Ordered Kosmos for take out. They said it would be ready in 30 mins and it was. I chose the Jalapeño Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Very generous portion size. The chicken was very crispy, one of the best sandwiches I've had in London. It lived up to a $12 price tag. I didn't get side fries and felt satisfied with just the sandwich. The g.f. ordered the plain Crispy Chicken with fries. She enjoyed her sandwich and I stole a couple fries. Fresh cut, done right. I would recommend Kosmos and am excited to return. It's going to be difficult to try something besides the chicken sandwich.

FANTASTIC CHICKEN SANDWICH! Tried their crispy chicken sandwich and what an experience! This sandwich wows you first with its size - a truly satisfying portion size for when you're really craving that good filling chicken sandwich. Then the star of this sandwich: the fried chicken. It. Does. Not. Disappoint. I don't know where they get their chicken from or what they do with it and their breading but it's gorgeous. There's no "airy" gap between the chicken and the breading which means what you see is the actual size of the chicken. (I often get disappointed when there are such airy gaps because I feel tricked, but not here!) Overall a wonderful balance in seasoning with slight bits of spices. I chose not to modify any of the toppings and it was a pleasure every bite. My new favourite chicken sandwich shop in London. I wish they would sell fried chicken on its own because it's so good.

Without a doubt one of the best fried chicken establishements in London. We have ordered a few times now, trying a couple different menu items and we are always pleased. The chicken burgers are absolutely massive, and well seasoned. I really enjoyed the mexi fries as well. We frequently order the chicken strips and fries meal and it's such a large order we easily split it between our two kids. Our last order was two of the jalepeno chicken burgers, and the chicken strips meal with fries. We all ate and shared fries, and still put chicken and half a burger into the fridge for lunch the next day. Well worth the price in my opinion.

Overall, really good. The chicken I ordered was perfectly cooked and their Greek salad was great. If you're eating in don't make the same mistake I made... be sure to tip when buying your food! As a regular client to Kosmos lunch, my fiancé and I moved to the UK and were home this past week to visit family. We were so excited to return for lunch at a staple restaurant for us. Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience (as we had in the past), as my chicken sandwich was way over dressed and the sauce seemed very bland. The bigger issue was my fiancé found a males hair in her salad. We understand mistakes happen, but this turned us completely off and opted to not finish her meal (for obvious reasons). We still love the restaurant, but this experience was a bit of a concern.

Get their food. Plain and simple. Amazing grilled Mac n cheese. Bomb fries! Ultimate comfort food eats. My only thing is I think they need a bigger space or maybe more locations and possibly a larger menu. I would love to see unique flavour twists on some of their sandwiches that involves spices. For instance this grilled cheese would be next level with a fruity hot suace or a chutney. However, the marinara sauce on the side that comes with the sandwich is 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely delicious chicken sandwiches! So juicy and full of flavour! We had the Buffalo Crispy and the Jalapeno Crispy. The taste was great! And the size? Let's just say, don't be planning on wanting anything else to eat for a while - these sandwiches are huge! We also ordered the Classic Grilled Cheese and the Mac & Cheese grilled cheese. The kids were able to eat half and are saving the other half for supper tonight.

I liked Kosmos a lot! I had the Cajun Chicken sandwich with tomatoes and my boyfriend had the chicken wrap. We also had the greek fries as well. Everything was delicious! The Greek fries truly do taste Greek. They use properly good tzatziki and the toppings are all greek salad veggies; absolutely delicious, highly recommended! The Cajun Chicken Sandwich tasted amazing and quite unique…it had bacon jam on it. My boyfriend liked his wrap a lot too!

Pretty good chicken sandwich. The chicken it’s self is ginormous. Like as big as my face ginormous, and very crunchy and crispy. But honestly a little too big? Never thought I would say that but it made eating the sandwich quite difficult, and you def get your money’s worth at $13 for the cheapest. BUT. A normal sized sandwich would be good for cheaper. I got the regular one, I think it was just the chicken crispy it was called, and instead of pickles they put jalapeños on it by accident, so that was unfortunate. The second burger we got was the Buffalo one, wasn’t anything special, but still good The Greek fries are very good, and they get better with every bite, the large is very big and a meal in itself(we shared the large too), so get small if you’re by yourself and getting a sandwich

I heard the hype around this place... and can confirm it was all true! The buttermilk chicken was so juicy, flavourful, and fried to perfection. The hot sauce has such great flavour but isn't that hot... which is great for me since I prefer flavour to HOT. The pickle chips are bomb and so much better than your average deep fried pickle because the ratio of pickle to coating is spot on. Only problem is they need a bigger space - the price of success.

Kosmos extended their hours of operation. Decided to grab some of their signature Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Buffalo Wrap and Greek fries. Food was delicious and not too greasy. Containers which the food came in kept the contents warm and in great shape. Our order pickup was on time. If there was one tweak to the actual chicken is that I wish it would be a bit saltier.

Best sandwich joint in the city bar none. Everything is made in house from the bread to the mayo and tastes amazing! I recommend their french dip sandwich. Everything always tastes fresh and the portions are huge! To top it all off, the prices are incredible! The owner is almost always there and from what I can tell is a fantastic guy. The only thing bad about this place is you wont want to stop eating their food. Oh, and they cater. I can't recommend this establishment enough.

Placed an order for pickup and had a really great overall experience. Timely food prep despite high customer volumes and pleasant staff! Really enjoyed the Cubano sandwich and their crispy chicken version of the Bic Mac! The food was hot, fresh, the portion was generous, and what matters most- it was delicious. Would definitely give these guys a try if you're looking for some good handhelds! (bonus points for sustainable packaging!!)

I'm trying to find the best Caesar salad in London so I tried the large size here, and it was unfortunately not great. A good Caesar usually has shaved parmesan so I wasn't really into the powdered type used in this salad. It was also incredibly salty, without much flavour besides that, if you can count salty as a flavour. They may have better items on the menu, but I'm not inclined to try them after that experience because I feel like a salad should be easy to get right :( Edit - Response to owner comment: if you want a better review, make better food.

Let me preface this by saying they have fantastic food if you can actually get a hold of them. Unfortunately, they are impossible to contact. For weeks, their initial phone line was disconnected. Since getting a new phone, I thought it would become easy to place an order. This was not the case. They fail to answer even after calling several times over the course of two hours. They failed to get back to me after leaving a message as well. Again, excellent food but terrible service. Sincerely disappointed.

Owners are friendly, they care for students, make their food first, some people might be bothered by it. But just tell the owners, they know the students need to be back at 11:30 so they only have 10 minutes to eat. If you are in a hurry tell the owner, they will try to prioritize you. The chicken is amazing, they coated the chicken with whole grain cereals instead of flour. Their home made honey mustard is wonderful.

Tried Kosmo's a few weeks ago because there is so much hype on their Crispy Chicken Sandwiches. Tried the Mac one. Its average. The Chicken is huge, however there was not a lot of flavour to the chicken itself, and the sauce was kind of bland. I think people are excited about it because it is such a big piece of chicken. Now the Pulled Pork Mac Grilled Cheese was delicious. So I would definitely order that again.

I had the absolute best experience working with Kosmos Catering for my son’s 1st Communion. Not only was the process easy, they were super accommodating with all my asks. The food came in piping hot. It was absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend just one item because it was honestly all delicious! The charcuterie board was an absolute show stopper!

A very busy place at lunch hour on a weekday. I do not suggest going if in a rush. Nice little outdoor patio area to enjoy the sun and people watching on Richmond. This used to be a cafe for years. I had the jalapeno breaded chicken sandwich which comes with queso cheese on it. Very messy but good. Nice option of sides, include pickle fries that come coin shaped. Generous servings.

Personally I think this place is overrated. I could make anything they have on their menu at home and it would taste the same, if not better. Ive been there a few times and every time I revisit, I question why I had gone back. I want to try their other restaurant, Dimis but I fear it will be the same. It is too hyped for the quality of cuisine you actually get. I follow both on Instagram and I think what sells it is the pictures of their food. They look delicious but what looks good doesn't always taste the same. Will not be returning and will likely not go out of my way to try Dimis.

I was a huge fan of this place under the old ownership, and I still am, with one reservation. The sandwiches are still huge, and there's great variety. Everything is fresh, but the chicken itself seems a bit more bland, like the chicken isn't being properly seasoned. It's still a good sandwich, just not quite great. But a very easy fix!

Very impressed by their service and professionalism. Ordered a Cuban Panini (Which is AMAZING btw), something happened in the back and they had to start my sandwich from scratch. The owner was extremely apologetic and could tell I was hungry so he offered me a free soup (I don't usually like soup but that Chicken Noodle is something else). Once my panini was done the chef came out to personally apologize and checked on my one more time while I was eating to make sure that everything was good. Very professional and EXTREMELY delicious. These guys care about their customers. Hands down best panini i've ever had in my life.

Any place that can make you crave salad gets an A+ in my book. I keep going back for their cob salad, it's protein packed, full of veggies (not just lettuce like other spots), it's a hearty, fresh and big portion, and the dressing is a dream! Be warned the salad & dressing have a bit of a spicy kick, but that's my favourite part.

I thought the second time trying this would’ve been better, I was wrong. The breading of the chicken was falling off and made the sandwich fall apart also was over cooked. I ordered a Buffalo, tasted like BBQ. Over priced

Ah, the food is so delicious here, the menu items are really creative too. The pickle chips are a classic whenever I go there, I'd recommend adding them to your meal if you're out with a group of people. Kinda wish there was more seating though, it can get pretty packed.

Got recommended by co-worker. Went there for a pick up, food was hot and ready on the counter by the time I arrived. The best tasting crispy chicken burger I ever had. Chicken was juicy and and fresh tasting, a little bit of spice from the sauce, which I absolutely love. Highly recommended, and will definitely be going back with friends.

I came to Kosmos with a few coworkers for the first time for lunch , and had a Cuban panini. I was very impressed at the quality and size, and it was hands down the best sandwich I've had. Kosmos panini's are so good, that I came back later that same day to have it for dinner with my girlfriend; we split a Club and a Crispy Chicken, and they were just as amazing! I tell everybody how good this place is, and I look forward to trying them ALL :)

RAW CHICKEN. We called and left a message asking them to make it right. They refunded the cost... of just the raw sandwich. I guess that's fine. We were kind of hoping they would comp the entire meal or offer something else since they ruined our dinner and all. I guess they just have so much business they don't care if they lose customers. That doesn't sit right with us. We won't order again.
