We had a romantic dinner celebrating my birthday. Could not ask for nothing more beautiful.
This place is amazing! I am gluten free and vegetarian they had so many amazing options soo tasty! Brunch was Worth every penny
Exceptional service, my wife only wanted a bowl of porridge for breakfast, and as I only wanted a plain omelet, all we were charged was for the omelet, with that costing only 19, compared to other hotels this was value for money as we both left the restaurant very satisfied
Amazing breakfast. The bread is to die for
Great service with amazing staff and kitchen. Selection was lackluster and small for the 32$ all you can eat price point.
Food is on point. Servers going above and beyond always. Great views of Lake Louise. Best place for breakfast and lunch in town. Not sure if buffet is still active during covid but if so it features over 60 breakfast items and a talented omelet chef. I’ve been a fan for years and will continue to go. Looking forward to it. Keep up the good work.

BEST BREAKFAST EVER! the chef really knows how to cook the egg benny! this is literally one of the best / most memorable breakfasts i have ever had in my life!
You're mainly paying for the view in this place, but our food was good and the service impeccable.
Great service. However, food was poor. Taste was fine, but the texture is way too dry. Not worth it for the price.
Delicious food and incredible views of the lake.
Breakfast with a view! Fresh coffee and a perfect breakfast. just what we needed before hitting the trails
Great restaurant, with great friendly service :-) its just expensive, but the view surley makes up for it!
The food is top notch and the servers are very professional and friendly. Highly recommended

(Translated) Is an evening restaurant located in Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louis. The food is ordered as a salmon steak, which has a appetizer, as well as bread and butter, followed by a flavorful soup like mushroom soup with spices. And vegetable salad with salad dressing, sour sour sauce The main course is salmon steak with various kinds of boiled vegetables such as pumpkin, carrot and red pepper. For food, it is considered that the taste is not outstanding. People in the group ate food as a steak, which looks very beautiful, but the taste is also normal. There is a dessert, a cheesecake with Raspberry and chocolate bars. The taste is delicious. The service is very good. But food prices are also very expensive. Great breakfast buffet
Great place for breakfast. Particularly, the breakfast buffet. They have all sorts of high quality breakfast items. Don't think I have ever seen that variety of pancakes, waffles and french toast. The sausages were fantastic and so was the eggs benedict. Don't recall ever having a richer and fluffier pancake than I had here. The only downside is the price, which was $34 each for the breakfast buffet.
It has a very good view of the lake, but it was a little sad that it was only open for hotel guests
Not a bad place to have breakfast if you want to make it early to Lake Louise to avoid the other tourists.
Front host service was very bad. They straight up lied to us and were very disrespectful. Definitely do not reccomend coming here.
Stopped there for dinner and was very happy with the quality of food and wine, but more amazed by the service. Our server went out of her way to accomodate us and our kids. She was very helpful and friendly, and made the whole experience even better than just eating great food.
Food was awesome. Great breakfast spot before you start your day. Breakfast for champions ???? Staff was super friendly
We had the breakfast buffet during a weekday and it was awesome! Well prepared food, more selection than needed and delicious as hell. It has to be said the selection is not ridiculous exorbitant high and some maybe would miss lobster and champagne but we found it very good selected and more I would normally expect for 32$. Service was attentive but not this kind of weirdness where you stick the first spoon in your face and somebody is showing up to ask if everything is GREAT and OVERWHELMING. It was just the perfect amount of attention without being annoying. Besides that the view is AMAZING!
Expensive for a ‘meh’ breakfast. Staff were kind and accommodating. I was asked about half a dozen times if I had allergies. The omelette was dry and the fried potatoes were russet, a thick skin which was unpalatable. Not worth the convenience. We went elsewhere for the rest of our meals.
To say the least, I expected a LOT better from a restaurant in Fairmont. First off, the host was extremely rude in assisting us with finding a table due to many “unfortunate “ circumstances. We were not given a table outside initially with some meaningless excuse - but after consulting with the manager, we finally got a table outside. It took us over an hour to receive our food. And then, another 10 minutes to receive our cutlery which we had to walk up to the staff a second time and ask for. By the time we were able to eat the food was cold. Place an order for an extra ice coffee and it never came. Though, it was not a single persons fault and the staff were apologetic for the numerous mistakes they made, it was unacceptable.
Very friendly staff. They accommodated out pups and went well beyond anything. The staff member is cute, he was also a great server. The drinks and food was great! View of Lake Lousiee is to die for.
What a beautiful experience, overlooking Lake Louise at an outdoor resto! I absolutely loved my squid ink Nero noodles in curry sauce with soft shell crab and albacore tuna! Truly one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever had. The burger and fries were typical, and the dessert was interesting. It was a cherry pop rocks angel cake with cherry ice cream. A bit bizarre but fun to eat and unique. Of course it’s expensive, but with a view like that, it’s worth it.
Breakfast in the Rockies. Best place to be.
Great breakfast buffet! Super friendly staff.
Don't not not not get the fries. (Quadruple negative)
Great breakfast dining experience. Friendly and courteous staff who goes the extra mile in customer service. I opted for the breakfast buffet that offered a large exquisite selection, from smoked salmon and cheeses all the way to healthy fruit smoothies. They even had a chef prepare and cook omelettes to order! All in all a good deal and a fine way to start your morning at Lake Louise! Highly recommended.
Delicious breakfast experience with a beautiful mountain view. I loved the Vegan Squash Salad, which was drizzled with a savory sweet glaze and topped with crunchy nuts. It was filling, but I don’t feel like I overdid it as I often do with breakfast buffets. My server, Dylan was attentive and always made sure my coffee with almond milk was topped off.
Can't eat here unless you are a guest at the hotel
The service was really good. My kids loved the tomato soup.
Great food and service.
Welcoming and friendly. We had breakfast here 2 mornings. We sat outside in the crisp morning air, they do offer blankets and have propane heaters for comfort. The view is of course spectacular. The mini plate waffles - yum. Faves being the milk chocolate dolce la Leche and salted caramel peach - white chocolate with lavender was good, subtle, fun to try but not a repeat order. 3 egg omelet was maybe a bit bland, but that leaves room for you to add salt pepper or ketchup as you wish. The French toast is beautiful and delicious. Pancakes are pancakes and the eggs Benny were fun to try - but apparently I don't care for hollandaise sauce. ENJOY
Don't believe the website - it's not open to the public
Beautiful setting. I'd say for such a popular tourist destination, its a surprise that this restaurant isn't a "tourist trap". The food was very good, and considering the setting, I would say that it was good value. It was also served in a timely manner, which is important when you are a tourist and trying to get a few things done in the day! If I went back to Lake Louise, I would plan to have lunch here again.
Venue is very casual. Staff worked hard for us but still took forever to bring drinks when we were the only people in the restaurant. Meals tasted amazing until we found a pubic hair in the Bison dish. Staff tried to pass it off as a thread from a napkin they use to handle dishes but it didn't match up. They didn't even remove that item from the bill until we asked about it.
Great lunch and breathtaking views!
We had dinner here and despite being in the Chateau the experience was disappointing. Our mains of the mushroom and leek, and the tourtiere were uninspired. The service was under motivated. The saving grace was appetizers of onion soup and the onion tarte.
Comfortable setting and adorable service. Great wine list and good food. Unfortunately my daughter went away with dysentery after the meal which marred our dining experience here.
Great Patio with beautiful view of Lake Louise. Good food!!
(Translated) Dinner is here, the food is OK, the service is very good (Original) 晚餐选择在这里,菜还可以,服务非常好
Good breakfast
Good buffet...lovely setting
The view and the food was great. My wife and I went here for an anniversary lunch, and they even gave us a complimentary dessert. We’d definitely go back.
First of all this place is breathtaking. We came at the end of a long day. There were so many cars that you had to park in lots outside the town and take a shuttle. We were lucky to get in at 8PM and find parking at the hotel itself. The other outlet at the hotel was only accepting hotel guests so we felt privileged to be admitted here. I ordered the three item table d'hote so I had a foie gras appetizer, a buffalo steak and panna cota dessert and my wife had an excellent salmon. We snuck out during the meal to take amazing pictures.
Food: The liege waffles here are MAGICAL with salted caramel. MAGICAL. I wish I could get the recipe for the waffles. There is whipped cream in the salad section and that was amazing with the waffles. Wild boar bacon was so tasty as well. Freshly squeezed orange juice was so refreshing - there was a gentleman at the drink station making orange juice. Baked goods were also fresh and so good. Pain au chocolat was my favorite. Service: Bhaneesh was so attentive and professional but also genuinely sweet! He was so friendly and interactive with all guests especially little children. Honestly the best breakfast buffet I’ve had in years. We will return soon to have those amazing waffles and whipped cream & salted caramel.
Visited the Poppy Brasserie and was not disappointed! Started with a pomegranate moscow mule which was very refreshing. The gnocchi was delicious and the service was outstanding! Would definitely recommend trying a meal on their gorgeous patio.
I had a very satisfying breakfast at this place. It's a fixed price menu, and I would say it was worth it! You get a choice of a drink, main, and small dish. I got the Chorizo cast iron skillet with Saskatoon berry waffles and they were both very delicious!
Neil our waiter was fantastic and sold the experience. Food was unisnpired and below average for such a high caliber, world renowned spot. Beautiful location with professional trained servers, amazing wine list and sub par food.
Just had dinner here with family and friends. Nice view and service but food was very poor and very expensive. The $18 flatbread was soggy and nachos were disappointing.
(Translated) good time (Original) 美好時光
Went down there because fairview isn't open for another 30 min. No lineup waiting for breakfast but they told me I have to wait 20 min because they are only prioritizing hotel guests. In this case I would have just wait for fairview, and I would rather starve to ever go back down there. btw I also hold status with Fairmount/Accor.
Come early to make sure you have a spot if you arent a guest at the hotel. We were there to have breakfast and were surprised and satisfied with the congee and the brioche french toast. What we needed before the hike!
Wait 30 mins for a microwave spaghetti
We had a satisfying breakfast with good service and food. Though I noted others had concerns with the omelet, I found mine very tasty. The options of table by the window were accommodated, therefore the view of the fresh falling snow was relaxing Staff this morning were friendly and helpful.
Just went here for breakfast. You have the option for buffet or of the menu. Coffee available while you wait for your table.
Excellent view of the lake. We were part of the tour from Banff. Good ambiance but nothing special about the meal in general. Attentive server. Braised short rib for lunch. Pricey but expected for location.
As good as it gets !
Great Buffett selection.
Super slow. We went there on Friday for lunch and waited 20 minutes to get water and another 30 minutes to get the food.. extremely slow service... Hire more people if it is that busy...
