Here are two other years that I kill and that 2 other butchers we released at least 60 books (without sausages) for equivalent deer. Note that there was no shooting loss. I wonder where are the 17 pounds of missing meat ????. (Original) A NE PAS ALLER POUR GIBIER. Il y a 3 ans j’ai été la-bas pour faire débiter mon chevreuil. Résultat. 43livres de viandes (avec des saucisses)! Voila deux autres années que je tue et que 2 autres boucher on sorti au minimum 60livres (sans saucisses) pour des chevreuils équivalents. A noter qu’il n’y avait pas de perte lié au tir. Je me demande ou sont les 17livres de viandes manquantes ????.
