Me and my husband have been coming for years and the food is always amazing. Good portion size and decent prices, you will never leave hungry ! On our most recent visit we had OUTSTANDING SERVICE from our server Kristy ! Even though it was the end of the night she was energetic, funny and very personable. She truly made our night and one of the best dining experiences we’ve had at The Olive Garden. Thank you Kristy! We will be asking for your section next time we are in !

This was the second time at this location. First time my son and his friend took me there for my birthday. We never received bread sticks at all, my son's steak was not cooked, the gal that was with us had the waitress drop the whole cheese grader in her pasta and she still served it to her. Also only table nothing was done for a birthday. We decided to go back again and give I another try for my son's birthday and he asked for a steak well done and these photos are what he got! Blood all over the plate. Then they expected him to eat the pasta that was full of steak blood too. Yet again we couldn't have a meal there as it had to be redone and I was on medical call. The table behind us also sent 2 steaks back right after us and the table in front of us sent a steak back too. Don't think we will be back or recommend this place to anyone. Such an awful experience

Great family restaurant with great ambiance. There can be a long wait depending on the time of the day but food was good and flavourful. The soups and salads come with unlimited refills for most entrees. They have different specials for weekdays and weekends. The menu is a bit on the pricey side but worth it and filling.

The salad was the tastiest of what we ordered. You can't make advanced reso's and when you arrive you can expect to wait up to 30 mins or more for a table of 2. You have to wait outside in the cold or in your car.( covid rules) Wait staff excellent, washrooms and kitchen, dining area clean,, food on the other hand average. Heads up four cheese marinara tastes like Ragu. Price point is family oriented.

OMG, the food is so so good, if you ever go to Langley, must go there to try. You can create your own pastas, or like us order Italian feast or Italian tour with different combinations. Each main course come with soup or salad at your choice, and you also got free refill for your soup or salad! I just loved this place, defiantly come back again!

The food was like in the US however I took a piece of tiramisu cake to go and they gave me a tiny corner portion. They are not cheap as well. I asked to speak to the manager - and she didn’t like that I comment on that. She went to the kitchen and brought me the same piece but in a smaller box. I hope she is reading this comment so she will know she didn’t fool me.

Awesome experience. We drove from Kelowna just to come here. Slid passed an hour wait, to get served right away at the bar. Staff was great, food was better and I had to roll out of there after because I ate too much. 10/10 would recommend.

Love coming here but noticed lots of new servers and employees likely due to Covid. Came at 11 am and their toilette was clogged already washroom not cleaned. Had a hard time asking for refills waitresses were all new and not experienced. Feel like cleaniness and prep work are not up to par. Menus were stained. Food always good just wish better servers and cleaner environment.

Food and service from waiters/waitresses is excellent but my review is for the hostessses/hosts. They told us to come an hour to an hour and a half before our desired dining time for a party of 7. We arrived an hour and a half before to give extra and then were told they couldn't get us in until 4 hours later. Either allow reservations or tell callers the correct information. We were trying to treat fire evacuees to a nice dinner and are really disappointed.

Food and service was amazing here. We went there with our kids and were seated right away. After looking at the menu we ordered all our food and drinks. Everything came to us on time and tasted delicious. Their pasta tasted fresh and all the ingredients tasted fresh in the food. Would recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Very nice services... although they are very busy but still taking time to make sure your order is right. Foods are very good quality. I like the breadsticks (like it even better cause is free) the chicken parmigiana I cant finish it and take home. Eat it 3 days later still taste very fresh and crispy. Did I mention this is the only Olive Garden in B.C.

The wait was long, so make sure you called ahead of time to make reservations. Staffs are friendly. They will text you when your table is ready. They said an hour and half wait but we actually waited for 55 minutes. Somehow feel disappointed at the bread, we loved the bread here, but this time doesn't taste the same like it used to, just not fresh. Everything else was good.

The service was good. An improvement that you are able to go on a wait list from their website before you go. I have waited hours previously!! The menu choices have decreased and prices have risen. The food was fast in getting there, hot and tasted good. I love the fresh salad and soup choices. $14.99 for salad/ soup and breadsticks is too much though. After all, how much can someone actually eat ????

I have never been disappointed when eating with my Family at The Olive Garden. Their food is AMAAAAZING. Their servers are friendly and attentive, even when it's extremely busy! They are consistent in what they serve and their food taste fresh.

Frustrating!!! I have tried to make a reservation twice. They did not accept reservations. 1st come 1st serve. I drove twice from Vancouver and couldn't eat there because the wait list was full. I went early 7pm ish. 2021 and the restaurant does not have an online booking system. What time do I need to come to be able to get a table? 2pm to have dinner at 7pm?

We typically don't eat here during non covid as it's always so busy and loud inside. We decided to try it as they're offering car side pickup due to covid closure and we love to support local businesses during these challenging times. The online order process and car side pickup was perfect and I was so surprised to see a) how perfectly the food was packaged and the condition of was in, b) how large the portions were for take out (other places gives you half the size than if you were dining in), and c) how delicious everything was. Very pleasantly surprised and happy with our dinner tonight. Thank you Olive Garden!

Just left there. First time here for dinner and was blown away at the fact that there is almost zero gluten options for celiacs, so I walked away with no dinner. A small side salad? GF rotini, or seafood that I don't eat. Thats terrible! How about a caesar salad with chicken and no crutons? GF salad options like cobb? GF burger? You don't even sell burgers. Point is, I walked away with no dinner. First time thats ever happened to me and I will not visit the olive garden again. Celiacs beware....look at the menu before going! With all the dietary restrictions out there today, shame on you Olive Garden!!

I never leave this place feeling hungry. The breadsticks sticks and soups usually fill me up before I even get to the main. The mains were good as well but but the chicken carbonara had a ton of olive oil pooled on the bottom of the dish and was super rich. Service at this location is always on point and I've never had a negative experience with it. Lastly, it's first come first serve so if you come during the weekend for dinner during the evening make sure you come at least 1.5 hours ahead of time to get your name down.

My first time there and I absolutely enjoyed the food. You can't reserve tables, so you might have an hour to wait depending on timing. Some folks can get the alert device, and maybe go across the parking lot to the nearby stores and pass time shopping while waiting.

Waiting an hour then could not get into restaurant as my daughter with us did not have her ID due to a lost wallet on our trip. She had her vaccination card and copies of her ID on her phone, but they still sent us and the 3 year old away hungry from a long trip. We waited an hour just to be sent away. The wrong people are being targeted!!!! Even WestJet let us on the plane with the ID my daughter did have; took a bit but we got home to BC.

Excellent food! Decor is dated and starting to show its age. As this is the only Olive Garden in BC, they seem to have a captive market! Wait staff are awesome! The Host staff and Front Manager, not so much. Thus the 4 stars. NO RESERVATIONS! On Fridays and Saturdays the lineups can be crazy! One Saturday, we attended and were told that there was a 3 hour wait. We decided to go to the Olive Garden in Bellingham. With the NEXUS passes, we were back in Canada in just over 3 hrs (pre-COVID) Yeah, we like Olive Garden that much! LOL!

Really good experience this time! Their setup is very amenable to dining in a subtle COVID safe environment, very good atmosphere. The food seemed more interesting ... less bland. The serving size was more normal ... I ate the whole thing. I had the new stuffed shells w/o meat and it was delicious. I was also offered take-away portions of special order items for $7 each which was great. I miss the wine samples. The serving size was much smaller but price was higher.

Managers generally cover inefficiencies of their team members. But at this place manager himself is most inefficient person of their team. We had an argument over their protocol of checking vaccine passports and photo IDs. My wife didn't bring her driving licence(her bad) but offered to show them picture of her driver's licence stored in her phone so they can match her identity. But they kept arguing to bring physical card. During all this time they let other guests check-in all presented picture Ids but no one was asked to remove mask to check if photo on ID matches face of the person presenting ID. Basically you can bring Vaccine Passport QR code of your dad and picture ID of your mom and they can let you dine in. I understand its too much extra work for businesses to check QR codes and IDs but if they are following govt. guidelines they should follow properly not just pretend. Mr. Manager make sure your team knows what is the purpose of checking photo ID. If your check-in staff do not ask client to remove mask to show their face so they can match face with photo on ID, they have failed the whole idea of checking photo ID.

This Olive Garden is a busy place, especially on Sundays. This Restaurant has a "To Go" desk inside the entrance and prime take-away parking, beside the front doors. Always a great restaurant, and when I wrote my original review, 2 years ago, I didn't realize this was the only Olive Garden, in the Lower Mainland. Edmonton has 2, Calgary has 1, Bellingham has 1. It's a disgrace for a restaurant to turn away customers. I showed them my vaccination passport and my ID. They refused to let me in because I didn't have a physical ID on me. Their website doesn't mention anything about a physical ID being required. The management should be ashamed of their policy. There is no BC government rule that says a soft copy is an unacceptable form of identification. Get your act together Olive Garden!

I used to go here very often. However i visited here after 2 yrs. Well as you know the reason. Anyway. They are well planned. And now you can join waiting list from online. So you dont need to wait outside with hungry kids. But their waiting time is Too aggressive. Think 10 min short than what they say. It was on saturday. And their potion of main dishes are smaller. But decent amount than others. Everything else are same.

Great place to have a meal with family or friends! Love the atmosphere and the service! Keep it up. Their food is quite good. However, the baked chicken with shrimp spaghetti was a little disappointing...sort of hard, dry and tasted weird. Hopefully they can look into that matter. Other than that, everything was great! :)

Been here a few times, never had an issue until yesterday. The hostess at the front turned away both the people before us and us because one person didn't have a hard copy of their government ID, but a picture/scan of it. Not a single restaurant I have been to since the vaccine became a thing has had this weird stipulation. We all had our vaccine passports and even the hard copies of our vaccine cards, but the one person who didn't bring hers had just passed her N test and was stuck with the paper ICBC gives you without her photo on it. Do they want her to bring her passport to be able to dine here? Apparently Olive Garden has stricter requirements than the government now. The food isn't nearly good enough to require the hassle, won't be returning.

Jesse is a fantastic server and really allowed a great meal to happen. Chicken gnocchi soup was amazing, the breadsticks are endless the pasta dishes were large enough for leftovers and the tiramisu to top it all off was *chefs kiss* Thanks Jesse for being great, and thanks to olive garden for giving us a happy and full belly.

Went as a friend raved about it. The food was OK. Nothing special I prefer the ol' spaghetti factory. Cute setting. Pretty over priced for the taste value. Breadsticks were my least favorite. Average soups you can find anywhere else, salad was pretty good. Their fettuccine dish was the one great thing their had. I def recommend that. Otherwise, just a typical restaurant. Over hyped. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. 5 stars on service. Portions are decent. Cool if you check it out, but if you decide not to, you aren't missing out on much ????????‍♀️ It was very clean, and had proper sanitation stations, staff wore masks, proper distancing when seating guests. We'll trained staff.

Can't go wrong with Olive Garden food and service. Portions are great and flavours are excellent. I always like highlighting the cleanliness of restaurants especially during the pandemic. Social distancing was met, our table AND our seat were sanitized well - not a lot of places will actually disinfect seats.

Doesn't deserve 1 star but it allows me to have my say. Arrived on Friday 6PM and 6 were seated in 15 mins. Great table - waitress pleasant. I ordered minestrone soup, the sampler plate (cheese ravioli, chicken Parmigiano, and spagetti with meat sauce) and a bellini. The plate which I was handed was scalding hot.... this I believe is because the meal was placed on it frozen and it was killed in a microwave. That's what it looked and tasted like. The soup was hot, approx a cup volumn, consisting of veg broth, fresh crushed tomatoes, macaroni, red kidney beans, and spinach. Hot nutritious but not much there. Ravioli was large but it was very hard pasta, stuffed with what I think was mozzarella. No taste, impossible to chew. Chicken was a macerated disc (like a big mcnugget) and burnt. The spagetti was left over from the lunch trade, crunchy, dry and hard. Everything was covered with what they called marinara, but in fact it had the consistancy and taste of tomatoe paste, right out of the can. The cost was $25.00 For the plate... bellini which was approx 5/6 Oz, $9.00. Stay home and have a grilled cheese sandwich....this was so disappointing on many levels. The only thing that was somewhat good was the bread sticks but they didn't have cheese or spice on them, they were covered in salt (?) What happened to Olive Garden? Can't blame this on covid. I do not recommend going here and I personally will never go there again.

I would definitely recommend going for a lunch rather than dinner. Simply because you're likely to wait a loonngggg time unless you make a reservation. The breadsticks, salad and delicious entrees are totally worth it either way though!

I have been able to get a seat with a minimum wait, there are excellent safety protocols in place, great hygiene practices, food always comes out quickly and tastes delicious! We had a very poor experience at this location, compared to many other dining experiences at US locations. An old lady was very impolite when she was serving salad and soup to us. Her attitude made us feel very uncomfortable. Our main server also feel like he was ignoring us that we waited very long to get our order taken. More than that, when we told our server that one of the meals was too salty, the only response we got was "okay...". Then, he simply just walked away. Overall, It was a frustrating experience. Hopefully they will improve their service in the future.

This place never fails at exceeding all expectations, but this time in particular we are very appreciative. Karman is so welcoming and a pleasure to have as a waitress. Service has really declined these days and we thank her for reminding us great waitresses are our there. And I have to point out the humour in tagging Olive Garden on IG for having the best Alfredo dip around and them responding saying “ Facts 100%” so good ! Keep going Olive Garden.

We feel really safe when going here since they have taken covid pretty seriously. We haven't had any long waits recently. The food is decent. Not amazing Italian food, ,just decent. However the fettuccini alfredo is one of best I've ever had!!! We also love the all you can eat salad, soup, and bread sticks that come with any entrée you order. Also free refills on non alcoholic beverages. Their brownie lasagna for dessert is absolutely decadent!! The average price for an entrée is around $18-$24. Also they have different specials every month. The last one was you could take an entrée home for $7. With each entrée you ordered in the restaurant. You leave here feeling satisfied!

The place is great for those wanting to enjoy Italian dishes in a homey and friendly environment. The food tastes great and is prepared well and came in a timely manner. There are a variety of food and the price is reasonable. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is comfy and makes you feel like you are in a dining room with a touch of Italy. The only thing I would change is that the bread sticks (love those and the soups and salads!) sometimes have too much seasoning. There could be an option where we could choose not have seasoning on our bread sticks, like how the server asks if we want cheese added on our food when the food came. Another thing is that the menu on the web isn't the same as in the restaurant. We saw on the website that there are lunch-sized favourites, but when we went in to order those they are only available on the Weekday and in the early afternoon. We were a bit disappointed and I think there could be better labelling on the website. Also, they gave us plastic straws and bags, which is okay but how about considering more sustainable options like recycled paper? Other than that, I would recommend coming here and tasting for yourself.

We purposely drove the long way around to the ferries so we could stop here !! Sure wish we had one on the island !! Incredibly busy, well staffed and speedy service! We waited for 45 mins for a table but we're able to shop nearby at winners and we were notified when our table was ready. Food was excellent and there was gluten free options at a reasonable price.

We went here on New Years Eve for dinner. We went online to book a table and it took about 20 minutes before we got a table in the bar area. It was a bit drafty because the table was close to the door but happy we got a seat. The sangria was yummy and we enjoyed that. Our entrees were okay, just warm and not very hot. Food was a bit bland. We loved the fresh donut and chocolate or raspberry sauce. It was the best tasting item all night. It was freshly made and perfect. We felt a bit rushed as the bill came after dessert was served and waitress said no rush but ten min later she came with the machine for us to pay.

The washrooms here are the worst I've ever seen and I've traveled in 3rd world countries. It's unhygienic, that I would worry about catching something here. Both the washroom and the restaurant carry a unpleasant smell. The smell stuck to my clothing, that I had to change clothes and wash my hair when I got home. On the positive side the food tasted great and they're very generous with the bread sticks and salad. The service at the front was lacking but our server was so polite, fast, and accommodating. Would I come here again? Probably not. Am I happy I went? I'm glad I got to try it, to say the most!

The food was very good and it was very fast service!! and our server was very nice, but the downside is that i called right when they opened and asked to make a reservation and they said that they aren’t doing them, so i got there around 5:50 and asked for my name to be put down and the hostess was not that enthusiastic and kinda rude and she said it would be an hour and 30 mins wait, we left to go to some things and then came back around 7:25 and she said it was still going to be another 35 mins, they need to have an option for reservation because they close at 9 and we ordered our food at 8 giving us only and hour to eat.

I first time went to olive garden in US and loved the experience there so i went to this branch hoping to have the same experience. It was awful. A complete waste of my money. We were in the neighborhood so we decided on having a late dinner at Olive Garden. Even though it was late, there was still a large line up. We waited 40 minutes to be seated. As we walked in, I saw many empty tables that could have been cleaned and used. We ordered a calamari appie, two pastas and a kids mac and cheese with fries and spaghetti. The calamari came promptly but for the price, we paid and how much was served was not good. There was mostly batter and very little meat. I asked the server to take it back. She was happy to do so. The service was slow and the food was not bad. Not sure why we didnt get offered a wine sample as we heard other servers offer to their tables.

I was not impressed at all by the customer service . Went to celebrate birthday of my niece and was totally disappointed. I had very good experience at Olive garden in Winnipeg and experience at your restaurant was totally disgusting. We were 8 people in total and when we arrived at the restaurant was told that they didn't have a table for that many people. When we asked them to pack they did but half of the stuff was left behind and we received a call when we were near home. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone

i called and ordered the pint of Alfredo sauce, and once we have arrived back home we had realized that we got charged for the pint (as we wanted) but got given the small appetizer size. After we called and explain what happened they told us to come back and get the right size. As we did, than i was told i am getting a great deal because i was only charged for a large and not a pint AFTER i asked for a few more chocolates as i had had to waste my time and gas to fix an error that was not mine. As you can clearly see in my bank statement and the receipt that they gave me i was charged for what i wanted in the first place. I really think you should have a chat with Bridget about how she talks to your customers because that comments was VERY unnecessary

The lasagna reminded me of my college days, when I used to buy frozen microwave lasagna, good times, terrible food. The chicken parmesan was the driest piece of chicken I've ever had, and the pasta was only saved by the incredible amount of cream and cheese. People in italy would be livid to find out that this is passed as The Tour of Italy. lol over all I had fun, but this is TV dinner quality.

I called Olive Garden to reserve a table. The lady who answered the phone put my name on the waitlist without asking my phone number. We drove an hour to the restaurant, and the receptionist told me my name is not on the list and we have to wait for an hour. I told her the exact conversation I had with the lady on the phone, and she said that doesn't make sense, we never put anybody's name on the list without asking the phone number. She was treated me like I was lying which made me so disappointed. I brought my cellphone from the car and showed her the time I called and the call duration. Meanwhile, the manager came and said when you called the wait time was 2 hours and you have to wait for one more hour! But we already knew that the wait time for everybody who just arrived was an hour!!!

We came here for our sons birthday. We usually come here on occasions like these. This time around the food was good as usual, however, the service was a bit slow. Plates were not being cleared on time, which makes sitting in front of dirty plates a bit off-putting. Large restaurant with a large drink and food menu. Soup or salad included with meal, along with breadsticks. If you want soup and salad first, it’s 8 dollars extra (use to be free) very busy restaurant with over 40 minute waits - call ahead to check. Loud restaurant. My pasta was 25 dollars for fairly simple pasta. I use to love this place but it looks like everything went up in price while the quality went down. They offer zucchini noodles as a pasta option now.

I haven't been to an Olive Garden in 10+ years so didn't know what to expect. The pasta was sticky, flavourless, and comparable to a microwave dinner. The bagged house salad was so soaked in dressing I only ate 2 bites. The soup (clearly not homemade) was edible. The bread sticks were warm but very plain. I actually really don't know what all the fuss is about. It's not very good food.

A very different dining experience from the US versions. The drinks were made with very, very sweet mixes and not a fresh juice in sight for anything inspired at the bar. One rum cocktail and a lime margarita were both really bad. Our server was affable and pleasant but obviously just trained out of his bussing duties to become a server...it was obvious. You need to have some measure of confidence when describing food and beverage. " I don't know " is never a good option. The kitchen has no control of how to make a steak...first it was too rare...then when remade it was too well done.....and we're pretty easy if its close. The food.... well let's just say....underwhelming as that seems to be the theme. This restaurant i dare say would never pass muster downtown.... not because people are more discerning but because even small hole in the wall dives give better service, attention and food quality than this very corporate establishment. Too bad because we really get a kick out of the US versions.

As long as you don’t expect Italian fine dining you’ll like this place. It’s bustling, family oriented, has a warm atmosphere and bountifuls of food. The quality of food is good and flavourful. It’s slightly on the salty side for me but many restaurants are. The endless soup or salad is a plus. There were almost too many choices on the menu and made it hard to pick just one main. There is even a zucchini noodle dish for those on Keto or like diets which is great. The dishes weren’t plated with finesse but the food did the job and satisfied the stomach.

The food was average, not really close to the hype that this place has. All kinds of soup are good and mozeralla sticks are great. Pasta however, is not so good. I have had pasta from other Italian kitchens and I really feel this place can do better when it comes to Pasta. The only reason why I give a one star because the food was not half bad. However from start to finish this place service is trash. Our service showed attitude when we were ordering as she had no patience. Food took forever to come out and she gave us the worst seats right next to the cashier next to the door. Absolutely disgusting service, the server was throwing dishes to the table, so happen to be family member’s birthday and told her we wanted a cake with a candle. The waitress forgot about the cake then we waited and waited after confronting her that we need a cake and then she comes with this tiny half sized cupcake literally that small and then she has one candle that over powers in size on this incredibly enormous cake but at the end, she doesn’t have a lighter. Wow… speechless. Anyhow we settled the bill, she came back with the most fake smile ever. We still left her average tip. I think you guys need some better waitresses.

I’m honestly extremely disappointed. Olive Garden is my favourite restaurant. I did a to go order a month ago and it was a mess. I got an email saying car side was still in effect. When I arrived I called and asked them if I come in or does a host come out with our order. She said they haven’t done car side in months and I need to go in. She barely made eye contact with me and was very curt. I’m really not sure why. They normally go through the items with me and she did not snd one of them happened to be incorrect. Now we are waiting for a table. We were quoted an 1.45 minutes and we left for a bit just to kill some time. We were quoted that at 515. We called just to see if there was an updated timeline. We were very polite about it and the lady told us we were quoted 1.45 and we’ve only been waiting 1.15, so we need fo wait, we knew we had to wait we just wanted to see if something became available. I found this lady extremely rude and curt. I don’t know if this location had a change in management or what, but it’s not running as smooth as it used to. The staff used to be so kind and happy. I understand navigating covid isn’t easy, but that’s why we are very patient and kind when we ask questions. I These last few experiences haven’t been great, but I’m torn because I really love the food.

We love the olive garden. It is one of my favorite places to go to! A couple weeks ago though we went in for dinner on a weeknight. The 2 woman ahead of us were told the wait time was 5 minutes. We were right behind them and we were also a group of 2.. the wait time for us 30 minutes. I am not sure if the previously people were friends with the door greeter or something, But I was very put off by it!

I am always at Olive Garden at least two minutes before opening to ensure I can be seated right away, sometimes even earlier. I enjoy the chicken gnocchi and breadsticks immensely. I also like how parmesan cheese is shredded among the food and the portions are generous. When I order the salad, it's crispy and fresh, with a. generous portion of tomatoes, onion, croutons, and with black olives and jalapeños. There is a huge drink selection for those who chose to drink alcohol, along with impressive entree and dessert options as well. One of my favourite places to dine. My wife and I love this place. We'd come out to Langly just for it. HOWEVER, there is zero wifi. So if you're expecting to pass the wait time with YouTube or Netflix (maybe for the children?), make sure to load up on downloaded items before arriving. It could just use a wifi AP of some kind, and maybe a Dyson air blade in the bathroom

Was my first time here! I got a gift certificate this passed Christmas. The atmosphere was really nice! Aside from the huge line up of people waiting to get a seat. I wish their online service worked to actually book a time slot reservation, it just allows you to check in and get your name in line. It's all good! We sat at the bar, it was immediate sit down and eat. The menus are fantastic, the hostess and bartender were lovely! I'm going to guess you get your breadsticks/soup/salad endless when you order an entree? The food was flavorful, good sized portions. The drink is a blackberry pineapple margarita, and the food I ordered was a 3 cheese tortellini with chicken. Was delicious. Will be going back!

First off we went on line first before leaving home to get on the wait list. We waited 30 more minutes when we arrived which is not bad considering how popular the Olive Gardens is. Food was very good, however our salad arrived followed almost immediately with our entres. Had requested the steak medium rare but was rare. Not a biggie and the steak was good. We are repeat customers so will chaulk it off as Covid-19 fallout. We have been here many times and not had these types of issues before.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in at least 10 years. Went in on Boxing Day with my daughter for an early dinner. It was quite busy, with lots of families, but our server Brit was absolutely amazing. My daughter has quite a few allergies so eating out can be a problem. Brit made sure that my daughter was able to have something she could enjoy and even double checked with the kitchen to make sure there were no ingredients in it that my daughter might be allergic to. Dinner was yummy and filling, will definitely be coming back.

Very disappointed! My family and I always dine at the Olive Garden in Langley - we have been customers here for years! Yesterday, we were turned away from dining here after waiting for over 1 hour. The management did not allow us to dine there because our daughter did not have a PHYSICAL piece of ID along with her covid vaccination passport. Funny thing is that we had dined there 2 weeks prior and they had accepted this form of ID. All of us are double vaccinated and my husband and I carry physical pieces of ID but our daughter keeps her ID as a photo on her phone. We dine at many restaurants and this has always been accepted. We own restaurants and know all of the COVID protocols and practice strict safety precautions with our guests. After seeing both vaccination passports and IDs (physical or image on phone), we should have been allowed in as we provided all of the proper requirements. Further to this, I went even further to show other physical ID cards with our daughter's name on them. The manager was not even empathetic to that or the fact that our daughter was with her parents and we provided all of the right proof of vaccinations and ID cards. We have referred many family and friends to dine at this location but will now will let them know not to go there any longer. Further to this, there is no mention anywhere on the Olive Garden Langley's website about showing ANY proof of ID along with vaccination proof as well as stating "physical" IDs are required. If they're going to following this strict policy then they should put that on their website. Obviously, they don't as they had allowed us with this form a couple of weeks ago. This is sheer arrogance on their part just because they seem to think they're too busy and don't care about their guests - this is a very bad sign for them as they will start losing their guest count. Very sad!

Very good experience, it was worth it to drove almost one hour to reached there. The Restuarant was full, we preferred to sit in the boot. So the servant brought us a glass of Red and white complimentary wine to taste I ended up to order 9oz of the white wine which was very good with my food. Service was 5 stars. Food was amazing. The salad is free refill which is awesome with very main course you order. I will definitely go back and advise you guys go and try a real taste of Italy in Langley. It is worth it.

Went in for lunch today with my son! To say that it was a great experience would be a huge understatement! Our food was quick, hot and tasted amazing. We ordered the stuffed Zita fritta, the chicken and gnocchi soup, fettuccine Alfredo and a kids meal. Everything tasted just phenomenal and was played very neatly and clean! Our server was Aden and he was exactly what I expect in a server. He was attentive but not pushy or so attentive that it gets annoying. He can't by at all the crucial moments and his service was wonderful. Staff all seemed personable and friendly yet professional. Thank you olive Garden for an unforgettable experience! Food here is so good that there is typically quite a wait to get a table, but so worth the wait! They now offer an online option to put your name on the wait list, which has definitely reduced table wait time once arriving at the restaurant. Plan ahead to get a table here!! Food and service are GREAT once you get a seat, but the wait for a table is crazy!! Loved the all you can eat soup, eggplant pasta dish was great but the salmon had little french fries for substitute of asparagus. They should have 2x more fries but overall I'd go again as the last time was about 25 years ago at a different location. Clean inside and roomy atmosphere like an Italian villa. Well Im going to be honest here. My server Spencer was amazing and very friendly he is a great server. But when it came to the food and presentation the food I ordered was not cook and still raw and cold. Not only that but my daughters food came out on a dirty plate which I was not happy about. I also was severed items in dirty dishes which after all this I was not happy to eat here. I did bring this to the managers attention so it could be handled properly. Which it was and I'm glad that they did. But all in all just not the best place i have eaten at. I have been to lower class Restaurants and I never had Issues like this Like i have here. We ordered to go service for a birthday party and somehow the order was punched in incorrectly. I picked up and paid for the order without double checking it and brought it home in Surrey. Well I probably should have checked it because it was wrong. I contacted them immediately and spoke to the manager Dustin he told me not to worry and to come back and he would make things right. When I arrived the food was ready and he also compensated us with some dessert and a gift card. Unbelievable customer service and great food!!! Thanks for making it right!

Made a reservation online where it said there would be a 30-50 minutes wait. We arrived 40 minutes later and the hostess said we would have to wait another 40 minutes. When asking why, she responded with a very confusing answer of "we didn't merge you yet and now we're backed up." Wanted to say your server "Ashley K" at the Langley store is awesome. She treated my wife and I very well and I have to say she went above and beyond. I had to leave for a work emergency shortly after we were seated. I was gone for about 40 min or so. In that time, Ashley took very good care of my wife. Upon return we carried on with our meal. My wife did not enjoy her chicken carbonara and elected not to finish it and Ashley quickly stepped in to offer a different meal and credited back the initial one. I realize this is her job but in the end her positive and energetic personality made us enjoy our visit even more. She was excellent in every way!!! Thank you!

The treatment is awful. The staff is all amateurs. I live 50Km away from the restaurant. I made sure i call twice to inquire about the procedures, the waiting list, etc. I drove there with my wife one night for dinner. When we showed them the vaccination passports, and the IDs, they asked my wife for a physical ID because they did not consider a soft copy on her phone to be acceptable. When I asked why hasn't anyone told us about the "physical" ID restriction when we called twice, they said they were sorry that they forgot! Forgot! Really unacceptable. By the way, there is no rule on the BC government website that says there must be a physical ID. All restaurants accept a soft copy of the ID. Never going back to this place again.

Stopped in after a later appointment as my daughter and I were starving. I ordered the chicken Margarita and my daughter the gluten free pasta with spinach added. I have to say my meal was microwaved chicken with unseasoned over steamed broccoli. It was terrible!! I could not even eat it and brought it home to feed to the dog. It tasted and looked like a microwaved frozen dinner. The price was not cheap at $24.99. I did mention to the server and later the manager it was terrible and floating in water from both the chicken and boiled broccoli. Her only suggestion was the offer a replacement meal but we just wanted to get out of there and go home. Have to say the quality of food has deteriorated greatly since my last visit 2 yrs ago.

Enjoyed a really great meal here both times I have visited. I was particularly impressed with the service on my last visit. Fantastic staff - paid attention to the details and were really great with my shy youngest child (got down to her level and spoke gently to her - I was so impressed!). Food was delicious. First time visiting an olive garden and it didn't disappoint. I can definitely understand why people come here. The unlimited breadsticks are yummy but the chicken alfredo is mouth watering and delicious. The portions are great as you mostly fill up on salads or soup and breadsticks but who cares. Prices are a bit higher than expected but understandable because of the amount of food you don't pay for. Also their mocktails are awesome.. especially the raspberry lemonade and bellini peach iced tea. The chicken gnocchi cream soup is to die for. YUM ????. The service is great as well. Everyone is super friendly and outgoing.

They should work on their waiting process . We called in advance to inquire about wait times . We were told about 1.5 hour but when we went wait was 2 hours . We waited and double checked about the time again after 1.5 hour we were told 1 more hour which was in total of 2 hours 45 minutes. Ironically when we went inside that we’d wait in lobby now instead of car they were taking reservations and telling a wait for an hour .. I didn’t get how it works but if anyone wants to go there then wait in lobby instead of waiting in car . Food was good and our server was nice too ! Salmon and zucchini pasta. This place is quite good, they give you unlimited salad and bread sticks as a starter. Nice place with ample parking. Service was a bit stretched, I had to go in search of my own cutlery after the waitress dropped the plates without.

Fantasic. Haven't been in a number of years. It is fairly pricey but you deffinately get what you pay for. We all had a pasta and were all very pleased with our orders. Staff are all friendly and knowledgable. Shout out to our waiter Raj! Professional, helpful and extremely pleasent and patient with us. Next time everyone is in town we will be heading to Olive Garden for sure!

I don't care if it's "authentic" Italian food. The food here is amazing and the service is terrific. Some menu items are pricey, but there are tons of terrific and filling options for 11-15 dollars. My spicy calabrian chicken sandwich was excellent and only $12, coming with soup. And you can't beat those free breadsticks. I also had a drink with cotton candy on it.

I would rate it highly but we have tried to go there 3 times and the wait was going to be almost 2 hours... so we left...they don't take reservations...what a joke...Old Spaghetti Factory in Walnut Grove was just as good....and Mr. Mike's was fantastic..and the third time we couldn't get in we went to Montana's, it was pretty good. Oh, and i found the Olive Garden salad recipe online and it was great!! Sure would be nice if they took reservations though...

I have tried Olive Garden in US and their branch in Langley is up to same standards. Good ambience, good food and good service. The place is clean, food tastes very good and the staff was polite. Big fan of their chicken and gnocchi soup that also unlimited.

Can't go wrong with endless breadsticks, soup 'n salad. Last I went was pre covid and their menu has diminished significantly. Wait times are much longer and prices have gone up. Service and food quality is still just the same, super memorable and such a delight to treat the family to a nice dinner. Would come again, and would like to see them offer the mushroom ravioli again, that used to be one of my go-to favs for Olive Garden. ☺

Wish there was another Olive Garden close to home because it was the best experience we had. The food is great! The staff is great! Plenty of parking. By the time we got out... there was a huge line up for people waiting to get to their table. From our experience... endless of everything: soup, salad and drinks! Mamma mia! C'mon where you going to get that. Our waitress was very friendly wish I would have taken her name and put it here but I'm pretty sure all of them are great. She was very attentive to our needs. We didn't even have to call her to refill our drinks. Not the first and last time to come here. Keep up the good job guys! ????

I have been going for years and have always had a great experience I tend to get my favorite dish, Chicken Scampi, and it has changed and not in a good way. It has been greasy lately and there used to be more of a light creamy/wine sauce and basically no sauce. My big complaint is there needs to be more Olive Gardens built as I am tired of coming from Surrey and told there is a 1 to 2 hour wait.

There is almost always a wait and for good reason. We came on a Friday afternoon, only had to wait about 10 minutes. Lunch portions are enough to fill you up. But really we know we all here for the soup salad and breadsticks.

This place has a super long wait time (2 hours at 9pm). It seems to caused by them underpaying their staff and not being able to hire. No lineup outside, and told they’re not taking waitlist. We walked into Pasta Polo, which is 5 min away, and had way tastier food with no wait. There’s much better food locally.

To be honest, he was one of the most attentive servers we have had in a very long time. Reducing from 5 starts to 1 star.. Food quality has gone down a lot, some of letus in salad was bitter, that's ok, but there were letus stumps in it, which cause kidney stone.. bread was half cooked and damp inside.. server was least interested to serve. Didn't come to us for 20-25 min after giving first starters. We just waited in middle of food.. may be the current manager is not able to take command.. every time, had to give a call to serve as if he was deliberately ignoring us.. another thing about server was he was too policing.. don't want to name him, but servers should get training on not doing racism.. time is changing now and soon this restaurant will be in big trouble, if they don't change.. Properly following COVID protocol.. responsible crowd.. Also, if the business model not sustainable then they must change it.. no harm in increasing price to maintain service.. but lower service not acceptable..

He took really good care of me and my friends. Really glad to see the customer service by the team. Highly recommend place. Not the place for people with allergies! There are only 4 options on the "gluten free menu," all of which have dairy. The only thing I could order without accommodations was plain pasta with meat sauce. The gluten free pasta tastes like rubber, I've been gluten free for years and never tasted pasta that felt and tasted so bad. The saving grace was our wonderful waitress, who did everything in her power to fix the mistake. But by the time my second dish was brought out (the first dish tasted undercooked, on top of the bad taste) most of my table was finished eating. The second bowl tasted equally undercooked and rubbery. So overall, great service, but don't go here if you have a gluten or dairy allergy. UPDATE: the management team responded to this review, but took a veeeeeery long time responding to the email I sent. They wanted a receipt from that night, which I didn't have because I didn't pay for the meal. But we were a large party that could have easily been looked up in the system. They never responded. I've worked in the food industry, and it's obvious that this team took a "we don't need your service" approach to my situation rather than trying to resolve it.

Prepare to wait 1.5 - 2hrs if coming here on a weekend. We showed up at 6 thinking we could beat the dinner rush, and we were wrong big time. It's a really nice place though and I can see how it's very popular with families. The unlimited salad/soup was a big attraction as well I think, and the breadsticks, while a tad salty were addicting. The main entrees are actually the weaker point. The price was actually high for what you get, but I think it's why they give you unlimited salad/soup

Food is good and service is great. Great place to eat if you like pasta, especially any of the cream/alfredo based ones. Only issue is that the wait time is long. I recommend you call the restuarant to put your name down. They won't let you know when a table is ready since they only give an estimated wait time. You have to wait until that time arrives before asking for a table.

I used to love coming here all the time but throughout the years this place has gotten more and more costly. Recently they've made it so you can only get endless amount of salad if you purchase an appetizer per person... I'm not much for appetizers here... I like the main dishes and it's a little absurd I can't enjoy the endless salad unless me and everyone in my group purchases an appetizer. This is not how it was before. If this got reverted back to the way it was then this place would definitely get at least 4 stars in my book. Apart from that, the food is decent. Favorite dish is the Chicken and shrimp carbonata (I get it with grilled chicken), Fetticuni Alfredo with steamed veggies or just broccoli. Favorite drinks are the peach bellini and the green apple sangria.

After 1h45 of waiting I had a very disappointing dinner yesterday. I ordered my favorite dish ,Tour of Italy, but i didn't enjoy it at all this time. First i got it cold and the chiken was rubbery and hard to cut and chew. Also, I couldn't eat the pasta!! it was rubbery too, only half cooked. The price sky rocketed during the pendamic, $25.79 for a dish.. It's very disappointing Olive Garden. The 2 stars for the amazing waitress.

Went in last weekend for the zucchini noodles and they were awesome. Paige our waitress was one of the best waitresses we’ve had. She said she was new but you wouldn’t have known that. We never had a empty drink or waited for anything. Super friendly! A very disgusting experience! Checked and asked for atleast 2 rounds of cutlery, until The manager was polite enough and brought fresh ones which were only slightly better. Almost every single fork spoon n knife had visible stains of food and many had remains of solid food particles stuck on them. It was totally gross and disgusting to imagine Me and most seated there eating from a cutlery which has millions of germs from rotten food and saliva. Truly gross n yuck! The restaurant smelt good, food looked delicious and I ordered a lot for me n my family. But when the food arrived, I couldn’t take away the disgusting feeling from my head and couldn’t enjoy even a couple of mouths. Packed the food out though having no heart to waste it. Then the seating, if you get a chance to visit the place you will easily notice how dirty and stained the seatings are. Especially the orange cushion area is heavily stained in black and grey streaks all over. And the decorations/wall hanging/fake plants they have inside all are dusty. Food was decent enough. Except for the cleanliness of the cutlery and the surroundings, everything else was ok. If u have a loose eye to stuck rotten food remains on the plates n cutlery I’m sure you will enjoy this place. Check out the few pics I have added. Not sure if you can clearly spot the remains, however, it was quite bad in person.

With some of the best pasta created makes this restaurant one of those top rated classic spots enjoyed by the entire family, with all traditional meals available will keep me and my family retuning for years to come. Any out of town visit is usually complete with bringing them to Langley for a wonderful meal which never seems to disappoint. Thank you and will return again
