(Translated) Worse service, and I share my experience! We rented 2 special effect machines for big events, only one of the two machines worked, and they are closed on weekends, so there is no way to replace the faulty machine. The manager / owner has refunded us only half because he has trouble repairing it .... result: the photos of our event are awful and expensive much too high for what it's worth. In response to the comment left: I ONLY paid half as their equipment works only half, I sent 2 emails to have a refund in full after their comment, but no answer .... strange ... . (Original) Pire service, et je vous partage mon expérience ! Nous avons loué 2 machines à effets spéciaux pour des gros évènements, seulement une des deux machines fonctionnaient, et ils sont fermés le weekend, donc aucun moyen de remplacer la machine défectueuse. Le gérant/propriétaire nous a remboursé uniquement la moitié car il a de la difficulté à la réparer.... résultat : les photos de notre évènement sont affreuses et frais beaucoup trop élevés pour ce que sa vaut. En réponse au commentaire laissé : on m'a UNIQUEMENT remboursé la moitié car leur équipement fonctionne uniquement à moitié, j'ai envoyé 2 courriels pour avoir un remboursement en totalité suite à leur commentaire, mais aucune réponse.... étrange....

While shopping for our wedding decor we stumbled on location Chic by chance. Sarah was incredible, quick to reply (seems rare in this industry lol) professional and just an amazing person. We were looking for elements for our head table to make it special and beautiful without it being tacky. We were able to have a stunning setup at the best price. They actually have a website to visit and choose from unlike most similar vendors lol... Typically some vendors become less responsive after you’ve already signed lol... not chic, we wanted to have a picture of our setup for our florist and Sarah set up our decor in their new showroom in TMR called la Gallerie Chic, our florist had a clear understanding of what she had to work with. We highly recommend Chic and have already referred them to multiple friends. Thank you Sarah! Pierre & Jenn.

Horrible service , the receptionist lady that answer the phone was so rude and so unprofessional . I called to rent some chandeliers for my event and she didn't answer my questions and give me no the informations and was extremely RUDE and vulgar ..... when i told her madame this is not the way to speak with the client she insult me and hang up the phone ..... HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE EVER !!!!!

I had a colleague ask me if I knew a good place for rentals for an upcoming event and there was only one that came to mind...Locations Chic. Not only do they have a wide variety and the most trendy of decor styles, but they also have the absolute best service and its not close. The receptionist is incredible, she is so helpful and detail oriented all while keeping a great attitude throughout the process. She makes you feel cared for and ensures you get what you want. I highly recommend Location Chic to anyone looking for a great experience!

I would have to say Marco was the most professional, and the prices were very fair What was important for us was the service. Be careful giving these people a deposit these days... especially with the city changing covid rules on the fly. The week of our event they demanded an extra 500$ be added to the bill basically because they can’t afford the labour required to prepare or deliver the goods. Their explanation was vague to say the least but essentially they spent our money elsewhere. If we did not agree they would not complete the service and not return our deposit. Giving it was days before our event what could we do ? Go with another vendor last second and be out our deposit ? With new covid rules we could not have our event and this is the only vendor to not return our deposit.

CHIC Rentals and their team were nothing short of amazing for our wedding in August 2018. Sarah was with us every step of the way from helping us choose our gorgeous table settings, chairs, outdoor carpet and the fabulous chandelier set up on site. The delivery and set up went off without and hitch and we were stress free for our big day thanks to Sarah and the CHIC team. If you're looking for, not only decor, but professionalism, and overall help with your event, Locations Chic is the place to go! From my own personal experience I can tell you planning is not my strength but when you meet the receptionist, Sarah, you know you are in great hands! She treated us with the utmost respect despite my concerns and being rather particular ;), she knew exactly what I wanted when I mysef had doubts. I can go on and on about how at ease I felt when placed in Sarah's hands, but instead let me reassure you and highly recommend her for your next event, you will NOT regret it!
