Great food, great deli. Today we arived at just before Noon and were seated quickly and with a smile. I orderd a cappachino and my wife, a Chai Tea. All was well right though our dinner, I had Schnitzel and Donna had the soup of the day special. Our respective meals were great, well prepared and well seasoned. The Schnitzel was fried perfectly and the sautéed mushroms and and garlic veggies where impressive. I grew up with German dishes and this food didn’t disappoint.

The restaurant side is a little on the small side, but meals are always fantastic there. Deli staff is always very helpful as well! I was looking for something very specific just before last Christmas. The line was through the entire shop, but the staff member was still able to help me find exactly what I needed, in the middle of the crowded store.

Ive dealt with them on different occasion for lunch, their deli and they made us some great deer pepperettes. These guys are great! Weve had them cater our wedding on the weekend and have only been compliments for theire great service and quality of food. We dealt with martin the whole way through and he was very proffesional. Dont hesitate when thinking about hiring this crew of amazing people. Will be definetly using them in the futur and will be recommending them to evreryone. Jeremy and Mishka La Salle.

Love this place. They have a great selection of food that is not easily found in a grocery store. High quality meats, prepared gourmet foods and lots of preserves, chocolates or freshly made cakes and sweets. This is a gem downtown Pembroke that I make sure to visit every time I am in town.

Fantastic deli with specialty foods, particularly German. Attached restaurant has a lovely lunch menu and cafe. The whole place is very beautiful and european feeling. Fantastic service and always a surprise goodie to be found.... A great stop for locals and visitors!

Disappointing! Waited with two small children for what was supposed to be a healthier choice option of lunch on the go for nearly an hour! It cost me $20 for a simple lettuce salad topped with a pre cooked piece of chicken and a hard grilled cheese sandwich and cold fries. I watched customers finish their meal and another family come in, sit down, order and receive their meal and still waited another 10 minutes before receiving mine. I think I’ll stick to Wendy’s next time.

We hired Ullrich's to cater a 90th birthday party in Renfrew. The service leading up to placing the order was amazing; Marin quickly answered all of our questions and helped us to customize our order. The order was delivered at the exact specified time and everything was neatly presented and ready to serve. The food from Ullrich's was amazing. We ordered a mix of wraps and sandwiches, some veggie and cheese trays and the potato salad. Everything tasted fresh; even after travelling from Pembroke, nothing was soggy or squished! I would highly recommend Ullrich's if you need to cater a party!

Obsessed with the food. Wait staff is amazing always friendly and consistent. My boyfriend always chooses this as his first lunch suggestion and it's usually my first pick as well. Wish it was bigger so more people could enjoy it at the same time however this doesn't change any opinions or the amazing food quality. ❤️

Excellent place for lunch, small menu but they give you huge portions and the price is fantastic for what you get. I've never been disappointed with the service. The deli attached to the restaurant is full of treats, and they have some of the best beef jerky I've ever had. A must visit in Pembroke.

This is the best place to go for top quality locally produced meat. Hands down. Additionally they are a full service bistro and coffee shop. A family run top quality, top service shop. Support local, without sacrificing quality. I will go WAY out of my way to shop here. Parking can be a challenge at times is the only negative I can say.

I wasn't impressed, staff have been rude to my family on a previous visit. I went in to look for some items to bring to a dinner party. I couldn't look at anything for people standing in line, dirty looks from customers who look you up and down in that judgemental way you are not good enough to shop there. Just angry people everywhere, I went onto another town. I found just as good items along the way at Metro.

Wasn’t too impressed with the attitude we received this morning. We waited in line for around 20 minutes and then got accused of skipping said line, which why would we do that we’ve BEEN waiting?? My friend asked what was in the broccoli salad and the lady working the counter spoke to her as if she was incompetent. Just making sure there wasn’t any bacon hun, our bad. Anyway, tried to speak to the woman at the cash about it and she couldn’t be bothered. Hopefully the staff can take a deep breath the next time there’s a rush. I can still tell a dirty face regardless of a mask, and so can other people.

Ulrichs has the best of everything.We buy the baked beans as a side for dinners and potlucks.You are wise to order ahead before you pick up as they are popular.You cannot go wrong with their steaks .A bit pricey but so worth it .Also a great place for lunch .

This Ullrich person really figured it out. Beautifully presented quality products are stacked and shelved and surrounding you as you tour the aisles looking for a reason not to just buy one of everything but you just can't find it. You leave with bags heavier than you can comfortably carry but you enjoy the deep burn. At home an oily, sizzling pan eagerly waits for you to slide in the latest choice cut of fresh meat, fish or poultry available with a range of savory seasonings. Before you know it you turn to a life of crime to support the unfathomable, abyssal depth of your addiction to the delicious delicacies this delicatessen delivers daily. The crime? I ate the evidence and chased it with one of the various luxurious teas found by the front door on your right as you come in. Thanks for coming to my show.

Absolutely delicious! We had Ullrich's cater our wedding this September and it turned out beautifully! We had the turkey dinner buffet for our fall themed wedding complete with different types of pies and carrot nut cake for dessert. We heard nothing but wonderful compliments from all our guests. My new husband had to take two plates for dinner as everything was soo good! Martin was very helpful through the planning process as well. He answered all of my questions promptly. Thank you for making our wedding dinner everything we hoped for!

Normally I love going to Ullrichs, the food is always delicious and typically wonderful customer service. Was quite disappointed in my experience today however; I waited in line to get some deli salads for roughly twenty minutes and by the time I was served I was accused of skipping the line. I made sure everyone ahead of me was served before asking for anything. I understand it was busy and I probably went unnoticed for the time I spent waiting, but I've been to Ullrichs numerous times and I am aware how the line through the store works, and had no intention of cutting in front of anybody. Did not appreciate the rudeness and eye rolls I received from the employee serving me, and was further disappointed when I tried to apologize for the confusion to another employee and was once again accused of skipping the line. I ended up leaving with a lot less than I intended to buy and feeling very unwelcome. Two stars just for the high quality food, but I'm a little hesitant to return to Ullrichs in the future and potentially be met with more hostility.
