This is Pembroke's hidden gem! It is a bit hard to find, being located in a commercial space. We found the quality to vary day-to-day a bit between good and *truly exceptional* (exceeding what you would expect for twice the price in a large city). Excellent value, good variety, and comfortable ambiance.

First time visitor. Four of us met at The Kitchen Eatery for Monday lunch. Food was made fresh to order. Daily soup was Cream of Cauliflower. Excellent!! Greek salad and Garden Salads were fresh and delicious. Chicken salad on fresh brown bread, was delicious. Prices reflect the work put into preparing each order. Homemade muffins were very good. Service was punctual, though not overly friendly.

The best Reuben, Smoked Meat and Beef Dip sandwiches in town and they taste like they do in Montreal. Really great gem. There are few great food spots around here; instead of The Kitchen being a "filler" of one of these spots, they blow it out of the park with their Montreal & NY-quality sandwiches & soup!

I've always loved anything I ordered but tonight I ordered 2 Hercules and the staff didn't know got to make it, they openly talked about it in front of us. There was barely any meat. We were very disappointed. Dec 14th, 2018

We used the Kitchen Eatery to obtain a dessert platter for a holiday lunch we were having for staff at the hospital. The dessert platter was disappointing; the quantity of dessert for the price was insufficient, and it was obvious that the items were far from fresh … the butter tarts were squashed and the cookies and squares were hard. I will not use this bakery again for our staff parties nor could I recommend that others use this establishment. I trust things will improve for 2020.

This place is truly my guilty pleasure! Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious! Fresh homemade tasting food! The kitchen club and pickle grill are absolutely divine! Soups are to die for and taste fresh out of G'ma's kitchen! Prices are totally reasonable for what you get. I have never left here without being 100% satisfied with a pleasantly full belly. This place rates 11/10 in my books!!

I love their food. Had it a few time when they catered and it was so tasty. It was my first visit to the eatery side and I got the Jalapeño popper sandwich. It was a generous portion and it was so good. I will definitely go back and try different sandwiches.
