Last time I went to Sushi left the sushi was really good. They were also very accommodating of my son's allergies. Just a note that the soy sauce they have on the table has fish in it.

I've been to a lot of sushi restaurants and this place is fantastic! AMAZING value... Even better food than what you expect for the value! Restaurant is family owned and you can see they try their best to accommodate everybody. I keep going back ! Affordable, great food, great atmosphere!

I love this place. Sometimes it is busy with slow service but the food is great, especially for a sushi restaurant in the middle of nowhere. All you can eat but a little pricey.

For dollar value? Not even remotely considering ordering here again, no chop sticks even, one small tub of spicy mayo with 140 dollars of sushi for 1.50 extra. And one small tub of soy sauce and 2 pieces of ginger for all that. Like stingy? No place I've gone to on the island has been CLOSE to as bad at this location. Insane being named sushi lab and cutting this many corners. Can't wait to go back to newfound or even new city, the rolls were twice the size and dollar cheaper per roll at least.

Wasn’t overly impressed with the sushi. The rolls were small and there really wasn’t a lot of fish in each roll at all. A lot of rice, very little fish. Not rolled very tightly either. If you’re an avid sushi lover, this might disappoint you. The service staff was extremely friendly, and very welcoming. Other food on the menu was alright. Probably wouldn’t go a second time. Rolls in picture are “dragon roll”, “spicy salmon”, “dynamite” and “avocado”. Tempura inside the rolls were more like dried bread crumbs than light flaky tempura bits.

First and last time I will ever eat here. By far, the worst dining experience I've ever had (and I've had some terrible dining experiences in this town and elsewhere) for several reasons. The Sushi was fine, but everything else was greasy and the chicken panini I had was overpriced for something that was tough and nearly inedible - it was like something that had been peeled off a sidewalk. The service was terrible. It took nearly 30 minutes to get a cup of tea and that was after 2 reminders. When the tea did come, we had to flag someone down to get sugar and cream and only two packets of sugar and two creamers were brought to the table for 3 people. We then had to try to find another server to provide adequate quantities for everyone. Finally, dining options outside of the 'all you can eat' menu were poorly presented and not part of the iPad ordering system that they have. For diners with a smaller appetite, a waitress must be flagged down to place the order and food therefore arrives much much later than everyone else at the table. There's no point in having technology if you don't use it to actually improve the dining experience and ease of ordering for all customers.

Be prepared for a long wait for cold, tiny portions, or to not recieve many of your orders at all. Overpriced and poor quality. The "we've only got a few people working tonight" excuse gets old real quick. The only positive things are that most of the servers are quite pleasant and the atmosphere is actually pretty nice. The sad thing is that this place used to be very good and my family frequented. I've given it lots of chances but continue to be more and more disappointed. I won't be returning.

Ordered chefs favorite red Thai curry chicken.... Definitely was not as described in the menu as a creamy red Thai coconut milk curried chicken tasted and looked like salted water sauce with red colouring in it being a chef for many years this is unavailable someone would cook something like this and call it a chef's favorite not to mention the rice was mixed in with everything in the same dish by the time I got it home it was spilled in the bag and looked like a red rice vegetable soup very dissatisfied
