Just incredible! The perfect meal for our no fuss bbq get together. The steak and lobster blew everyone away. Exceeded all expectations. The staff knew exactly what they were doing. They came, set up, served, cleaned and left. I was able to be a guest at my own event!

Try teaching your staff how to drive on public roads specially with that big name of your on it. Almost got hit by my truck near finch and steels when your guy jumped in front of me on his right turn( his red signal). No sense of responsibility shown with a company truck.

We hire Fire It Up BBQ for all of our dealership events -- company BBQs, annual softball tournaments, etc. We hired them for two separate days a couple of weeks ago for an Employee Appreciation lunch at both of our dealerships in Woodbridge and Thornhill, and the food was as amazing as ever. Lots of different and delicious meat options, as well as vegetarian options. Never disappoints. Plus the staff take care of everything and are friendly. Thank you for always making our events a hit!

We had Fire it Up cater our wedding on September 11th and I want to thank Peter and his team for making our event so wonderful. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection, we had steak and lobster. The team was so kind, friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to make our day beautiful. We used Fire it Up BBQ to cater our wedding this past weekend and I feel like 5 stars simply isn't enough! Since we booked them in May, they have been outstanding! From communicating quickly to figuring out alternatives when our venue would not allow their BBQ, Carissa and her team made it work for us. We customized a menu and all our guests couldn't say enough about how delicious the food was! The servers were friendly and polite and knew exactly what they were doing when setting up. We had lots of leftovers after the wedding and our families were quick to take them home the following day because the food was so great! I would 10/10 recommend anyone to hire Fire It Up BBQ to anyone who is looking to feed their guests tasty BBQ food on a reasonable budget! Thanks team! We appreciated you all so much! Peter and his crew showed up perfectly on time and with ease prepared the BBQ for our Unique Party Favors staff which everyone loved. These guys catered at my house for 80 people. They lit a bbq and served food all day. Steak and chicken was amazing. They were very efficient in setting up serving and taking down. Staff was beyond friendly. Will use again if I have that big of a jam

The staff at Fire it Up are fantastic. They took care of everything for my daughter’s outdoor Bridal shower event. They were so accommodating with the changes that needed to be made due to COVID restrictions. We ordered the Jerk chicken combo for the guests and the chicken was so juicy and flavourful! I have never received so many positive feedback from my family and friends as well. Highly recommend them if you want a reliable company for your event’s food needs.

We got married last weekend and had a backyard/tent reception which Fire It Up catered for us. We have been talking with Carissa since 2019 now (thanks COVID!) about our big day and she was always such a pleasure to work with, answering all our questions quickly and in great detail. Price was super reasonable and we liked that our guests didn't have to commit to just "one thing" and could try a bit of it everything! Everyone was blown away by how awesome the food was! Ribs, chicken, pulled pork... we were happy and so were our guests! Many comments on how sweet and fresh the corn was - all the pies for dessert were delicious! Set up was easy and professional, their staff did a bunch of clearing of plates for us, they set up a great coffee and tea station with a bunch of tasty teas (how did you guys know I love vanilla rooibos?!) and the best part was that anything our guests didn't eat was packed up for us and put away so we could enjoy the leftovers later (and send some home with our families, too.) I think my uncle said it all when he walked by the head table on his way to the serving line, looked down at what he was about to be eating and said "OH, YEAH!!!" Would absolutely recommend Fire It Up for any event, big or small, and I am craving more of their yummy food right now!!!

I wanted BBQ food that was delicious and at a reasonable price for my wedding. The food was amazing and the price was great. My husband and I enjoyed are meal and so did all of our guests. Only heard positive things about the food from people who where at the wedding. I was impressed with how well prepared they came to cater the event and all the food was prepared in a timely fashion in order to keep up with the schedule. In particular the appetizers where better then we had imagined. We had about 85 guests and no one had to wait for there food to be ready and it was all served warmed. I also had a great communications with the staff who where friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better group of people to serve the food. I found when looking for caterer that it was hard to communicate with the staff prior to the event, this was not the case here. I got same day response and all phone calls where answered immediately. Would for sure recommend.
