoes were cold when it came time to eat). The burner used prevents the broth from boiling. Which gives the impression that the meat does not cook well. Loved this place. Reasonably priced with a bring your own wine option. The cheese fondue was spectacular and the Chinese fondue was very nice as well. I recommend one table d'hôte for two people as it includes one appetizer and one dessert. The rabbit confit appetizer was delicious as was our hazelnut fondue at the end.

Awesome. Went with two families of four - our kids, 11 and 8, shared one kids menu meal and it was plenty for them. Excellent food and service - a real highlight of our weekend in Magog! The ability to bring your own wine or beer is great - don’t forget to make a SAQ stop on your way.

Best meal I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Came to Magog for a day of skiing and was recommended to try this restaurant. Glad we did! Service is excellent, and the fondues are great! We had both Swiss and Chinese fondue - with seafood. The quality of the ingredients is easy to see. In addition, the atmosphere is very nice, as this restaurant is housed in an old factory. Would definitely come back!

Considering we pay a lot of money to cook our own food, I'd say it was a pretty good experience overall with decent appetizers. Our waitress was not very attentive and didn't even pour the wine. I was unimpressed with the quality of the beef. However, this is a quality restaurant that does not deserve fewer than 4 stars despite my complaints. The atmosphere is nice and the experience is fun. I just think it's pricey for what it is.
