Stir fry rice was sticky rice. Seriously. Edit: I have taken away from other restaurants too. But this wasn't the case. Anyway I am here only to give my viewpoint as a customer so you could serve better in near future. At the end it's all upto the owner how you take the feedback as. All the best and good luck. We have been waiting for our frozen Christmas dinner since around 12:15 it is now 2:06 and we still haven’t received our dinner. It should be ready! We ordered it weeks ago, we have stood in the cold waiting for food that we already paid for. If we ever get our food it better be good.

1. Plentiful portions. Picture of 3/4 eaten spread, that was a serving for 20, that's what my truck drivers couldn't finish :) 2. Good price, customer service was spot on, delivery on Saturday was right on time. And the food was great will use them again. Highly recommend them.

What a nightmare picking up prepaid Christmas dinner. Waited 3 hours in cold and snow while name was taken twice with no results. Finally went inside and demanded it. People packed without social distancing in small shop and two of staff weren't wearing masks while closely interacting with customers. Twas a super spreader event.

it was recommended that i try out n back when i didn't want to make a turkey for 2 people. we were very happy with the meal. everything was homemade delicious! great service also! i will be visiting again. thanks!

It's amazing food ! All Home made , I don't agree with PAT because they use thermometers for their meat before serving , I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIANCE , wonderful food wonderful staff . Often when catering functions they go above and beyond what needs to be done :)

We ordered the fresh start breakfast, they gave us so much food for our event. People inside were so helpful, wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again. They really do try and focus on the details, the little things like making sure you have all the condiments for a successful breakfast.

I am really sad to say I am so disappointed in my recent order from Out 'N back catering. I placed an order for my moms 60th birthday party as she has ordered from here in the past and said she loved it. However the food was not tasty and barely anyone ate it.. I am not normally one to leave reviews but I am so upset at how disappointed I am in the food. The cranberry brie bites did not have any brie, and were just jelly in a tart. The bruschetta and flatbreads were also very bland. I will say the veggie tray and spinach dip were fabulous and a great portion but that doesn't make up for the other items. Im sorry, I would not order again.

Pre-ordered 2 Christmas dinners. When I got home, it was packaged as 'family' and so I had to divide everything in order to make 2 dinners, for a neighbour and myself. Whole meal was disappointing, turkey had a metallic off taste, potatoes were instant, stuffing was a ball of bread with no seasonings, broccoli was crisp when bitten into. The cranberry sauce was good as were the carrots! An absolute fail in my experience and total waste of money. Won't be returning.

Stopped in to pick up a weeks worth of food for a friend who had just had a baby, cause what do you get a couple who has everything they need for their newborn?! Excellent selection and the food is delicious.

Went in kind of last minute to book some catering for a Christmas work lunch. The staff was very polite and accommodating. I placed my order, and picked it up the next week, right before the holidays. I ordered a variety of sandwiches and wraps along with the Caesar salad, fruit & veggie tray and dessert platter. Our staff loved it, ate it all up. Thank you for the great food and being able to accommodate with such little notice.

Paid almost 60 dollars for two thanks giving meals which would have been hard pressed to feed two children. Ontop of that had to wait twenty minutes while ths lady who ran the place had a mental break down behind the cash... would not recommend to anyone.....

Food was decent but did not find the staff to be very friendly. I've been twice and both times (different staff) seemed disgruntled by having a customer.

Ordered Christmas ham dinner for one. Very small portions, had to wait 2 hours for meal, along with a large coleslaw salad to go. I waited 45 minutes outside, along with a lot of other people, before someone came out of the restaurant, without a mask on, took our phone numbers and told to wait in the car. 1.5 hours later, my take out was ready. When my husband went in to get our order, our salad was sitting on a shelf, not even refrigerated. We ended up throwing out the salad, and the meal, felt poor food handling, didn't want to take a chance. Never again!!
