(Translated) We called on Francis for my mother’s 60th birthday dinner. The organization was very simple, we only had to decide on the menu and confirm the date. Francis was very friendly throughout the planning. The dishes were able to be adapted according to our specific needs including many allergens. We were even put together a special dessert without eggs! At dinner, the presentation of the dishes was great and the tastes incredible! And above all quite affordable :) Thank you for everything! L’organisation a été très simple, nous n’avons eu qu’à décider du menu et de confirmer la date. Francis a été très sympathique tout au long de la planification. Les plats ont pu être adaptés en fonction de nos besoins spécifiques dont de nombreux allergènes. On nous a même concocté un dessert spécial sans œufs! Lors du souper, la présentation des plats était géniale et les goûts incroyables! Et surtout assez abordable :) Merci pour tout! Nous referons certainement affaire avec vous!
