We were two couples out for dinner and wanted to explore the rooftop terrace at this restaurant. It is an amazing view and definitely worth visiting. Service was very friendly, we did have reservations. Upon arrival we were informed that the rooftop menu was much more limited than the regular dining area. This is a major understatement as the only items available were tartar and salad. Thankfully we all like tartar but were a but disappointing that grilled meats weren’t available, especially since there was a grill up on the roof. It is definitely a drinking terrace more than for dining, but it’s really beautiful!

Every restaurant is supposed to keep a registry of client names but we were told by the host it was no longer necessary, which is false. We went there during a weekday evening, where only a few guests were in the restaurant. So the service was great and friendly with only a few tables occupied. The ambient is great and the food was OK, my wife had Fish and Chips, which she really liked, I had the chicken with mashed potato, which was a bit blunt. The mashed potato was rather dry and so was the chicken. What I also missed for the price it the little details, for example, adding Rosemary Sprigs to the chicken, which would complement the taste and add finesse. It is the little details, which are lacking to make this restaurant a 5-star place for me!

Le service pour les breuvages était plus qu’ordinaire, une personne a ré-commandé un breuvage qu’il n’a jamais reçu. La bouteille d’eau n’a pas été renouvelée. Malheureusement je m’aurais attendu à un peu plus pour une facture de 200$.

My experience with this place was really not that bad. Since the beginning the staff was very helpful and kind to us . It was pretty full, and even with that , this was the restaurant we had the best customer service during our stay in Magog . Our server was so nice and very patient with us . We got some cocktails and then just snacks to share . Everything was delicious, the poutine is definitely a must try . They don’t rush you at all and you can take your time. Service was quick and efficient. The reason I put 4 stars is I wish they would offer vegan choices , the bathrooms were very dirty. However it was a great place to share some snack and get drinks, I would definitely recommend, to go with friends, or afterwork drinks .

The food was amazing the fish and chips with actual potato chips as the batter was something we will be returning for. The maple syrup mojito was not overly sweet but absolutely delightful. The burger was juicy the fries and poutine were what you come to expect in quebec. There coleslaw had a hint of mint which brought it to an entirely new level of flavor.

J’avais appelé pour faire une réservation pour laquelle on m’a rappelé deux fois la journée même pour changer l’heure dû à un « overbooking » sans plus d’explication. Nous avions finalement une réservation de 17h à 19h, et à 18h15, le serveur nous demande de terminer rapidement car la prochaine réservation est arrivée. Nous nous sommes faits mettre dehors avant même que notre réservation soit terminée. Quel manque de respect. Je me suis présentée avec mes trois colocs (tous la même bulle et preuve d’adresses) et il nous a été refusé de s’assoir ensemble dans le contexte de la COVID. Nous avions donc deux tables séparées. Au milieu de notre repas, 5 jeunes complètement saouls et dérangeants sont arrivés et on pu s’assoir tous ensemble à la même table, sans oublier que trois personnes supplémentaires se sont jointes à eux un peu plus tard. Lorsque j’ai demandé une explication puisque j’étais insultée, on m’a répondu « Ah désolée madame, ils sont TOUS à la même adresse ». Ce restaurant ne mérite d’être recommandé à absolument personne. Vous paierez cher pour de la nourriture correcte et une soirée désagréable. Je regrette mon expérience.

Have been to les enfants terribles a few times and loved it, this time the food was ok except the fish and chips which had a bitter aftertaste perhaps from batter (beer batter is not so bitter), the service was good despite having forgotten a few orders, and having to return a plate (fish and chips), staff tried really hard to give attention every detail as they tried to set up for 5 pm dinner menu. The rooftop terrace has a fairly small food order available which they make on the spot ( you gotta work with covid situation).

One of the most happening restaurants in downtown Magog serving eclectic modern fare and offering an impressive selection of uniquely concocted cocktails. Went on a quiet Saturday in autumn and the place was full, with plenty of couples seated at the bar and a lively crowd throughout. The service was great and the waiters were very attentive. The drinks menu was very interesting, and their epinomous iced tea is clearly a fan favorite yet there were so many other elaborate drinks to chose from. They also have an impressive selection of great wines. Our food took some time to come out, and while we barely noticed (we were in the midst of a deep conversation), our waiter still brought us some shots as a way of apologizing for the delay. It's a pretty cool place. Would go there again...

C'est la première fois qu'un établissement me faisait sentir cheap de demander mon escompte auquel j'avais droit grâce à la carte. S'ils ne veulent pas le donner, vous avez juste à vous retirez du programme!! De plus, j'ai trouvé très ordinaire de nous faire payer l'eau pétillante à 7,50$ la bouteille. I had an awful experience. I ordered from the menu a salmon tartar and a beef tartar. I never would of thought if something is in the menu I would have got a food poisoning as severe as the one I got. I had severe vomiting and diaharea, it was very difficult for me to get to the bathroom. You can imagine how intense the poisoning was. I almost fainted. I strongly make everybody aware of the bad quality of this restaurant. If you offer something in the menu one has to be confident that the food is in good condition! I have always eaten tartar in restaurants in many years. This is the reason I confidently ordered it! I am not usually the person that writes review. The meal was expensive, $ 190 for two adults and a child. And I got such a strong poisoning. Again I discourage anybody from eating at this place!
