Lorsque j’ai contacté le traiteur scolaire pour l’aviser depuis la situation, on m’a répondu que c’est l’école et non moi, la cliente qui paie, qui doit les contacter. J’ai souligner que je trouvais ça aberrant. Je n’ai pas demandé de réduction ou de remboursement. Je voulais seulement ouvrir le dialogue. Le patron devait ne reconnecter. J’attends toujours... depuis 1 mois.

I still have some credits in my account from last year. This year, they no longer serve my kid's school so they deactivate my account without refund me. I contacted them twice about it but they ignored it. So disappointed because they used to very nice during school year. Update: LTS contacted me for the reimbursement after reading this review. But I sill keep my point of view that custumer services and management need to be improved.

Les enfants trouvent les plats corrects, mais avoir une représentante de LTS au téléphone insister que le saumon teriyaki est une bonne option végétarienne... de grâce, n'y a-t-il pas moyen d'inclure au moins UN repas parmi les cinq offerts à tous les jours qui ne contienne pas de viande/poisson?
