Whoever was working around 7:30pm on 12/23/2019 should lose their jobs. I ordered two bowls online. Both came with very little food. 1 came without the meat and lettuce both of which I ordered and paid for. I wonder if they just throw a dart at a dartboard to fulfill their online orders.

Food was extremely disappointing today. The sour cream was liquidy and thin, the rice was hard, and some of the chicken was mushy. I left half my food which never happens. I love chipotle. But this visit will deter me from going to this location again.

I ordered a burrito through the Chipotle App and everything inside the burrito was correct, but the way in which the burrito was wrapped was horrible-- the insides were spilling out and it was not closed properly at all. I feel like I was given a large soft taco.

ordered for take out and food tasted like chipotle however i paid 14.99 for a lifestyle salad bowl and it was half way filled. they barely put any leafy greens which is the main component of a salad. also there was only 5-6 pieces of protein. you’re better ordering a burrito bowl and customizing that. also they did not package it well, as the bag came ripped dripping sauce all over the place.

Comparable to Mucho Burrito on 200 except here, they don't seem to mind when you ask for extra salsa. They don't seem to offer as much before veggie options as Mucho though. Overall I still prefer Mucho Burrito slightly over Chipotle. The bowls seem bigger over there.

I love Chipotle, mostly because it can be a healthy and delicious fast-food option, and you get quite a lot of food for around $10. The staff is always friendly, but sometimes it'll take a tad bit too long to be served. For example my burrito has been made and ready to be paid for, and there won't be anyone at the cash register (even though they could have clearly anticipated that there would be people needing to pay). It just seems like we're being ignored. It's happened 2 or 3 times now, which is why I mention it. A few other cons are they've been out of ingredients on 3 or 4 occasions. How do you run out of Guac or Sour Cream?! If i'm going out of my way to come to the restaurant and you don't have these items, at least offer me a coupon for next time. Not just say sorry and send me out the door. I still go to the restaurant, because of the reasons I outlined at the beginning, but I can see the quality in Chipotle diminishing.

Chipotle makes very good burritos/burrito bowls for the price. The portion sizes are generous and the food tastes relatively fresh. You have to pay extra for guac which is a bummer but otherwise the other "add-ons" at other burrito places such as cheese and sour cream are included. The barbacoa beef burrito is my personal favourite dish but they also have vegeterian options that are tasty if you don't eat meat.

I've been coming here every week for the past few months and for the first while they rarely ever had the vinaigrette which I always ask for. I complained once and since then they've always had lots of it, AND they hooked me up with 2 2for1 coupons and a complimentary salad. So props to them, they made up for it and improved! The staff is normally helpful with things that run out (today they ran out of fajita veg and said it would be read in a few minutes and when it was done they brought over a bowl full) Its always been a good experience.

Ordered a half Barbacoa, half chicken bowl last night and some chips. The meat portions were very slim, the rice was all in clums (like sushi rice), the chips were wayyy too salty and something just didn’t taste right. I ate half of it only and a few chips. My stomach is extremely upset to say the least! And still is today. For sure not worth it.

I’m a bigggg fan of Chipotle in US and after moving in here, I saw Chipotle and I was thanking soooo much for these chains even in Canada. I went to this place and staffs are so friendly and I felt back home as if I’m still in the US.. the quality was so well maintained and no compromise on the qty too… I totally recommend this place. BAD. Steaks are undercooked and guac is old. It's very hard to find a metered parking nearby regardless of the time, so if you are not lucky you need to park your car in the big parking garage or park 5 blocks away and walk from there. But basically almost every store/restaurant on this street is like that in regards to parking. So I used to order from phone and have someone come with me and just pick it up while I drive around the block. I did this more than 5 times and only once they got my order correct. One time I walked in to get a bowl togo like an hour before they close. While waiting for the cashier I walked towards the soda machine to throw away some garbage in my pocket. Yea there was the slippery warning sign in front of the machine but it was more like flooded. Took a couple steps towards it, slipped and fell right away. There were 3+ employees and no one cared to ask me if I am okay. One person finally did after I got up and paid for my bowl. So... I walked back to my car with one of my toes bleeding and never went back to this chipotle. Couldn't give 1 star because I love Chipotle... The manager (Christian?) was very nice and friendly.

Says they open at 10:45am but they weren't ready til 11am. Made us stand out in the rain for a bit before letting us wait inside. Customers continued to walk in and they just looked at them, didn't even say anything. Finally got my food, wasn't compensated for waiting 15 min for them to be ready, and the rice is hard, way undercooked and meat is cold like it just came out of the fridge. I normally don't have issues with this place other than portions sometimes, but quality of food is not good if you're one of the firsts there. Customer service is lacking. Employees didn't seem friendly with each other.

I ordered a veggie bowl. They were out of sour cream which is understandable but they do not inform you when you start your order they tell you if you ask for it. Annoying part being they are still serving sour cream right beside on the online counter. When I asked so the person there was like sorry that’s only for online orders. I mean it doesn’t make sense as we are still paying same amount and you serve your online customer and not the person walking in. Disgusting.

"Underwhelmed" is a good word for how I feel after ordering take out from this Chipotle restaurant. Ordered online... all good. Got there at the appointed time. It isn't easy to see where you're supposed to pick up. Staff looked harried and a bit disorganised. But the big disappointment was the food itself. It was cool, over-salted and pretty tasteless. Better than any other branches i have tried near my habitat. Moreover, unlike other branches, this one seems to have decent quality control in place - consistent taste & serving size (with free extras) for my takeout orders. Street parking may be a bit problematic. For takeout, however, a brief (and nonconventional) parking near the store always worked for me. Online order seems steadily available here even when it is temporarily unavailable at almost all the other local branches. Making in-store takeout order for each family member is a nontrivial task for me.

Great place to get a quick bite or delivery. Well kept establishment with diligent staff members and an environment that feels way better than fast food. Only complaint would be the consistency of the food quality. 90% of the time it’s really good, but due to the nature of having food sitting out it can get a bit dry and potentially mixed with other nearby containers of food. Some of the staff are very quick, sometimes too quick, and the aforementioned food mixing occurs. Not that’s it’s a big deal as it’s all cooked but if you have have allergens or other dietary restrictions, I’d hold off from going here.

I ordered veg burrito bowl which was supposed to be ready at 9:00 but it was late by 10 minutes, which I don’t mind at all. But the way it was made.. was such a big disappointment. I ordered for extra veggies but there were none. Everything I ordered as extra was not there at all. On top of that there was soo much of water in bowl and food was half of the quantity. When I arrived to pick my food it was not ready. After waiting for 5 minutes I asked the cashier for the order. I waited for a minute and she literally threw the bag at me. Not sure what I did wrong. I wanted to point out her behavior but then may be she was having a bad day, so I just picked up my order and left. Chipotle is one of the best restaurants in US. But I would never recommend this particular location. You will ruin your chipotle experience.

Great food and good service. I have just one issue that I need to point out: They have the lettuce located at the end of the prep line. They use a tong or spoon to pick up and place the rice, beans, vege, meat and salsa in your bowl or burrito then they use their gloved hands to put on the cheese and the lettuce. If you're a vegan, like myself, you don't want them using the same gloves on your lettuce that they touched the cheese with a moment before. Same goes for anyone whole has an allergy to dairy products. They should keep it consistent and use a tong on the lettuce and a spoon for the cheese. Hands ✋off approach. I gave them four stars because they never had an issue when I request that they change their gloves. Having to make that request every visit is annoying.

Got take out. I love how there's a seperate section that they place all the take out order so you don't have to wait in line. Got some tacos, chicken bowl, and chips. Tasted just as good as the ones in the states. Restaurant is very clean. I wish they served fountain drinks when ordering online. Food is the same as any Chipotle. Good portions you however have to ask. Our medium salsa didn't have any taste they probably added water. It tasted so. Also, the tables were not cleaned regularly even when there was no line up. Even their food counters had had food strewn all over. I was actually fearing cross contamination as I am a vegetarian. I would definitely prefer Don Mills location, have been there during crazy busy hours, the food stations are kept clean and so are the tables in the restaurant.

Love chipotle. This location seemed a bit disorganized though. The line was long and people behind the counter were not working efficiently. Lots of overlapping. I am use to the convection line system were there is a person at each station. Wrap rice and beans then someone at salsa and topping etc. This place did not have it and it showed. Hope they pull it together.

I normally, if ever, never leave negative reviews. But every-time I give this location a chance, they always somehow manage to consistently provide sub-par food relative to all other chipotle locations. Online orders aren't accurate and seem thrown together, rice is always rock hard, sometimes the chicken is raw, black beans are always mush, too much/little of specific things, this one guy likes to push in the top of the burrito bowl for some reason, online order counter always a complete mess, etc. Most if not all of my visits at this location have been on either at night, on the weekend, or both, but it seems like the night/weekend team they have is poorly managed and/or doesn't seem to put any care at all into what they're doing. Especially late night or on weekends, just a bunch of disorganized teens running around. This place could learn a lot from the locations at Square One or Dixie & Eglinton Rd.

Terrible- the steak was over done and not cooked properly. They ran out of condiments. They do not listen and put wrong food in your order. The staff were reaching over each other to complete orders behind me and for Uber eats. The staff were sweating uncontrollably and wiping their face with their hands while making your burritos and touching your food. The location was packed inside with no SOCIAL DISTANCE MEASURE IN PLACE NO MARKING ON THE FLOORS. The staff were not wearing their mask properly nose exposed and mouths. I disposed of my food what a waste of 30 bucks I would put zero stars but you need one to make a comment so a Big Fat Zero Never going back again for health safety reasons and bad food---very over rated I am sure there are better Mexican food locations . A break out is bound to happen there with how they are doing things right now.

We had three toddlers, the staff came over several time to check on us and gave us a baby chair, not the kind of service you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Another disappointment at the same location. I ordered a Sofritas bowl, and they charged me for a Steak bowl i.e. they charged me more. The person at the checkout was Aaryan, a tall fat person of Indian origin. Also, that person had no clue about how to successfully process a refund. Also, when I was trying to get more information about the refund from his supervisor, this person (the tall fat person at the checkout) showed immense agitation by his body language and eyes. I hope you do not have to deal with this person on your visit, ever. Lack of basic minimum efficiency that should ideally come with a minimum wage job. On better note, decent service from the server who made the bowl. Good portion size, although the food could have been heated better.

I deliver for Door Dash in my spare time. I’ve been picking up from this Chipotle for over a year now, and I just need to take the time to express my deepest appreciation for the staff, as well as the virtually flawless order pickup procedures. I noticed off to the side there’s a designated order assembly table for mobile/delivery orders solely. With the world going digital I can only imagine how much this alleviates stress on the front table not to mention making delivery drivers wait times significantly less than others. Other chains should take note: the order pickup procedures here are hands down unprecedented, and the best I’ve seen thus far. Thank you, and well done.

The worst experience you can ever have. I’m definitely reaching out to headquarter about the most racist experience I had at this place. And it’s not 1 time but its 2 times. Waited in line for 20 mins to get food and while reached counter she said there’s only 3 taco shells left and thats for online order. Like seriously??? Honestly I dont know what anyones talking about here, love this location!! The staff are so nice and sweet everytime. One lady came up to give me napkins for my loaded burrito after I had sat down. The burritos and bowls always are loaded and its like holding a newborn baby from the weight. Everything looks and tastes so fresh and it is our go-to spot for a fresh and healthy meal. I received a phone call today from a Jeffrey Rodriquez who works at Chipotle on George St. Someone had ordered food and never picked it up. Instead of doing the easy thing and putting in the dumpster he took the time to get on the phone and see if he could feed someone. Well he called Soba College recovery and I happen to answer the phone. I was so delighted to hear that this young man was going out of his way to save food and feed someone. I accepted the offer and he actually got in his car and delivered it to our facility. He fed over 40 Recovering Addicts that appreciated it so much. Mr. Rodriguez should be recognized by corporate. This young man is amazing . Thank you so much.

We are very regular to this location say twice a month because of gluten allergies limit us to try other places. But staff here is very helpful and take extra precautions when they prepare food including changing gloves, changing serving utensils and wiping down the food prep area. We just ordered two items from Chipotle via doordash: a burrito bowl and a salad bowl. There were two major things missing in the additions from both the orders: queso in the salad bowl and black beans in the burrito bowl. The flavor of the orders is completely ruined because of the missing accompaniments. Tow online orders in a row they mixed up. Last time they gave us somebody else’s burrito, wrong label, just completely different but in my bag. This time they mixed up 2 out of 4 items. One of them was really funny. We ordered a burrito, they labeled a bowl of tacos as a burrito. The reason for the stars is that the food is still good. But they need to pay more attention to the orders. What if someone has allergies and get someone else’s order? Maybe we’ll have to go to Burrito Boyz now.

The worst location ever. The employees are unwilling to work and the store manager is always rude. Also, for the 3rd time, they messed up my order! This is what I get trying to support my favorite businesses during a pandemic. They continuously rip me off with my order. First they switch their large Dip containers to a paper based smaller size then they start sending 2 small ones instead of a large. And the smalls are half full so equal to 1 small. Usually 1 large container fits 3 small containers fully filled. Time and time again you keep taking my money and ripping me off and this time after combining the total of guacamole and queso I am stuck with 2 large overly salted bags of chips and 2 small containers of dip. Never trusting this location again..3 times so far that they have stolen from me.

Food was good, portions were decent - on par with several other Chipotle's we've been to, clean and bright atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff but 2 things: the men's washroom had no soap and the handicap buttons on the entrance doors were not working. Regardless, an overall good experience and we would most likely return.

i come here almost every other day cause i love the food but holy the portions are wayyyy to small. i always order double chicken and i end up getting 1.5 scoop instead everytime.

Very dirty (tables, chairs, and floor), and the smallest portions I have ever experienced at any Chipotle. Didn’t actually ask if we wanted fajita veggies, sour cream, or cheese. We had to ask. Normally, their burritos are bursting at the seams - this was so small it was laughable.

What an overrated place. First and last time there. I’d like to start by saying the line was filthy! The meat was dried out (luckily the meat I chose wasn’t too bad but the rest looked awful). Really poor selection for fillings. Sloppily made. Overpriced. Bland and tasteless. I asked for some hot sauce and they gave me a 1/4c sized container with about 1/2 of a teaspoon worth of sauce. The staff was nice enough. But that doesn’t make up for the rest. Really I don’t know why I continued with my order after just seeing the state of their line. Hunger clouded good judgement I guess. Way better places out there. Can we get a Mucho Burrito put in there instead?

Chipotle is my favorite burrito joint, period. I love the taste and the fact they have sofritas (tofu) as a choice of protein. To all non-vegans out there - you should give it a go, it's delicious!

I love chipotle and their staff. They are always quick, knowledgeable and friendly, but I don't think I'll ever be going within the last hour till close again. I always get the same thing; burrito bowl with half steak, half chicken but this time they had no steak, no cooked chicken, so I had to wait. The employee who served me was nice enough to give me a bit of extra serving because I had to wait for the chicken to be cooked, which was very kind of her. When i got to the cash, as always they asked me if I wanted any chips with dip (guacamole, salsa, sour cream) or a drink. I said no to the drink but yes to chips and guacamole. It wasn't until I finished ordering that he told me they were out of chips, too. Pretty disappointing to be honest, they were out of everything that I came for that day!

Very underwhelming. We travelled from Kitchener as this was the closest Chipotle to us. We have been to a couple downtown Toronto locations a few times and have absolutely loved it - we can’t say the same for our experience here at the Oakville Chipotle. Portions seemed smaller. Employees rushed you through and spoke so fast/assumed you were familiar with their ordering system that we felt very awkward and uncomfortable. We were not offered drinks, was just presented the total to pay for the food. They wouldn’t put queso or guacamole on my boyfriend’s burrito despite him requesting it. They insisted it must be put on the side - we don’t understand why that would be and it made his lunch less enjoyable. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

I got the parcel home to realize there was no white rice in my burrito bowl. When I called the restaurant to let them know about it, the person on the phone was absolutely blunt without being apologetic at all in saying that we ran out of rice so it my bowl was packed without rice. When I talked to the manager his tone was even more senseless like “so what if rice was not added”. While I understand that they have a huge demand & staff shortage but people on the phone could at least say sorry instead they opted to be absolutely rude & unapologetic. How can the staff at such a reputed restaurant behave like this? I felt so humiliated. Chipotle would be last option now on. If you order anything online then please ensure you got everything in the bowl you ordered.

This place is terrible. There food portions have gone down so much, if you order a bowl, you're lucky if it's half filled. You basically need to order double meat just to a get a single serving of meat.

I used to visit Chipotle Oakville every weekend, however, today I had a very disappointing experience with an employee whose name is Stephen. Besides he had a rude behaviour, he did a very bad job serving the food. The rest of the staff usually are very diligent and provide good service. I hope one bad apple don't affect the rest of the team

I went to the Howe st location Vancouver...November 12 2021 5pm..I asked for my Taco shells on the side..apparently they must not do that because the girl asked the supervisor/manager and he reluctantly did it and took over the order from the girl..I think he was south asian descent its hard to tell as the masks its hard to tell. He talked very fast and was really HYPER..LOL..HE was very impatient as I was quickly trying to decide the rest of the order.. If you do not allow it just say..or charge me doesn't matter to me..its like ordering a bowl anyway geezuz..seriously this is is my first and definitely last time. What a horrible experience..he looked at me like I was trying to rip them off..????????????????????

Good food in a newer well kept restaurant. Location is ok, but plenty of parking. Typical Chipotle standards of decent food for a slightly higher price, but I guess you're paying for fresher fast food. Clean eating area and clean washrooms. Staff is efficient and the conveyor belt of people move along quickly. Lots of glass letting you look and also let light in, but don't sit close to the door, it can be drafty. In nicer weather you can sit on the patio outside, it's on a main street (Dundas) so, not really a pleasant dining experience. The patio is also on the north side of the store, so if you want sun, you're not getting much, but the shade offered is good. I like it here, but nothing spectacular. Solid 4 stars.

1st time @ any Chipotle: Food's decent for the price. Just don't go at noon. The line was huge, but I could tell the staff were working hard to get us through quick as they could. If you can wait until 12:30 there was no line. The restroom was out of order.

Excellent service and food. Definitely different from other locations. For example, I didn't have to ask for grilled vegetables, they informed of extra cost of guacamole (which I knew but nevertheless). Service staff is friendly and professional. And they have a patio ... Lots of seating space indoors too.
