You won’t be disappointed! A group of five of us walked in for take out after being recommended this place to stop at on our way to the Ottawa airport. Great customer service and they had our orders ready quickly. Amazing selection of burgers, sandwiches and poutine. And the fries were crunchy and delicious.

Do yourself a favour and get the steak and stout pie or the tavern pie. Donuts are excellent when they have them. Best grilled cheese sandwichs ever in lots of variaties.

We recently had catering done for a small family event of 5 people as we hosted a virtual baby shower. I gave a budget and boy did they deliver! The food provided was fantastic - taquitos, empanadas, kettle chips and all of the delicious dips too! The portions were very generous. Will definitely be ordering again any other time we need catering!

Today I continue on my journey to find some good food in the pembroke/ petawawa area. Unfortunately, I wasn't completely happy with what I ordered. Mozzarella burger, the mozzarella pattie was breaded, deep fried and larger that my burger pattie. Pulled pork poutine- Didn't have a trace of flavor. The taste of the gravy was like southern biscuits with white gravy sauce, not a barbecue sauce of kick. Overall I expect a lot more and was disappointed.

Hot damn this place is the hidden gem of Petawawa. The Goldburger, oh man, and the FRIES! I have dreams about these fries! BEAUTIFUL, HAUNTING DREAMS!

I ordered a gluten free bun and informed them of my allergy and yet still added ingredients with wheat . After the second time making it, the sandwich had very little chicken and the sandwich was subpar. My boyfriend sandwich (not gluten free) bun was very stale. Little amount of Meat. My boyfriend is far from picky and he couldn’t eat his sandwich. I spend $30 which is pretty upsetting considering I’m from out of town and had to go to another restaurant to go eat.

Today was a treat , ordered 3 poutine at $40-45.00 with tip well lets just say went from your store to Petawawa Point area and our food was cold ( fries and gravy) it looked totally gross that 3 meals went right into garbage after 4 bits each . Lets say I will never order from there again and I will totally tell people about our outing .

Hidden gem - what a great spot. Frozen premade meals, gourmet coffees and sauces. But the sandwiches and burgers are very impressive. I will be back next business trip!

EDIT: Came back to my own review to tell you to buy their steak and stout pie. Oh my GOD it was delicious. We even had it in the freezer for a few weeks, so I was nervous it might not taste very good anymore/be freezer burnt. But it was actually perfect. 12/10 could not recommend more. Also their hot sauces are delicious. I can’t review their restaurant service because I didn’t get to it before Covid19, but my husband raved about it. So when I saw their Soupscription option on their website I figured I’d try it out. Full disclosure, I freakin love soup. I chose 4 soups for 4 weeks, the price was amazing. I’m working from home so I now have easy and tasty lunches (which I sometimes pair with Wilkies bread). Honestly, could not be happier with my decision. I’m waiting for a homemade hot sauce to come in too.

I've been meaning to review for a while. Overpriced and small servings. Went in to buy a meal and had to eat again to get full. Decided I'd give it another shot and went in again. For some reason a child was washing floors haphazardly with an adult sized mop, swung it around and hit me in the head quite hard. Owner saw this happen and didn't apologize or address it with me. Have not returned, do not recommend.

Super friendly when you go in, food is freshly prepared and its really good. Portion sizes are good value, the large poutine could actually feed a small village. They also have prepared frozen items in their freezers for purchase, items like chili, pot pies, lasagna, mac n cheese and many more. Have not tried yet, but I will be as they all looked really. They have a crazy selection of their own hot sauces that looked interesting. Dont worry they can hit that sweet tooth for you too, with their fresh baking, I had a purple donut today and it was BOMB! Check this place out if you're in or around Petawawa you will not be disappointed.

Location is right off the BLVD with tons of parking. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love all the local products they have and all home made products. I had their Sarah's heart stopper and it was delicious. Medium was a good size for one person. Definitely will be back and highly recommend them ????????

By far the best and healthiest eatery in petawawa , pembroke area. I always order my jerk chicken and it always top notch. All the staff are so welcoming and make your day.. I moved to the area recently and was looking for a place to hang up my hat as I like to eat out a few times a month. When I arrived to this store I noticed first off how clean it was and the their standard of cleanliness was very high. The food compliments how clean this establishment is and the value for the quality of food is absolutely amazing. I ordered a breakfast burrito and the burrito was stacked with chunks of bacon eggs and potatoes just the way I like it. The service was amazing too with friendly smiles and the people in the store were very friendly. On my way out I also noticed they support local products from the Ottawa Valley, sponsor a hockey team and mentor co-op students from schools. This is such a refreshing and positive environment that I will be bringing my entire family here for years to come. Thank you J&E's Borded N' Saucy Staff!

Christmas dinner was amazing! They went above and beyond to facilitate us and even made gluten-free stuffing for a member who has celiac disease. Although they were swamped this year the food was absolutely delicious. The only thing that would have been nice is if the ham was nicely sliced rather than in large chunks but still delicious all the same. I 100% recommend and will definitely be ordering again soon. Thank you for the delicious home cooked food.

My god, my boyfriend and I love this place. One of the few places in the area you can get something that isn't ridiculously processed (why are there so many fast food joints?). We love everything we get. The staff is also always lovely and answers my questions regarding my food intolerance's.

The wife and I have been focusing on local for our gift giving this year, we put together 2 great gifts of all local products! BBQ Sauce, Honey, Coffee you name it! We also picked up supper while shoping, the "Sarahs" poutine comes with chicken. I mean fresh chicken breast, sliced and home made breading. I think the poutine-topper-chicken was better than some sit down restaurants chicken plates! The gravy was a chicken base gravy, while not traditional it was delicious! Oh and they do not short hand you with the cheese either! My wife loved the quesedilla and her classic poutine. Our only complaint was thier side on the quesedilla is supposed to be a salsa, thier version had no tomato while it tastes good the quesedilla missed that zest. Still worth 5 stars in our books; we'll be back for more soon!

Before even knowing this place existed, I meet the owner at a wedding of a mutual friend. Very down to earth, exciting and full of adventure. Fast forward 2-3 weeks later and I walk in to this place and she’s working there, find out she owns it. As for the food, the menu has a great variety. Ranging from wings, burgers, wraps and others. Now for the reason I keep going back.....(Besides the great tasting food and staff) the Home made Hot Sauces!! Between her and her husband, they make some of the best sauces I have tasted. After talking about hot sauces I have made, we had a great conversation about what I should try. Even gave me some peppers to try. To lazy to cook? You can check out the frozen take home meals. Great for those nights you don’t want to cook. Up for a date night?.... I highly recommend one of their cooking classes.

Everything they have is amazing and all super reasonably priced. Burgers, wings, homemade sauces, deserts, and all of the frozen take away meals are also delicious! The staff is always kind and friendly would highly recommend giving their food a try for take out or catering.

I had my first experience ever eating from here on Wednesday, I had the quesadilla and a small fry, and I was incredibly impressed! I had no idea what to expect walking into the restaurant, but the lady at the cash explained the menu to me, and she was very nice, 10/10 would go again ???? and also would recommend to all of my friends!
