Andrew and his team cooked an incredibly delicious and beautifully presented meal in our home for a group of 10 guests. We loved how everything was cooked with fresh ingredients, he explained each course as it was served, and the presentation was top notch. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was very professional. Everyone couldn't stop raving about the meal after it was over. I highly recommend Andrew and Wildfire Cuisine!

First time using this company but won't be the last. Each course (of four courses) were lovely. With multiple food allergies in the group, Andrew was able to adjust his recipes and still manage to make each dish delicious. We had decided on the pork loin and were shocked to hear that he rarely gets orders for it. Never have any of us had such an amazing pork dish. Dinner last night was amazing. Andrew and his helper(sorry, forgot her name) were lovely and I have already recommended him to a friend who is looking for a catering service for a special anniversary for her parents. At the end of the night, there wasn't a crumb left in the kitchen. Even the garbage was gone. A great big thank you to Andrew for being a part of our great evening.

Thanks so much to Andrew for creating a memorable experience for my Mother-in-law's 60th birthday. Andrew was such a great help in planning the evening - his suggestions were spot on (food, wine pairings, rentals, EVERYTHING) and he made the trek up to Collingwood during one of the nastier snowstorms so far. From start to finish the meal was beautifully presented, so tasty and plentiful (he's not kidding when he says don't eat for 24 hours prior), the menu options met so many different tastes, he flexed around many dietary restrictions and was a fantastic interactive chef throughout the night. I'd highly recommend Wildfire to anyone looking for an amazing culinary experience - we're really hoping to work with Andrew again soon!!

What a fabulous experience from the planning stages to execution! Chef Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He was flexible with menu options and provided is expert advice for our daughter's engagement party. The day of the event went incredibly smooth, and without incident. Chef Andrew was upfront and completely transparent prior to the event with respect to what needed to be done, in order for he and his team to be most efficient and helpful... this included 2 site visits to spec the space! Set up was seamless and professional. The served hors d'oeuvres were a hit... timed perfectly, and plentiful! For dinner, Chef Andrew was interactive with our guests when preparing 2 Paella dishes... also a HUGE hit!! Thank you to Chef Andrew, Lindsay, Jess, and Hilary for making our event memorable - and for enabling (and encouraging) us to enjoy the party without having to lift a finger or worry about a thing! Clean up throughout the party was continuous and courteous... and our kitchen and bar were left immaculate! The service and food far exceeded our expectations!! Definitely recommend Wildfire Cuisine - we will most certainly be using this team of professionals for our future events!

Andrew and his staff have catered both of our daughter's weddings. Both wedding dinners were prepared fresh at our home and served in a large tent in our backyard. Wildfire Cuisine uses only fresh ingredients and cooked and prepared dinner for 90 people in our kitchen. The food was fabulous! Andrew is particular and precise about every detail to ensure that his food is plated and served hot! They bring all the plates and cutlery and leave the kitchen neater than it was when they arrived! We will book Andrew and Wildfire Cuisine for every future function!

Andrew and his team at Wildfire catered my parents wedding anniversary dinner this past summer! Andrew replied immediately to my inquiry and I knew right away that we were going to be very happy with his food and services! Andrew and his team came with all the dinner and tableware! They set a beautiful table and were so incredibly professional throughout the entire night. The food was phenomenal. So many guests asked for their card by the end of the night because the food was so impressive! They made sure that we thoroughly enjoyed our night and before leaving, they cleaned the kitchen better than when they got there to cook!! I cannot say enough great things about Andrew and Wildfire Cuisine!! I highly recommend - the food and experience was a 10/10!!

We recently had a corporate event and hired Chef Andrew as our private chef for the event. It was an amazing experience, the employees really enjoyed the food it was delicious. Chef Andrew and his team were very professional and friendly. I really appreciate that he was so accommodating with our request s. He was also responsive. He was engaged throughout the whole process and wonderful to work with. The evening of the dinner went very smooth and the meal with prepared with passion.
