Excellent customer service. One of the guys working tonight chased us down the street just to make sure we got the right to go order. We have never met an employee who cares this much for their customers. Get those guys a raise.

Please do not order from this place. I have tried a number of times and it is always unreliable. I have actually never gotten the exact order that I put in. Sometimes I get drinks that I never ordered sometimes I get an insufficient amount of food etc. etc. this does not seem to be a place that really cares about their customers.

Not the most sanitary.. no gloves worn, too many flies, and the area where they make the sandwhich is not cleaned after each sandwhich. Employees are very respectful though. Update: New staff. Much more sanitary!

Love this place. This place takes care all of their orders and instructions. I ordered chicken shawarma plate with special instruction for extra garlic sauce and they followed exactly what I asked. I'll definitely place order from here again.

I’m very regular client for Boustan it’s been 13 years I know Boustan and I go eat there. All the location I have been experienced never had a bad service. First time I went Lachine location I found they are not following the chain responsibility. Normally other locations when they saw the client they give first priority for the clients but here it’s different. I go 2nd time and I really don’t want to go there anymore. I order couple of sandwiches one of my sandwiches he put 3 slices of tomatoes and he put it back from the sandwiches. I know he have to care about food cost or taste but you can’t do that. Because it’s touch the sauce. First time in my life I wrote my comment for Boustan. Thank you

Really tasty, very much the same experience as the one downtown. Food was fresh and the serve was prompt. The location was easy to find but there's no parking. The restaurant itself was very clean. Definitely will be coming back.

Boustan has standards, which this location has sadly failed to meet. Cold, Dry and hard chicken, literally injured my palate (probably sat on the table for hours). Not edible at all - >Thrown out! Potatoes : Cold and stale - > Thrown out! When management thinks the business can run on its own. Employees serve trash to clients. Extremely disappointed! Would certainly not recommend this location!!

Usually have a great experience at Boustan. However I ordered two beef pita's and it was disgusting. The beef was stale, had to throw away 3 quarters of one of the pitas. There was no sesame sauce in there as well which usually they gladly include when it comes to beef pitas and the coleslaw was under-seasoned. It could have been a bad night but I will certainly not forget this horrible eating experience which is surprising as Boustan always provided fresh tasty items. I did not even bother to go back inside to explain how disgusting my order was. Very disappointed. Ordered Friday Nov 27th

I normally love it I order it once a month at least but this time was terrible! I don’t know if its just their Monday night staff but all pitas were not wrapped properly and completely fell apart. They weren’t toasted long enough making them soft and cold. They gave us a half portion of potatoes and rice. Going to stick to Friday nights now for sure!

This location is amazing! Although there is another Boustan chain that is closer to my house, I choose to drive a little further to Lachine! The portions are generous and the meat is always cooked to perfection.

I mean, it's okay. I usually go when it's almost closed so the food is usually cold and gross by then buy its not their fault. We're they lose stars is the overall cleanliness and atire of the staff (non slip shoes are non existing, I've personally witnessed staff almost fall on several occasions) shorts in the kitchen etc. I used to like the fact that I was able to call ahead of time to place an order for pick up but now they force people to either go through a third party app or just wait at the restaurant.

The place is nice and new but the service is unorganized. Maybe because they just opened. I ordered a plate and a sandwich. The plate was a great portion size. I suggest u ask for the pita on the side because they put mine inside the box and it got all saucy. The sandwich my was burnt. It’s a good quick bite, but not one of their greatest locations

I'm giving this location 1 star and it's only for the staff, they were courteous and friendly, the food however.. The chicken shawarma was dry and didn't have much flavor compared to multiple other locations, the coleslaw was dry, it was literally chopped cabbage with dry spices on it, thankfully they added Cesar dressing (I think) so it was edible. I asked for a 'salad' since I'm on a restrictive diet.. Lettuce, tomatoes and pickled peppers, for starters, the lettuce was completely dirty, filled with earth and sand, obviously not washed as well as brown rotten(ish) pieces and the pickled peppers were so salty, it was practically inedible. I'm very surprised at how disappointing this location was as all others that I've tried were absolutely perfect.

After having a negative experience, boustan reached out to me and rectified the situation completely, including sending me a personalized letter of apology. Excellent customer service! I've been a loyal boustan patron for a long time so I'm happy everything got resolved. Thank you boustan

I am a very regular customer of boustan and always enjoyed today is my worst experience i ever had. Firstly i went to store to order and waited for long to give my order as the whole store was empty and the employees were having talks at the back and didint even realize that there is a customer also I got 1 mixed sandwiche and potatoes but for the sandwich the chicken and beef was totally burnt and tastes and smells bad like it was so old and the potatoes i got for my friend and she is vegetarian and found a peice of chicken inside it and we had to throw the whole food. I had never expected this type of service from boustan ever .

Called to pick up my food no waiting food was ready.(GREAT) Tip the guys Everything went well until I ask for (ONE) not FIVE extra garlic sauce. (Worker) said I'm sorry sir but I'm gonna have no choice to charge you extra. Ever since then never order from here. Loosing clients for ONE sauce it's so disappointing.

In the evening around 5:23 i asked the black guy who was on the desk, can i use washroom ,and he replied in very rude way noooo its closed. . And i was like seriously why you open the Boustan here worst service ever. They don't even have washrooms. #seriously #shame let me tell you ,i am a delivery guy who works with Doordash and Uber eats . But these people don't care about anything

The Dryest falafels I've eaten, final. Everything is dry there it's actually surprising. It's not that they dont use sauce or anything, it's that the meats are simply this way. You can get better vegetarian food for 2-3 dollars more right across the street. If I had to choose between either, it wouldn't be boustan for sure. I give two stars because the garlic potatoes are delicous.

I went to go pick up my dinner around 10:30pm and it was the worse experience I’ve had. Two employees verbally attacking another working employee without any respect for me, the client who was waiting and when the worker at the register tried to hand me utensils and napkins for my food, He started being yelled at by his co-worker beside him. Last time I come here. i could feel the tension and the aggression from two of the workers on the single employee on the register.
