With no more than 2 business days notice to have lunch for 20, Meghan shined and made me look fantastic! The food was spectacular, the promptness and the professionalism, hands down, one of the best companies I've worked with! I look forward to using Chef's Hat again!

The Chefs Hat was nothing short of perfection. Meghan and her team were truly amazing throughout the entire process and VERY responsive. The food and service was above and beyond and I would 100% recommend them for any catering event in the future. The prices were very reasonable and they even delivered to St Thomas area. There was plenty to go around and many people asked me who catered our party. The Chefs Hat is now my number one choice for catering, and I definitely recommend them for anyone in the surrounding areas of London (since there aren’t many catering options). Outstanding company!

The team showed up on time, and the customer service was excellent. When the bartender at our event was slammed, they stepped in to help when they didn’t have to. Meghan took care of our annual employee Thanksgiving dinner (150+ people) with only three weeks notice and the meal was absolutely fantastic. (Chicken breast, garlic mash potatoes, glazed carrots/corn, two salads, two desserts, sauces, buns etc) The food was hot and flavourful, and servings sizes were generous. Service was impeccable and clean up was done quickly. Best part of all was probably the price - absolutely can't be beat. I would recommend Chef's Hat for any corporate or office catering events w/o hesitation.

We had the Chef's Hat cater a Celebration of Life for us. They were on time as scheduled, they did all the set up, and made for easy pick up of the dishes the next day. They were polite and accommodating, even with a Wedding booked the same day. The food was delicious and our family only had to have the dishes ready for pick up, outside, the next day. Meghan even followed up to ensure everything was what we wanted and that we were happy. I would highly recommend them and will definitely call again if we are ever in need of a caterer in the future. Thank you Chef's Hat for making a difficult day that much easier for us!

Coming from out of town and arranging a team dinner, I had no idea which catering company to use. I called several places and Meghan from The Chef's Hat immediately gave me comfort that they would be able to accomodate what I was looking for and on budget. The service was over and above what I expected. First the food was delicious, generous and arrived on time. My team where very happy. Second, I had some non catering related issues that they tried to help solve. Another employee called me out of the blue and made suggestions on how I could solve my problem. I was so touched that they cared . I will be recommending them to next year's team that will be coming to London. Thank you !!!!!

I called for a party of 90 for my fathers party and was directed to email Megan. I never received a response or catering proposal back after spending time picking from their menu. After calling and emailing three times i decided they didn't want my business. Very disappointed in Megan and the awful customer service.

I just want to say that Meghan the owner operator of chefs hat catering went there and above her duties by helping us through a pandemic wedding she came she was such a trooper in serving everybody by herself my guess pitched in to clean things up but none of this could have been possible without Meghan. On top of everything she did it was an incredible meal and she helped make our wedding complete. A great big thanks from Dave and Cathy Cooke We couldn't have done it without you thank you so much.

Very impressed with the Chef's Hat Catering. We ordered a lunch for approximately 15 people the day before. Meghan was very helpful in suggesting sandwiches and salads; food arrived on time as promised; and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. Excellent sandwiches and delicious salads. We had to make some last-minute major changes to our wedding plans due to COVID, and hired Chef's Hat Catering to feed our guests during cocktail hour at our new venue. Meghan was very responsive and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The servers were attentive, helped to safely serve food and drinks to our guests during COVID, and set aside food for us (bride and groom) to make sure we didn't miss out. Shrimp, potato skins, ravioli, and chocolate-covered strawberries were a big hit. We would highly recommend Chef's Hat Catering for your next event!

We had the Chef's Hat cater our 'Morning after the Wedding' celebration. I was looking for something fresh and light, yet a wide variety of for all ages and tastes. They were outstanding!! I've had at least a dozen guests ask who catered this event as they were so impressed with the quality. Meghan provided me with great suggestions for crowd pleasers and they certainly were. The delivery was prompt and set up was very professional. The quantity was more than we needed but it served for light snacking for the rest of the day. For any future event I have I will certainly call the Chef's Hat- in my opinion the best catering service for a light and fresh approach!!

We had our annual Christmas lunch at work yesterday. We had lunch for 28 people catered from The Chefs Hat Catering Company. Everything was excellent!!! Turkey was fork tender; potatoes, carrots, dressing and gravy were piping hot; cranberry sauce, rolls with whipped butter and salad were yummy. We also had an assortment of festive desserts that were delicious. I had many compliments on the delicious meal. There was lots of food and everything tasted so great. Our food arrived on time and hot. Also they were easy and pleasant to deal with. Hats off to Megan, great job. Spectrum Communications
