My first time ordering and there was a mix up with the order but I appreciate that the owner contacted me and offered us a refund and delivered dinner to our house the next week. We used Indulge for our wedding catering and could not be happier with their services. Even during covid restrictions and changes they were there for us every step of the way. If there was a way to post no stars, I would. I originally contacted this company in DECEMBER of 2017 to cater our June 2018 wedding. Their catering manager took, on average, two weeks to reply to inquiries. When I asked for a meeting time, I heard back after the proposed time passed that the meeting wouldn't have worked. When the catering manager got back to us, he asked us if we were still interested in their service because he hadn't heard from me in three weeks... Yeah, because the last email I sent (three weeks prior) was asking him for a meeting, which he totally forgot about. When he realized that he had dropped the ball, there was no apology. Not even a response. We liked their menu so we contacted them again, they said they were still available, and I decided to put aside past frustrations with the company because it was getting closer to our wedding date, and we had still not found someone. Finally, the owner of the company gets in touch, schedules a meeting in St. Jacobs, even though we asked for Kitchener or Waterloo, and then when we asked if we could move it to Kitchener or Waterloo, he asked for a phone meeting instead. Perhaps he doesn't have a car, I don't know. He called 1.5 hours later than he said he would, and neither my partner nor I had time to talk by that point in the night. He said he would call the next night at 7 pm. Instead, I got an email this morning that they confirmed with another couple for our date. Fine. But, if you have dropped the ball for FOUR MONTHS, I think it would have demonstrated integrity and a sense of fairness to allow us the chance of a meeting before confirming with another couple. Our friends (who used Indulge for their wedding last year) complained about their lack of consistency in administration, their failure to confirm the receipt of (large) deposits, and other such problems. We (obviously) didn't get a chance to taste their new menu, but even if they have substantially improved from the last event we attended that they catered, it would NOT be enough to offset the FOUR MONTH headache it was to try to get a meeting with them. I can't imagine the frustration of the actual planning. For those who don't mind getting jerked around, go ahead... Indulge.

Terrible food! I would not ever book this company for catering! The food was cold and flavour sub par! Service was great until end of night when the manager shut the whole wedding down at 11pm! World never hire or recommend this company ever!

Love this place!! The food is top notch, all created by the crew there. Highly recommend. If you have concerns about allergies they’re very good with that as well. I am gluten and dairy free and they always have something for me.

Indulge catered my wedding a few weeks ago, and I was beyond impressed with their quality of food and service. Running on a short timeline, since we planned a wedding within 3 months, I reached out to Indulge, scrambling to find a caterer. Paul and Nancy were quick with email responses and had us set up for a tasting. The tasting went amazing and we quickly decided that we wanted Indulge to cater our special day. The day of the wedding went wonderfully, they were professional and punctual. All the staff were friendly and ensured our special day was perfect. The serving staff for cocktail hour, dinner buffet and late night food service were amazing .The food was delicious and flavorful, and many guests have reached out to me saying this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We were happy with the choices we made for the buffet package we selected. I am so happy that we were able to secure an incredible vendor and caterer such as Indulge, and definitely recommend them to others to cater their wedding or other events.

We have been so fortunate to have supplemented staff to numerous events with Indulge Natural & Organic Kitchen over the last several years. We've staffed 20+ events this year so far with many more to come for 2018, and booked in for 10+ ALREADY for 2019. Their quality is one of the top in the K-W area. They are preferred caterer on many venue lists for solid reasons. Their mobile kitchen can also bring gourmet meals to your door during outdoor-season events. If you check out #indulgekitchen you'll see lots of their beautiful work. Their 2018 Team has been one of the best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you include them on your choice of catering options. My staff LOVE working for them. They make our job easy when we get nothing but compliments on the food we serve their Guests.

My favorite Polish restaurant! I took out the awesome mushroom cabbage roll dinner and also the chicken cutlet dinner, they are served with potato, coleslaw, beets and carrots. The servings are very generous and so delicious.

We first met Paul when he catered my brothers wedding in August 2015 and were blown away by the quality and flavor of his dishes, not to mention his expertise and knowledge behind it all. When it came time for our wedding in January 2016 we had no doubt that he was who we wanted to cater our wedding. Paul and his team really went above and beyond to ensure our day went just perfectly, the food and service as well as specialty drinks were superb. Everything was so fresh, and organic which was great as we had a few guests with dietary restrictions. Not to mention we really appreciated that he had one of his staff (his lovely wife) ensure that both of us had a bite to eat. With the hustle and bustle of the day we were so preoccupied so it was nice that they ensured we were taken care of! I wasn't sure about holding a small event during this current time, with all the social distancing rules and regulations and how that would impact our guests. Coordinating this with Indulge, eased those concerns and I have nothing but kind words and thanks for the Indulge Team! Your team made what would of been a stressful evening for me, very enjoyable and who knew, you can make amazing memories even when your 6-ft apart! I've had the pleasure of working with Indulge at weddings in the past and their food has always been delicious and fresh. Now that they've opened a storefront, we decided to treat ourselves to a 4-course dinner for NYE and we were so pleased! Tuna tostada, Endive Salad, Beef with Lobster butter and dessert...everything was delicious. The steak was THE most tender steak I've ever had in my life - didn't even need a steak knife. And that was after a 20 min drive home, waiting for us to eat the first 2 courses and being warmed slightly in the oven. Ordering was simple through their website. I called upon arrival, they came out within seconds and placed in my trunk for no contact pick up. Highly, highly recommend!

We knew from the moment we met with Paul he was the one we wanted to cater our special day! The tasting just sealed the deal! My husband and myself are big foodies and wanted to offer our guests something delicious and different but also support local natural farming! We went with Blueberry Port-Wine Beef Tenderloin, Maple Pecan crusted Salmon and a Phylo wrapped Stuffed Portobello mushroom! BOY OH BOY did they knock our expectations out of the park! Jenny, Paul's wife and partner is an organizational genius ! The whole staff work amazingly together and we're very kind, helpful and happy ! We are very glad we choose to go with Indulge and I'm sure we will become regulars at their restaurant! Affordable, Delicious and Unique! No sacrifices need! Support Local people ! Our late night was such a hit I feel bad for the ladies trying to deliver the poutine and sausages to the station! They literally got mauled by my guests! We had their NYE dinner - 4 course meal picked up right on time and was really fantastic. We had enjoyed indulge catering in the summer and were looking forward to testing out their new restaurant. Based on the NYE dinner we will definitely order from them again.

They catered my son and daughter in law's wedding a few weeks ago in our backyard. They pulled it altogether without any problems. Due to covid they had to serve from a buffet but that didn't matter. The food was amazing, everything was excellent. Even our brother in law who ran a restaurant for many years was impressed. Would highly recommend. I gave one more son and would use this caterer again.

Indulge catered my wedding this past weekend and I cant say enough amazing things about them. All of my guest loved their food! Many said it was the BEST steak they’ve had!!! Highly suggest booking them for any events you may have. During my wedding planning indulge was extremely flexible. I changed my venue and dates three time due to covid and they always assured me they’d make it work! Can’t wait to work with them again!

We were lucky enough to have Indulge cater our wedding on Oct 9/21! We cannot even begin to say enough positive words about this amazing company. With COVID making wedding planning more stressful, Indulge stepped up and were so accommodating! From having to reschedule 3 times, drastically cutting our guest count, and planning in 3 weeks, Indulge was there every step of the way. Our guests cannot stop talking about the food and we've received compliments from everyone! The staff were professional and friendly, and overall the service was top-notch! We will be recommending Indulge to anyone and everyone!

Have you ever seen a gorgeous bride run out of her own wedding with black mascara all over her face from crying ?? I Did. This company is HORRIBLE. The salad ? Bitter and warm. Chicken and potatoes? Bland. Not to mention the freezer burnt French fries served as a poutine for late night snacks. Tasted more like old freezer then fries. I was at the same wedding as Jen Meere as commented below. The owner stated “we had nothing but rave reviews by others who attended” - which is far from the truth. I heard many people complaining about the food quietly at their tables not to mention the plates of unfinished food being taken back by servers to throw in the garbage because well .. It was unpleasantly gross. Rules regarding covid were not broken as the wedding was very small. This is just the best cover up the owner can say for their poor hospitality. Drinks had barely any booze. They robbed the brides open bar money and didn’t offer open bar as they shut things a down early because they couldn’t keep up with 45 minute wait times for a Watered down drink. I would sincerely let people know ahead of time not to bother with this company. It’s a waste of money and people’s time. It’s too bad I won’t be able to reply If the owner does but honestly wouldn’t even want to talk to them because they were incredibly rude and unsympathetic anyways.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Choosing to go with Indulge Natural and Organic Kitchen was one of the best decisions we made with regards to our wedding. Paul, Melany and the entire staff did an amazing job with the food and beverages at our wedding. Chef Paul went above and beyond meeting all of our guests allergies and food sensitivities. He was more than accommodating when it came to creating our ideal wedding menu. We received nothing but positive feedback from our guests. I would highly recommend contacting Indulge for any catering needs!
