Most expensive grocery store in Magog, you're not even allowed to bring the shopping cart outside yourself, meaning, if you forgot your bags in your Car or U.F.O., you'll need to purchase their plastic bags, unless you rent a Shela or Hela that brings your Groceries to your Range Rover or Tesla. Definitely not a place to go for working Class Hero's, more for bling bling from the big City People.

One of the best grocery stores I've ever been in! The amount of products alone is baffling to me, but the quality of the food is what really sets it apart! On top of this the staff are super helpful, giving some great recommendations on meat and cheeses! I wish we had one of these back home, but every time I visit Magog I make sure I make a trip here.

Great variety. And the only reason I go. Parking can be a pain in summer or any busy time of year. You absolutely have to do self checkout. Even if paying with cash. I've never found the employees welcoming at all. Almost as though you are bothering them just being there. Everytime I go, over the past 6 years! Very close to everything! Good prices.

The aisles are wide, which makes it easier to get around even if there are a lot of people. The service from the employees is impeccable. And in the newspaper section, it is possible to get the Globe and Mail and Le Monde diplomatique. In Magog, it's now my grocery store. (Original) Magnifique épicerie! Moi qui n'aime pas vraiment faire l'épicerie, je dois avouer que j'ai adoré le design de celle-ci : c'est très agréable de passer d'un section à l'autre, chacune ayant un style différent. Les allées sont larges, ce qui facilite les déplacements même s'il y a beaucoup de gens. Le service des employés est impeccable. Et dans la section des journaux, il est possible de se procurer le Globe and Mail et Le Monde diplomatique. À Magog, c'est désormais mon épicerie.

They don't let you take the shopping cart out of the store. What a ridiculous policy. How are you supposed to take the groceries to your car? Very, very dumb and it shows a lack of respect for the customers. They can get away with it because they have no competition in downtown Magog. I won't shop there.

This store is generally clean, well-stocked, I find the fruits and veggies are usually fresh and crisp. The meat, poultry and fish are also well presented. They have a huge selection of beers but I can't find any "Porter" in all that selection for some reason. It's a bit pricey for me but I go because I can find the Sherbrooke Record there and when I'm there I like to get their homemade potato chips and some meats.

Yesterday my friends and I were running late so we decided to stop at the Metro Plus Plouffe for a prepared dinner to take home. The salad was okay after we added a few things but the chicken pot pie was the worst thing we ever ate. At least it made us laugh! After heating it it had the thickness of a pancake and finding a small piece of dried up chicken in our portions became a game. This product should be avoided at all costs.

not a very motivated team working here. i went in to buy a product that is available at most metro outlets. asked 2 staff members to help me find the product. the first one pointed me to aisle 5 and said he had never seen or heard of this product. i asked him to check the computer system to see if it was available in the store and he said no. second employee pointed me to aisle 3 (after saying they had never seen this product before). After 20 minutes of searching i walked out. Staff evidently could not be bothered to give me the time of day /i felt i was making a nuisance of myself by even asking. will shop elsewhere where friendly service is available! thank you, no thank you!

I was kicked out of the store by a manager because I was with my husband and they have a rule of one person per family. Given that it was Monday around 2 pm, the store was almost empty. Customer service zero. Earlier during the pandemic, I left a message to speak with the store manager and he did not return my call. Not shopping there anymore. Will go 30 minutes further for groceries for my starving teenagers
