I had Panneer Handi, Soya chaap and Samosas and I must say food was very tasty. I have placed the order in person but it took around 20-25 minutes to prepare our dishes. Because of taste I must say it was worth of waiting Downside to avoid wait time you can place the order online, Samosas were tasty but little oily and I also saw notice only card payment so make sure you will take your credit card with you. Enough parking space available for cars. Covid precautions are taken care sanitizer was available at entrance, Staff was friendly and wearing masks. I will highly recommend HomeTaste to everyone.

Just today was dissatisfied with customer service order large thali with 5 samosa and 4 green chatani but the guy who pack put only one chatani now i can't go again to restaurant just for chanai at least u guys are charging extra so make sure to put how much u charge ???????? Thanks for reply from owner but i see u said only two chaniy but as i can see clearly in receipt that 2 samosa 3$ and other 2 samosa 3 dollars so obviously all four with 4 chaneeys so how can be its only two... I don't mind about human error and obviously just want to draw your attention it was just how can u got calculated about only 2 ????????

I hosted a small outdoor party today for someone who is getting married in October and I wanted to serve samosas. About a month ago, I stopped in and bought a few to see how might compare to others. They were so delicious that there was no need to look any further. My husband picked up an order this morning and we served them as part of a lunch today ....... they were even better than I remembered.If the samosas are any indication of the quality of food serve here, anyone who picks up food here is in for a treat! I am also impressed by the friendly, helpful staff.

Bread pakora terrible in taste, stuffing was smelling, paneer looks pale and oil was dripping like I open the tap and worst part oil was smelling like hasn’t been changed since past 10-15 times of being used. Paneer pakoda, only paneer and besan and nothing else, no taste Samosa was alright but with same bad smell. I am almost puking out and my 35 dollars, I have thrown every-bit in the garbage, and I hate that I throw away the food, as people die fo hunger and I throw everything away, such a shame

I and my husband tried HomeTaste - Indian Takeout. We tried Chhole Bhature, Paneer Kathi Roll and Falooda with Rabri. We also tried Kaju Katli and Kaju Roll. We absolutely loved Chhole Bhature. The best Chhole Bhature I have ever tried after such a long time. I will highly recommend trying Chhole Bhature. I could not take picture because I loved it so much that I finished it before even taking a picture of Chhole Bhature. Paneer Kathi Roll was not the best but was really delicious and super filling. It was really good size to keep you fuller for a longer time. I felt that there were big chunks of Onions in Paneer Kathi roll and that is the only reason, I can't give full marks to Kathi Roll. I also did not like Falooda. The taste was good but the Rabdi in Falooda was really gooey and that was definitely not fun to have this Falooda. This is just my own experience that I am sharing and possibly who likes to get crunchy onions in kathi roll then it is all good. But other than Faluda and Paneer Kathi Roll, Chhole Bhature gets 10 on 10.

They have actual Punjabi Thali that can fill a Punjabi tummy! Curries taste homemade and Tawa Roti were nice and appropriately thick just the way bebe used to make. Grab a couple of samosas, I highly recommend.

The best indian restaurant in town period. Its really sad that I don't live in kitchener, but whenever I'm passing by, I make sure to grab a quick bite from this place. My favorites are the samosas and bread pakoras. All of the parathas are also something to try.. As you can guess, its a busy place so order ahead. They take orders through phone listed on google maps. If you ever come to kitchener or are even just passing by like me, its a must try, trust me its worth it.

I had food from this place for my sons birthday party. I got very reasonable rate. Also food was awesome. All of my guests really enjoyed the food. They delivered it to my address.Also when i was short of Roties, i just call the owner and he just told me to come to the place and pick up 30 roties. The service was really quick. I was surprised. But i must say overall the service was good. Also all necessay precautions taken in store too during this covid period. The staff was polite and very grateful.

First I used to get tiffin from here and I really liked it, then once I tried the hakka food from here- I ordered fried rice it was so good that at one point I felt like calling the chef of Hometaste because I am from Delhi, and here I haven’t found any restaurant which has that Delhi taste in them, however Hometaste’s Hakka menu is something one should try!! I would just suggest to try everything here because all the dishes in the menu has a different taste in here which I like.

5 stars for the taste. We ordered pronthas and smosas from here and food was bomb, loved it. I minused one star because of waiting time. There was only one girl working on front. She was doing her best. It was busy lunch for them, they should hire more people to deal with that rush. We were 3rd in line but we waited 20mints. and then ordered and then they took 25-30 mints to make it. So in total we waited 40-50 mints. at least for our food. I hope they will improve it, but you guys did well on taste. All the best.

This is one Indian food joint we love in Kitchener. Their Samosas are amazing!! Unlike other joins, here the girl on the counter told, they make everything from scratch, stuffing as well as outer layer which is very thin and adds super taste. Five star for good taste, freshness and cleanliness. But often they have limited quantities, so call and order before you visit.

Hygienic, good taste, top quality, pocket friendly, customize options (such as more daal, sabzi or rotis in the package). I have tried many tiffin services in the KW region before, however, Hometaste is my till date far better deal for the tiffin service in every manner and couldn't resist to continue. Recommended for one of the best Indian cuisines in the region.

HomeTaste really makes the food taste and feel like home! I have enrolled for their TIFFIN service for more than 6 months now. The food is really good and they cover a wide variety of tradition Indian Vegetarian food all throughout the month with free delivery. Hidden gem in kw area. Exceptional taste and prices. I would encourage everyone to give this place a try. Love their Daal makhani, samosas, Paneer pakoras, Paneer Bread pakora etc. Will try other options as well very soon. Keep it up!! Edit: Tried rest of the curries too. The whole menu is made to perfection. Try their Thalis. After being in kw for years this new place has become my favorite Indian vegetarian take out in the town.

I ordered 15 samosas, samosa chat and tikki chat today. I have been ordering samosas for almost a year here and within that span I introduced these to so many of my friends that I have taken these to parties (sometimes 30-40 in number) in Whitby, Brampton, Mississauga and all my friends always asked for them. Never wrote a review though. But today I was really disappointed and would not suggest anybody in future. The chat quality was so bad, the curd in it was very sour and the chutneys were extra sour too. I travel to come here from Guelph as they do not deliver there. There was a red masala on tikkis which did not taste good at all. The samosas were super oily as well. Like they have been fried again and again. Also, they used to give red chutneys with samosas which were amazing. Now they have degraded the quality of the chutney and are charging for it too. Like, if someone wants extra chutney, you can charge for sure. But if someone is ordering samosas and you are still charging for chutney (that too this quality one) doesn’t make sense to me. They aren’t following any covid protocols too. Earlier they used to limit the number of people inside the shop but this time it was not being controlled.

So the other guy was right about chole bhature. There was too much garam masala in chole but bhature(bread) was alright. Then chaat papri was also missing some flavors and then samosa's were alright but its chutney was too concentrated as well but again I have never had any good chutney with samosa's in here in canada.
