On be half on myself and families we like to thank Ida's Kitchen, Richmond, Ont. for the fantastic delicious meal they prepared for birthday dinner. The Chef Robert and the server Riz was just pleasant people. Everything was on time as planned and the cleanest was up to my standard. They left my kitchen the way it was. The food was "Mmmmmm" I highly recommend this catering company if you looking for private catering. Ida thank you for working with my budget and help me with the menu. Ida is an amazing caterer to work with. She catered our lunches for a 5 day work retreat. The food was delicious, the menu was varied, and the quality was great. There were a lot of different dietary restrictions and she was able to accommodate all of those. The Moroccan chicken was my favourite dish.

Poor time management. Rude. Impatient. Hard to get a hold of. One of the phone lines doesn't work as her coworker couldn't hear me and rudely hung up thinking I was a telemarketer.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Ida and her team for how they executed the catering for our backyard wedding on June 22. Everything from the initial menu planning discussions, to the setup and delivery was flawless. When we originally started figuring things out, I had requested that the meal be a focal part of our event and she knocked it out of the park. We had a delicious Mexican buffet which our guests were raving about (and still are 1.5 weeks later). You know the food is good when guests are asking for the recipes to certain dishes. Amazing food, courteous staff, and excellent clean-up after dinner. Don't cheap out on catering an event because you get what you pay for. Ida's talent and years of experience made our wedding what we hoped it would be. Anyone who is looking for a positive catering experience, should be contacting Ida's Kitchen and no one else. I was fortunate to hire Ida's Kitchen to cater my daughter's wedding in August 2017. From start to finish, Ida was professional at all times. She responded promptly to emails and phone calls and gave excellent advice throughout. Her well trained staff ensured that the evening was a great success by the manner in which they preformed their tasks. The meal was excellent too. I would definitely hire Ida's Kitchen again and highly recommend her organization for catering events.

I used Ida's Kitchen for an event for my son and I will be using her every time I need a caterer!! The food was beyond fantastic!! We have a lot of picky eaters who went up for seconds and thirds!! So delicious!! She was very reasonably priced and we got much more than we expected for the cost. Although we arrived later than scheduled, the staff she had for us ensured we made up the lost time by working very diligently for us. Overall exceptional experience.

Ida's mini entrees were the hit of our 50th birthday party. All the guests truly enjoyed the variety of the appetizers and the the tastes of each were unique and flavorful. This was my first time using a catering company. Ida was responsible for making and delivering the food but also arranged for a professional Chef (Thank You Anthony) and a qualified waitress to prepare the food in unique ways as well as distribute the food among my guests. We were all impressed with the level of preparation as well as the guidance given by Ida to the Chef and the waitress on how to prepare the food prior to serving. Ida's food is worth every penny. I was so grateful that we had a little left over to taste the next day. Thank You Ida! Stay tuned for my next party extravaganza!

While some of the food was reasonably tasty, Ida herself was extremely rude and does not know how to speak with paying customers. Extremely disappointed and never again!
