I tried to go here for lunch on my birthday but was completely ignored by the hostess at the front door. We got out of there with a 120$ bill for 10oz ribs, a poutine, hamburger and poke bowl style plate. Long time favourite of mine. I find Bâton Rouge restaurants food quality can vary from restaurant to restaurant but the Boisbriand one is very good. Ribs, steaks and chicken Santa Fe are great. I have been to this Bâton Rouge several times and it is probably my favourite BR restaurant so far. It’s been consistent every time and the food portions and dishes are always very good. Something you should expect from this restaurant. The most recent visit was the week of restaurants reopening and it was simply delicious. I didn’t feel rushed like in other Bâton Rouge establishments where they practically kick you out. I want to let the team know that Camille who was working Friday June 26, is possibly the nicest waitress I’ve had in a long time. I’m very keen on good service and she really does a good job with a non-rehearsed smile. Merci! Thanks!

Let me start by saying Baton Rouge is my favourite restaurant. I live 5 minutes away from the one in Boisbriand and yesterday, I did not have a good experience there. I will not be going back. First of all, about two weeks ago, I called to take reservations and the girl told me they didn’t take any. (No problem) we went there with four adults and two kids(1 year old and 3 years old). The girl tells me there is about a 30 minutes wait. I tell the others and we were like not bad, it usually goes faster when they say 30 minutes. I’m also pregnant and I wanted ribs so the group accepted to wait because of me. 35 minutes passes and not our turn. I go ask the girl if it is almost our turn and she tells me she could not say. She said ABOUT 30 minutes so that can be 45 minutes to an hour since she has reservations. I tell her but why didn’t you tell me that from the start, it would have been good to know. To me, that’s not what about 30 minutes means. About 45 minutes to an hour, I would have never waited. We waited another 10 minutes and got so frustrated that we ended up leaving and went elsewhere. So disappointed with the service. No apology from her for saying the wrong wait time. Oh yeah and on top of that, we had to wait outside near the door and it was not warm that day. If you are hungry and told to wait, just go elsewhere. It will be a lot less frustrating.

I worked a long time in catering, and when a customer makes the effort to call to reserve, 10 to 15 minutes before his arrival, we keep a side table, we prepare it, and when people arrive we don't keep them waiting. I restrained myself from not explaining this point to him, but getting me to answer stupidly about idiocy of the kind, that pisses me off. This charming lady should learn her trade and not answer nonsense. Very bad manager at the reception ... There is not only the money and the profitability in a restaurant. Hospitality is also very important. Especially since the table where we were seated was empty for 15 minutes ..... (Original) excellent restaurant, rapport qualite prix incroyable. Je me suis retenue de ne pas lui expliquer ce point, mais me faire repondre betement des idioties du genre, ca me pompe. Cette charmante dame devrait apprendre son metier et ne pas repondre des idioties. Tres mauvaise gerante a l acceuil... Ya pas que le fric et la rentabilité dans un restaurant. L acceuil est aussi tres important. Surtout que la table ou on nous a assis etait vide depuis 15mn.....

César avec peu de vinaigrette, du redemander un à coter de vinaigrette. poulet assez sec et trop cuit. Point positif, Nous étions sur la belle terrasse.
