I can’t say enough good things about Dany or recommend her services highly enough. Her culinary skills range from comfort food (baking, pastas, meatloaf , pot pies) to all kinds of International dishes- African, Thai, Indian, Mexican etc. Her recommendations for dishes are never wrong so you’re in great hands if she’s planning the menu. She’s passionate about what she does and it comes through in her presentation and her attention to detail. And as if that wasn’t enough....Dany is also just a really great person. If anyone might worry that the personal chef experience could be intimidating, you will quickly see that she makes it a fun and warm experience.

I cannot possibly recommend Dany enough! She is not only phenomenal at what she does but she's an equally great person! She fit right in with our group while we celebrated a birthday. It was so important to us to find the right fit and someone who would feel like part of our crew. She really was!!! We told her what we all liked for food and she had a menu that was customizable. She taught us how to cook our absolute favourite foods. It was a blast. She explained things in such a simple way that we all learned so, so much. It was a genuinely fun experience and the food was off the charts delicious. Such simple ingredients but fresh and so flavourful. I'd be giving more stars if I could! Do yourself a favour and hire her if you're looking for a chef. She will not disappoint!!!

Like many engaged couples over the past year we have spent a lot of time planning, booking, re-planning, and re-booking our wedding. In the end we gave up counting on the future and went with the present, having the perfect covid wedding! Our wedding ended up being in a completely different Province than originally planned, so we had to book all new vendors and therefore cancel much of what we had previously booked, taking the loss on the deposits. I am really happy we decided to work with Dany when we originally planned our wedding (pre-covid), because we did not need to cancel and loose this deposit at all. Dany was understanding, helpful, and super flexible. Although Dany was unable to cater our actual wedding due to the location, are are still able to use the deposit we paid for another celebration. I am so happy we booked with Dany in the first place, she's been amazing with all of the changes I have thrown at her! Dany has offered to work with us with the changes, offering recommendations for alternatives along the way. In the end we didn't have the wedding we thought we would, but it was perfect anyways. Being able to celebrate in other ways while eating Dany's amazing food is just the cherry on top!

Chef Dany not only prepared a delicious three course meal for our family of five, but also provided a private, in-home dining experience that far surpassed my expectations. She made every step of the process easy, from beginning to end, developing some menu options based on our tastes and preferences, as well as modifications to accommodate a dietary sensitivity in our group. She was friendly, easy going, and clearly passionate about cooking. I also really appreciated that she put so much thought into what she used in each dish, relying almost entirely on ingredients purchased from our local farmers markets. We are already looking forward to having her back again!
